2nd time staying here, this time with family (including 17 year olds). It was just as gorgeous as my first time. The location is very central, with easy walking to cafe mambo and the west end but is so quiet and peaceful at the hotel. The pool is perfect size and enough beds that you can get any time of the day. The hotel is so clean and the room sizes are generous (we are in sea facing rooms). The breakfasts are fab and you can literally eat as much as you want. ||But the biggest attraction to this hotel are the staff! They make you feel like part of the family - not intrusive but attentive. Every member of staff genuinely wants to help and make your stay the best. From Santi & Maria (mother & son) the owners and then our favourite Patricia - whose smile just makes you happy!

Absolutely love this hotel. Incredible value for money. The staff are amazing and friendly. The rooms are clean and lovely and our room is facing the beautiful harbour. The pool is nice and the facilities are great too. It’s a small family owned hotel which makes a difference too. It’s also ideally located in San a which is handy too. I love this hotel and I’m very glad I’ve found it as a regular visitor to Ibiza I will be booking here again very soon. Would highly recommend this hotel to other too. Great stuff! Thanks for a fabulous stay. 11/10

Really liked this place - if you’re staying in central San Antonio, I don’t think you could do much better. Quiet, clean, comfortable, very central, great views of the bay/marina, lovely pool/deck, friendly helpful staff, good included breakfast, excellent value. Bed was a bit firm & squeaky, that’s literally my only nit. And I guess if you’re looking for a hopping hotel bar / pool deck scene, this one was fairly sedate (albeit at the end of May) - but that was what we were looking for. Highly recommended!

Disgraceful Conduct — Unlawful Charge and Total Lack of Integrity I had a deeply disturbing experience with this property. Despite clearly informing the hotel that I was unable to arrive due to circumstances completely outside my control — which I explained in detail — they still went ahead and charged me €94.50. I want to make it absolutely clear: This situation meets the legal definition of force majeure under Article 1105 of the Spanish Civil Code. According to EU consumer protection laws (Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 93/13/EEC), a business cannot impose disproportionate penalties on consumers, especially when unforeseeable events prevent performance. Enforcing this charge under such conditions is not only unjustified, it borders on abusive conduct. The owners completely ignored all communication, showed zero empathy, and acted with what I can only describe as bad faith. Their approach shows a total disregard for both ethics and the law. We are planning a return trip to the region with a number of content creators and reviewers, and I will make it a point to publicly and transparently share this experience across platforms. People deserve to know how this business treats guests — especially during vulnerable or stressful moments. Frankly, the attitude and behavior I've encountered raise serious questions about this establishment's honesty, legality, and professional standards. I strongly urge the Spanish tax authorities and local consumer protection offices to take a closer look at how this place operates. I would never recommend this place to anyone. What I’ve experienced is not hospitality — it’s exploitation. Avoid at all costs. Bank is already processing the chargeback disgusting owners.

Wonderful hotel, brilliant location. Very clean, relaxing and lovely staff. Continental breakfast was great and always fresh, the homemade food to order was very good. Amazing view from our room.

I had a very upsetting experience with this property. Due to unavoidable and unforeseen circumstances outside my control, I informed the hotel well in advance that I would not be able to arrive. Despite clearly explaining the situation, the hotel still proceeded to charge me €94.50.||I believe this was an unreasonable and inflexible response, especially given the nature of the situation. In many hospitality settings, such events are considered exceptional, and some degree of understanding or goodwill is extended to guests. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.||What was most disappointing was the complete lack of communication and empathy. My messages went unanswered, and there was no willingness to engage in any kind of dialogue. This rigid and dismissive attitude left me feeling completely disregarded as a guest.||I’m sharing this experience because I believe travelers deserve transparency. If you're looking for a property that demonstrates flexibility and understanding during difficult moments, I would recommend to avoid at all cost.

Good location - but that’s about the only thing. Rude staff members, really slow food service and they all act as if it’s an inconvenience to serve you. Someone needs to remind these people they’re in the hospitality industry and customers pay their bills, service with a smile goes a long way especially to people on holiday and being rude and snarky to customers from the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out

Central location, close to the taxi and bus station for connections all over the island. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Well recommended. Breakfast could be better.
