We were four friends at dinner here on 15th May. The food was remarkable, especially the dessert. We had to name a few, and I am ignorant of Japanese cuisine - Daifuku, Terrine Matcha, Kirin pression, Umeshu Yoibito, thé vert Sencha, Choux, Edamame, Kakuni, Potê Sala, Saint Jacques, Soupe miso, Tofu Nanban and Torikara, apart from the riz. I’ll return! (And I’ll take photos.)
