We were in Corsica for 1 week with a group of 12 people. It was organised by a touring operator. By far the best 3* hotel we had during the whole trip. Very modern hotel, nice room, very clean, a good working airco, a very good bed. Everything you need for a good night sleep.

Excellent hotel and location. Everything was great. The sea view rooms are certainly worth it.

Great host and even better hotel! I went during low season and i got a nice room upgrade. The sea view rooms are worth the extra cash, trust me. Unbelievable view from the room! The host also let me part my motorcycle in his storage room. Very kind of him as it s not really a parking place but it made me feel much more at peace. Great host and great facilities! I’ll come back for sure!!

Clean, comfortable, and with AC. There was no hotel parking but the lady at the front desk told us where to look for it nearby.

My partner and I stayed 4 nights, this hotel is in a great location, in the centre of town. The room was modern and an adequate size for 2 with chunky suitcases. There was a fridge for keeping drinks, snacks, etc. Slightly unusual light feature on the bed! Clean and serviced every day. Quiet at night while we stayed (not quite peak season).||Good facilities (restaurant, bar) though we didn't have occasion to use them, because of our schedule and the copious choices in the area. The breakfast looked great but we couldn't fit it in. A bakery just 1 minute down the road, then the covered market and square.||Staff were very friendly and helpful, most spoke good English. No problems with serving a gay couple (as you would expect these days but you can't always guarantee). They kindly printed me some documents I needed for the next part of our trip.||Price was good value for the area (though the top of what we'd normally pay, but Corsica isn't cheap).

We had the most wonderful time at L'Escale Cote Sud. We stayed 7 nights. The room was clean and fresh, the view of the Ligurian Sea breathtaking. The little balcony was perfect for al fresco breakfasts and dinners of the island's renown charcuterie and cheese. The hotel is perfectly located with access to restaurants and local shopping. What makes L'Escale stand out is its staff. It is a beautifully run boutique hotel. The receptionist/concierge Jacqui, is warm, kind, and incredibly helpful. The owner/manager Antoine takes sincere interest in his guests' happiness and comfort. The staff of the hip restaurant/bar "Rendevous" are welcoming and gracious. And the food and cocktails are great (Ugo the bartender is a brilliant mixologist!)||||We fell in love with the Balagne, the region of Corsica where Ile Rousse is located. L'Escale is a perfect base camp to access the beaches, rivers, and towns (but you do need a car!) Parking is inexpensive, 2.50 euros/day, and is a short walk from a public lot.||||The joy we experienced from our remarkable stay in Corsica is directly attributable to the kind staff and beautiful accommodations at Hotel Escale Cote Sud!

We arrived without a reservation and were so glad there was availability because it felt like heaven on earth (and for a very good deal). We had a large balcony and we loved sitting out for hours watching the sea, people out on the walkway, boats, train go by. View was so gorgeous and it was so relaxing. The room/bathroom were beautiful and very clean. All staff helpful and kind. Wish we could have stayed longer.
