When I wanted to use the restroom because I was doing my laundry I informed the owner that there was barely toilet paper. He acted as if I was speaking another language besides English. Well it seems as if they're okay with Asians using the restroom but not African Americans, Hispanics or Caucasians. Thankfully I live around the corner and can use my own clean bathroom. Response to the Owner: 没问题,谢谢您的理解 Thank you.

I've used the self-service machines, the wash & fold service, and dress shirt dry cleaning. There are many machines and they all seem to work well. The dry cleaning is super reliable, quick and affordable. I use it every week for my work shirts. I really love the wash & fold. It feels like a bit of a luxury, but it's well worth the price. I'm usually pretty busy and also a bit of a procrastinator, so the wash & fold is a huge help some weeks. Instead of staying home for an afternoon, going back and forth to switch machines, I can drop it off in the morning and pick it up just a few hours later. Somehow they get the clothes cleaner than I ever can, and they're folded perfectly. All I need to do it put them in the drawers. Lastly, it's a family business. The people who run it are friendly, honest and hardworking members of the local community. I'm glad they're here.

😝 Best in town. I've been going there for over 7yrs. Never used their drop off service but they are courteous, professional and most importantly, the vibe! You can stay in your peace of mind here. 🥰The machine washes fast so don't be gone long. Also I'm sure if you leave a tip and ask for an employee to fit your stuff in a dryer, then anyone of the employees will help out. Also everything is self service and easily to navigate. There is also a back yard for you smokers or to rest your excess luggage/shopping cart, when doing laundry.

$3 for a regular machine (which is a bit higher compared to the other laundromat in the area), $6 for a large one and 6 minutes per quarter for the dryers. It has a nice backyard where you can go and wait while your clothes are being washed or dried. They have few chairs where you can sit. I'm really glad this laundromat is still open during this pandemic while almost all the other ones are closed.

A lot of the machines are either broken or looks dirty. Not sure if they ever cleans the machines. There was also a lady who is the owner or just works there folding clothes with a kid who always step in the cart and folding tables with his shoes on.

I have been coming to this establishment for years now and it’s the best laundromat in the area. Clean and everything works. The owner is very friendly and so is the staff. I have recommended others to come here. My clothes always come out clean and fresh every time I am here. I have been to another establishment where my clothes never came out clean that was frustrating and quite annoying so I stopped going and started coming here glad I did.

I live in the neighborhood for over 20 years. Several years ago, on one of my many trips here to launder/dry clean my shirts, I noticed something on my collar. It appeared to be a permanent dimple in my collar to which I then show the owner who was there at the time. He not only denied responsibility but was a complete jerk about it. It was a brand new shirt and expensive. I explained that to the owner who snapped back with saying, "so what, I have clients here with much more expensive shirts than that." What did that have anything to do with my specific situation? Jerk. I took my business elsewhere and sadly, the Korean/Chinese cleaners on the corner of Clinton and East Broadway had since retired. They were flawless and awesome, but so long as the owner continues to manage this place, he would never see a dime from my business again.

What a chop shop. They wash cloths from all over nyc. Their machines are beyond nasty mold growing inside the doors. I stoped going here a while ago cause my stuff came out smelling worse then when they went in. Stay away. 109 Madison laundromat has all brand new machines and it’s super clean
