Es Saadi palace

We enjoyed a very nice stay, rooms are very spacious and comfortable with great views of the Atlas Mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great location next to many good restaurants and the Medina. Very good value for money.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Beautiful inside and out - with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are excellent - huge with wonderful views and size bathroom and dressing room. Food at breakfast was excellent (as was the champagne!) and the Italian restaurant excellent too. We also used the Spa for a haman and wow what an experience not to be missed. Special thanks and call out to Norman and his colleague for making our stay - fabulous people! As for the bar man - what a wonderful person and a true asset to the hotel. As well as Mohamed at breakfast and some of them including the excellent ladies cooking the omelettes! And to our wonderful cleaning team. Thank you also for helping us when our Desert tour did not turn up - we’re so grateful for your help as it was such a terrible experience. We will be back this really was a special trip!

We booked a day pass for the last day of our holiday for a relax. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was incredible. There are two pools one heated and one not but warm enough from the sun. We had a 3 course meal included in the price. All three amazing and dessert was served to use later on at the sun loungers. Our server Karim and his team were perfect in every way. ( nice smart uniform).

For sure, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The building itself is truly a palace and with staff as good as these, we cannot help but feel we are treated royally. Every question is answered, every need is fulfilled, and all with a smile and a kind word. Really outstanding service. 👏||The spa is also one of the best I’ve experienced, and it’s so refreshing (sorry for the pun) to see that it is supervised and maintained.||The art and architecture is stunning, the places to sit, relax, read and unwind, seemingly endless. The furniture is of such exceptional high quality, of course, manufactured in original Moroccan style.||Few places ever tempt us back (because the world is so big) but this one will, for sure.

Out standing resort and impeccible service, everything was more than I expected. |Our one night stay at Es saadi Resort pale was fantatsic, the rooms were huge with bath tubs, the grounds and communal spaces weer beautiful and breakfast was exceptional. I also had a hamman and massage which ws beautoful and the spa rooms and heated pool were definately 5 star.

We had a wonderful time at Es Saadi. Very beautiful hotel, clean, with excellent service. The food and service at La Cour des Lions was superb. Special thanks to Rabi for being very courteous and kind all the time. Thank you to all staff at spa, front desk , pool, room service, and restaurants and the musicians for making our stay the most enjoyable and memorable!

Incredibly disappointing experience, belongings disappeared while the table was being cleared. We had a birthday dinner at Epicurien, which is located inside the Es Saadi Gardens & Resort. We had a birthday dinner at Epicurien, and during the meal everything seemed fine, until the end, when things took a very unexpected turn. When the bill arrived, we noticed they had added extra bottles of wine and drinks that we never ordered. We pointed it out, and instead of apologising, they removed the items with clear attitude, no apology, just irritation for being caught. It already gave us a bad feeling, like something was off. After finishing dinner, we went downstairs to the garden for literally two minutes to take a photo. In that time, while the staff were clearing our table, all our belongings disappeared. When we came back, the table had just been cleared, and the staff's reaction was shockingly unhelpful, defensive and dismissive. We immediately spoke with several members of staff that same night, including the reception inside the restaurant and the one outside the casino, asking to speak with a manager. We were told they were "too busy" and asked to come back the next day, which we did. The next day they said it was all our fault for not speaking with a manager on the day, and they wouldn't help us or allow us to put a claim. We left our phone number with the manager and also sent several emails afterwards, none of which were ever answered. To be clear, we never accused anyone personally. We just asked for help to find our belongings. Instead of helping, the staff became defensive and tried to turn it around on us. Our table was in a corner, away from other guests, and what went missing was not something a guest could just hide in a pocket or a small bag. The circumstances speak for themselves. Please check your bill carefully if you go there, and if you find things that were added by "mistake", make sure you also keep an eye on your belongings afterwards, because if they don't manage to overcharge you on paper, they might find another way to make up for it. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and untrustworthy experience. It’s hard to believe this can happen inside a hotel like Es Saadi Gardens & Resort, but unfortunately it did. Wonderful location and fabulous property. The rooms need a little updating (some scuff marks and chipped paint, things that can easily be remedied) but overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to friends and family. The AC worked great in the room which was a huge plus! Lovely staff as well.
