First and foremost, our food was phenomenal when visiting for lunch; we had the German Plate which was amazing! Of equal importance was the exceptional staff that work here! We stopped here because we had a mechanic issue with our bike, while I worked away on the issue all employees here asked if they could provide any assistance and even brought me out a better air pump when they watched me struggling with the hand pump! I cannot say how much I appreciated the support and excellent food!

What a great place to find in Chile, in this lovely town that looks Swiss... Great food - we were 11 people and took many different dishes and they were all great. And the service was quick with a smile. Outside there is a garden with green grass, a breathtaking view, some animals and swings that are fun for audlts, not only children. Highly recommended!

Stopped here for food and they have a lot of different options. The staff is great and the views are lovely. You can even walk outside to see some cute farm animals and a friendly dog or two!

If you are coming from Puerto Varas for the food, better stay in Puerto Varas. Although the place is nice and the service is good.

Great place. Amazing view!!! Very good food in buffet.

Food was good. Great selection of berries for dessert. It can get crowded (it was when we arrived). The only reason to not give a 5-star rating is that it was expensive for its service. But it is a nice place to enjoy and plan to spend a couple of hours from having lunch to enjoying the place. Outdoors there is a nice construction with activities for kids, there are also animals (donkey, ducks, others) that you can feed -- if you buy the food from some vending machines, of course.
