Espace Notre Dame - Éternelle Notre-Dame

Enjoyed their 3D virtual tour few years back at the locale in La Défense. Chose this one right in front of the Notre Dame behind the bleachers in the underground area for convenience. Same experience as prior visit though there was some sound issue while using it this time. They are kind enough to let the affected guest to go through the experience again.

A great virtual reality experience to do before or after visiting Notre Dame cathedral

I had a fantastic virtual reality of Notre Dame. The whole experience was about an hour. First, they provide you with a locker and then suit you up with the gear. I recommend you book online ahead of time and it can get very busy. It's well worth a visit.

Outstanding VR experience for Notre Dame de Paris from the start of the building until the modern day, i recommend to buy the tickets online because in the summer the place is a little bit crowded, after this you have a little museum to explore with the pieces from the old building structure.

The experience was great, until it stopped working. We were instructed to raise our hand if we needed help. I raised my hand, waved both arms around, and eventually yelled “help” at increasing volume until someone who worked there noticed me. I was told I needed a new battery. This took some time. By the time I was up and running again, I had about 20 seconds left of the experience before I reached the exit. There were two people at the desk when returning equipment. I mentioned that my pack had stopped working and was not even offered an apology or a refund.

We had an amazing time! My 13 year old loved this experience and so did I! Great way to find out more about the history of Notre damn! My only improvement would be to improve signage to the attraction!

Unpleasant experience and expensive. My companion missed most of the tour because her headphones didn't work, and it took the team a long time to assist her. We took the tour with a very noisy group, which made it difficult to follow along. Additionally, the sound on my headphones stopped before the end of the tour.

Absolutely incredible experience. Best VR I have ever done. An absolute must fot all the family when in Paris
