Esperance Clearwater Motel Apartments

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Clear Water Motel in Esperance. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and all the necessary kitchen tools—perfect for a longer stay. The shared guest laundry was a great convenience as well. The location is excellent, just 20 meters from McDonald’s and 50 meters from a Chinese restaurant, making it easy to grab a meal. Everything was well-maintained, and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay for weary travellers. We were coming from Albany heading back to Melbourne. We called to see if any vacancies were available, so we chose one day only and Claire was very professional and very helpful. Next day before we headed off to Esperance we rang if we can add on two more days and Claire said no problems you are very welcome to stay, she also suggested that if we like to take the scenic route it's worthwhile to see. We also got a text message to see how we are travelling and how far away we are. When we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff and Claire was there too. Our accommodation is amazing, it's a self contained kitchen and washing machine, great shower. Good sized bedroom with a big bed. The place is spotless, quiet area the bed is super comfortable I had the best sleep. I highly recommend staying here. Also walking distance to eateries cafes and the beaches and the shops. Also we loved the garage easy to park your car. 💕 I highly recommend staying at Clearwater.

This place was amazing. It was a great room, light refreshing and had everything you could hope for. It was well equipped with everything you needed. Clare and the staff were great. Charming and only too willing to give you information on things to do and places to see in Esperance. To have a laundry that was free was a bonus after being on the road. Check in and out was seamless and the motel was so wonderfully centrally located that you could walk into the town centre if you felt so inclined.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely motel just before Christmas in 2024. The service was amazing and the room was bright, crisp, clean and new. Close to everything within walking distance. Very easy to park up the car for loading and unloading..Absolutely recommended Darren/Lisa

Delightful accommodation in a great location. The lovely ladies in the office are so helpful and welcoming. The amount of helpful information we were given at checkin was great. The accommodation is spacious, spotlessly clean, new and modern. Having a washing machine was a great help and the car was in the lockup garage attached to the villa. Made accessing the car super easy.

Highly recommend this place to stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was right in town, 5min walk to the beach and had parking on site.|The rooms were spacious and equipped. The shower had hot water. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets as we got cold in the evening. The kitchen had all what you needed from: fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, electric stove and cutlery. |The apartments also had free washing and drying facilities! |I would highly recommend staying at the place my only slight con was weak wifi service.

Amazing place. Clean, spacious and in the heart of city. We stayed in the premium one BR unit. It was a little away from the main blocks, but we loved it. Under cover parking too. The owner n manager were very good people to talk to.

One of the most disappointing experiences yet. Our family was travelling from Queensland for a family members 1 year passing. The day before arriving to Esperance our sister arrived to suprise us and be apart of this special trip. I phoned the manager in advance to ask if we were able to add a trundle in which she rudely said it absolutely can not happen. I explained the difficult situation we were in, in which she had no sympathy and continued to be assertive that she was not welcome. I understood and booked another motel up the road. When arriving she warned me that if we were to sneak an extra person in, she would kick us out.. again I said I understood. The day we departed, we were all packing up the one car we were sharing, getting ready to head to do the roadside vigil on the exact date of their passing. She came up to me and decided to have a go at me saying ‘I knew you had other people staying here you know’ in which I replied, excuse me no we did not, they had come from the other hotel to pick us and our luggage up. She rudely walked away mumbling something under her breath thinking that she was right in speaking so disrespectful on a matter she knew nothing about. Such an awful experience for a very hard time we were having and something we will never forgot. A special mention to Rebecca who was kind & stopped to have a chat with us about how beautiful Esperance was. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay, Esperance Travellers Inn were very accommodating for our extra family members last minute. I pray no one else has to encounter this rude lady at the front counter.
