Es Saadi palace

I am a regular guest at Es Saadi Palace, and after having experienced some inconsistencies in service in the past, I am very pleased to say that my last three stays have shown a clear and very positive improvement.||From the moment of arrival, the reception team has been excellent. The service is professional, attentive, and most importantly, requests are followed up properly and efficiently. This level of consistency was not always present before, so it is great to see such a noticeable change.||The breakfast service has also improved significantly. Even during peak hours when the restaurant is very busy, the staff remain calm, friendly, and well-organized. The service stays smooth and attentive, which was unfortunately not always the case in the past. This improvement makes the breakfast experience much more enjoyable and relaxing.||Housekeeping deserves special mention as well. Room requests and turndown service are now handled correctly and consistently, exactly as one would expect from a true five-star hotel. It is clear that guest feedback is being taken seriously and that management is actively working on improving the overall guest experience.||The only minor downside remains the evening and nighttime access to the hotel. Due to the popularity of the casino and nightclub, the entrance can become very busy, and taxis are sometimes delayed or not allowed immediate access, which can be inconvenient at times. However, this issue does not outweigh the many positives and certainly does not stop me from returning.||Overall, I see a strong and genuine improvement compared to previous stays. The efforts made by the hotel team are clearly paying off, and it is encouraging to see such positive changes implemented. I look forward to returning again and continuing to enjoy my stays at Es Saadi Palace.

Fantastic hotel and great location. Beautiful inside and out - with incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are excellent - huge with wonderful views and size bathroom and dressing room. Food at breakfast was excellent (as was the champagne!) and the Italian restaurant excellent too. We also used the Spa for a haman and wow what an experience not to be missed. Special thanks and call out to Norman and his colleague for making our stay - fabulous people! As for the bar man - what a wonderful person and a true asset to the hotel. As well as Mohamed at breakfast and some of them including the excellent ladies cooking the omelettes! And to our wonderful cleaning team. Thank you also for helping us when our Desert tour did not turn up - we’re so grateful for your help as it was such a terrible experience. We will be back this really was a special trip!

Beautiful hotel with kind, attentive staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the facilities second to none! Conveniently located for access to the the medina but tucked away enough to provide peace and tranquility after the chaos of the town! 10/10 would reccomend

Very disappointing experience – not worthy of a 5-star hotel My stay at Es Saadi Marrakech was extremely disappointing and far from what one would expect from a hotel of this level and price. Upon arrival, after more than 15 hours of travel, I entered my room to find a stranger inside — a hotel worker carrying out renovation measurements and construction-related work. No prior notice, no apology, and no explanation. This alone was unacceptable. To make matters worse, my room was located in the middle of an active renovation zone. Every single morning I was woken up by loud drilling, construction noise, and workers shouting. I contacted the reception desk several times, but my complaints were completely ignored. It truly felt like no one cared. While the dining room staff were polite, the sanitary conditions were extremely poor. I witnessed birds eating directly from the buffet and staff transferring food from tray to tray with bare, unclean hands. This made me feel uncomfortable and, at times, disgusted to eat. Smoking is allowed everywhere, including the lobby, which caused the entire hotel to smell of cigarettes at all times. Room service and housekeeping were inconsistent and very basic — not at all what you would expect from a luxury hotel charging premium prices. Overall, this was a major disappointment. The most frustrating part was the complete disregard from the front desk regarding the noise and the construction. Waking up every morning to renovation noise in a so-called 5-star hotel is simply unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed a very nice stay, rooms are very spacious and comfortable with great views of the Atlas Mountains. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great location next to many good restaurants and the Medina. Very good value for money.

We booked a day pass for the last day of our holiday for a relax. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left it was incredible. There are two pools one heated and one not but warm enough from the sun. We had a 3 course meal included in the price. All three amazing and dessert was served to use later on at the sun loungers. Our server Karim and his team were perfect in every way. ( nice smart uniform).

For sure, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The building itself is truly a palace and with staff as good as these, we cannot help but feel we are treated royally. Every question is answered, every need is fulfilled, and all with a smile and a kind word. Really outstanding service. 👏||The spa is also one of the best I’ve experienced, and it’s so refreshing (sorry for the pun) to see that it is supervised and maintained.||The art and architecture is stunning, the places to sit, relax, read and unwind, seemingly endless. The furniture is of such exceptional high quality, of course, manufactured in original Moroccan style.||Few places ever tempt us back (because the world is so big) but this one will, for sure.

A gorgeous, historic and genuine palace experience. From the moment we were treated like royal guests, from the front desk staff, to the valet team, and all of the small details that our housekeeper took care, we had a truly memorable experience. As it was our first time, the concierge team went above and beyond to make the best of our stay.
