Esperance Clearwater Motel Apartments

Stayed here for 10 nights in Jan 2026. The queen studio (room 8) we stayed in was new, spotless and had everything you need for a vacation. It had room for one car and more room on the street if you have more than one car.Jo who looked after us during our stay was super friendly and gave us good advice when it came to attractions ect. It is a very central location 5 min from the beach front, near the skatepark. Walking distance to shops/ restaurants and bars. The only reason I gave 4 * and not 5 was during the day the road is very busy with cars and directly across if your room faces the street there is a massive demolition/ construction happening which didn’t make sitting outside of the room very enjoyable. Apart from that one Con I couldn’t fault the place. Thank you Jo for having us.

Clean room, close to town center and everything you need on a road trip. The staff, Shirley, is super friendly and helpful. She took an extra mile to look for other accommodation in the town center after knowing that we would be stranded in town for another 2 nights. 😍

Stayed here for just one night but wish I could've stayed longer! The staff at Esperance Clearwater Motel Apartments, particularly Shelly, are some of the friendliest, easy-going people I've dealt with. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable. Location is central and walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, and the beautiful foreshore. Highly recommend.

Five Stars – Highly Recommend Clearwater Motel Apartments! We absolutely recommend Clearwater Apartments! Shelly was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area, which made our stay even better. The apartment itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—with a cozy bed and a fantastic shower. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to excellent cafés, the main street, and great restaurants. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish!

Excellent accommodation in self-contained units, various sizes and room numbers. Well-built, exceptionally clean and comfortable. Quiet and yet close to everything in Esperance.

Good location and rooms were clean/ modern. However, we paid for a family room - you’d assume this is for a family. Why would a couple choose to stay in this room? I was informed I’d have to pay an extra $45 per night for my child making a total of $245 a night. Be mindful you pay depending on number of persons, not the room. Also, as others have mentioned, the wifi does not work.

Nice Manager Shirley. She offered us many advices when our car was broken. We have to stay in this town for a couple of days.

Pros: - Spacious apartment with our own garage - Super friendly service - Clean and well-maintained - Excellent central location, close to everything - Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, induction cooktop, even a mini dishwasher - A washing machine (no dryer but clothing lines available in the veranda) - Big bathroom with heating, perfect for the winter months - Private veranda and clothing lines - Had everything we needed and more.
