We had a wonderful 6-night stay at the Eslite Hotel Taipei and gladly give it 5 stars. The hotel combines style, comfort, and quiet elegance – a true oasis in the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views over Taipei, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything fresh throughout our stay. Having our own car, we appreciated the secure underground parking – a real advantage in Taipei. The location is excellent, with quick access to main roads for day trips and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and we felt genuinely welcomed. Breakfast was a highlight with a wide selection of fresh Western and Asian dishes in a calm, elegant setting. Eslite Hotel was the perfect base for exploring Taipei and beyond. Everything felt well thought-out, and the service was consistently excellent. We left refreshed and eager to return. Highly recommended!

I heard about this hotel many years ago, now i finally gave a try. Im surprised the room still well kept and the huge bathroom area with bathtub, quality shampoo conditioner hand cream provided. To me its 5star hotel standard. Love the balcony with 101 Taipei and Dome view. Don't forget hospitality provided by Mdm Joyce from my check in to check out, she's very attentive and helpful. I look forward to my stay in future.

The Eslite Hotel offers a pleasant stay, largely due to its exceptionally nice staff who are always ready to assist with a warm and professional demeanor. Its convenient location also makes it an attractive choice for travelers looking to explore the area. However, guests should be aware that the breakfast choices are somewhat limited, which might be a consideration for those who prefer a wider variety of options to start their day. Overall, if friendly service and a good location are your priorities, and a more concise breakfast menu isn't an issue, the Eslite Hotel is a solid option.

The hotel, nestled in Xinyi District beside Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, offers cultural charm and quiet elegance, with a 24-hour Eslite bookstore and a lobby mini-library. Its rooms are remarkably spacious, highlighted by high ceilings.

Very good ! I felt the comfortability was very high and room condition incluing neatness, sanitary, gorgeousness, wide bathroom with full equipment, wide and comforatlbe bed and spaciousness.... In addition, there was wate, coffee, tea, and fruite coutesy service wih no extra charge. Room was on 11th floor, and the view from the wide window with balcony was very very fine ! Incredible that my wife and I could spend wonderfull 4days in this precious hotel with very reasonable stay price. I strongly recomment this hotel for staying in Taipei to all guests! Thank you.

Condescending front desk. Attitude from concierge varied. Hotel looks good on photos. Practicality is extremely lacking. No outlet in bathroom. Not even on the desk nor the bedside. Outlet plugs are located under the tv with limited space to put traveler plugs in. No full body mirror. It looks nice to look at. Definitely way worst than Muji hotel. I stayed to compare the two. For Muji hotel, the rating would be 9/10. This is 2/10. I don’t feel welcomed. No one smiles here. Nor with courteous attitude. I like the interior colors and that’s about it. I kinda feel like it embodies certain cultural identity of Taiwanese people. Very showy and class entitlement. Both aren’t very appreciative in international standard. One of the hotels that rank on the bottom level if not the worst because of the price point as well as the staff management. With a little upgrade on the interior amenities and a full makeover for a whole line of staff, this will definitely a Taiwan proud but as for now, definitely not.

Yelp
I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Eslite Hotel and it was a great choice to stay at while staying in Taipei. The Eslite Hotel is a boutique hotel in the Xinyi District. It has its unique style to it which gives the hotel its charm. I was not able to ask what the bunny (rabbit) motif the hotel embraced, but whatever the reason, it worked for me. By the time my friend and I ventured to Taipei, we had already stayed at three other hotels in two other countries and were feeling the financial pinch. I happened to learn of the Eslite Hotel trough a blogger and made my decision to book our stay in Taipei there based on their recommendation. Check-in at the hotel was easy and fast. The staff escorted us to our room and shared with us what came with the room. Low and behold upon entering the room, I almost giggled like a school girl with excitement. The room had a HUGE bathroom area with a separate shower and a HUGE tub. I am not sure if I missed reading about the tub whether if it came with the room when I booked it, but damn, I was surprised. This was definitely a good omen. The room comes with a balcony. The room we had was a city facing room. I like city views from my room, but the hotel is close to the street and a train track.. Therefore, noise from both can enter your room. However, the room comes with blackouts drops and curtains which are controlled by your bedside so you can turn your room into "forever night"and drown out the sounds from outside. The hotel has a fitness center. The fitness center is small and best used for cardio purposes. The fitness center has lockers to hold your items as well as a separate shower/toilet with towels for your convenience. The staff at the Eslite is impeccable. They were prompt in providing service to our room and were always friendly. The concierge and the front desk attendants were helpful in providing directions to locations and overall information about the city. A special thank you to Alex, one of the managers at the hotel whom we engaged in conversation during our stay. The hotel is not close to a MRT line, but, taxis and Ubers are very inexpensive that you should just use those instead. Thank you Eslite Hotel for making my stay in Taipei memorable.

Yelp
Didn't stay at this hotel but I visited the Eslite Hotel Lobby Cafe which is truly impressive. Enjoyed my short and very relaxing visit to the Lobby Cafe. The Lobby Cafe is really spacious and luxe. It resembles Eslite Bookstore (well, not surprisingly yah, since Eslite Hotel is owned by the famous Eslite Bookstore Chain). The book shelves are placed wall to wall, with tables where you can sit down to leaf through the enticing pages of the many art books, or to do your work on your laptop. There are also sofas where you can kick back and relax with a cuppa and their many exquisite desserts. With desserts such as "Little Snow", how can you resist right? I had a good time resting my feet here after shopping and eating at the Eslite Mall next door. Eslite Mall is also highly recommended as it features lots of home-grown hip Taiwanese brands selling a wide array of merchandise such as Taiwanese tea and clothing line. The hotel has a very cool and contemporary design. It is relatively near to Taipei 101 - if you walk a little further (5min) away from the hotel to the nearby streets, you can see 101 from a distance. I think if you do walk to 101 from Eslite Hotel, it would take you probably just 20-25 minutes. The hotel is fairly new (the very courteous concierges told me they have been around for about 4 years). I would definitely visit again when I visit Taipei next time. #nov2018 #taipei #eslitehotel

Yelp
If you're traveling to Taipei, I highly recommend staying at Eslite Hotel. We've stayed at many of the high end hotels around Xinyi District, I think by far, this is my favorite. The rooms are large, clean and comfy. Huge 2 sink bath with separate tub and shower. Perfect shower pressure. The bed is extremely comfy, there's even a sofa so if you're traveling with a young child, he/she can easier sleep there. Great view of the park with pond from large balcony. My kids really appreciated the stationary box with eraser, pencils, mini staple, scissor and papers. It's all very Eslite bookstore style. Every time we return back to the hotel, we feel like we're coming home to our roomy/stylish apartment. Room is clean clean clean!!! Hotel even prepared different size slippers (for adults and kids) and children's toiletry. Breakfast is also great! Not sure why people are complaining there's not enough variety because there's plenty! From Asian to western choices and an awesome selection for kids. Service here is top notch! They even offer several free welcome drink coupons and 2x weekly complimentary wine /appetizer hour that included beer, wine and hard liquor. Best thing about my 3 nights here is the noise...there's none!!!!! Cannot hear anyone opening/closing doors, toilets flushing, people talking (very sound proofed) Hotel is walking distance to the metro 7-8 min walk or 10-15 min walk to Breeze mall and next door to eslite spectrum. Absolutely love this hotel!!! Already recommended to all my friends in the US and Asia. Good job to the staff and management at Eslite

Yelp
This hotel is owned by the famous 24 hours bookstore and retail chain "elites" and therefore the hotel is designed based on the inspiration of book and traveling. Located at the heart of the Taipei city, it is really convenient to go everywhere from this hotel. Hotel is built right next to the department store so shopping and eating is within range. The building itself is designed by famous Japanese architect Toyo Ito, so you can see a lot of his architectural language and detail that has been applied on this work. Right next to the hotel is a former factory converted gallery and exhibition space. From time to time, show would be going on here. The room itself has a really nice view toward the skyline of downtown Taipei city. Once you step into the hotel lobby, plenty of books revealed itself on a huge shelve for costumer to enjoy. Hotel is designed nicely and really detail oriented, on the second floor there is also a bar with really nice view! It is a really good choice for stay.

Yelp
This is my go-to hotel when I go to Taipei. I wish life can be one giant eslite hotel experience. The service here is impeccable. The decor tasteful, elegant, and Zen. The attention to details is amazing. I genuinely love this hotel. I'd marry it if I could! I would have given it five stars but there are two things that can be improved upon. First, the breakfast could be better. There's a lot of choices but I feel like the quality of food could be better especially given the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Second, this time round the bed we slept on felt different from our last trip. We were in a studio room, king size bed. The bed was comfortable but wobbled and shook like a mini earthquake every time either one of us moved on the bed. We didn't have this problem on our last trip so maybe it's just this specific bed. Not sure if they changed the bed but management should look into it. Choose a room facing Taipei 101 for a quiet room.

Yelp
Here for a conference and I think they upgraded all speakers to suites, which has biased me to give them a high review. Great location next to abandoned cigarette factory turned warehouse art/conference district. Breakfast pretty good as well
