Esperance Clearwater Motel Apartments

Five Stars – Highly Recommend Clearwater Motel Apartments! We absolutely recommend Clearwater Apartments! Shelly was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the local area, which made our stay even better. The apartment itself was modern, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—with a cozy bed and a fantastic shower. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to excellent cafés, the main street, and great restaurants. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish!

The lady at reception was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area. We were quickly accommodated when we asked to stay an extra night. Thankyou! :) Room was a good size, comfy bed. Clean, tidy and nicely decorated. BBQ area available (push button start). Washing machine and dryers available for use (see times on door). Walking distance to various eateries and the Esplanade. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here.

Good location and rooms were clean/ modern. However, we paid for a family room - you’d assume this is for a family. Why would a couple choose to stay in this room? I was informed I’d have to pay an extra $45 per night for my child making a total of $245 a night. Be mindful you pay depending on number of persons, not the room. Also, as others have mentioned, the wifi does not work.

Pros: - Spacious apartment with our own garage - Super friendly service - Clean and well-maintained - Excellent central location, close to everything - Fully equipped with kitchen utensils, microwave, induction cooktop, even a mini dishwasher - A washing machine (no dryer but clothing lines available in the veranda) - Big bathroom with heating, perfect for the winter months - Private veranda and clothing lines - Had everything we needed and more. Easily one of the best stays of our trip Cons: - Only thing missing was a smart TV for streaming

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at Clear Water Motel in Esperance. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and all the necessary kitchen tools—perfect for a longer stay. The shared guest laundry was a great convenience as well. The location is excellent, just 20 meters from McDonald’s and 50 meters from a Chinese restaurant, making it easy to grab a meal. Everything was well-maintained, and I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 3 nights while the parents were visiting from the UK. The apartments are very clean, a good size and great facilities. The location is very close to the beach, pubs and shops. The staff are very welcoming and the onsite guard dog keeps everyone safe after the mandatory stroke

Clearwater was a fairly standard, motel room but very clean and great for a short stay in Esperance.It had a good location, good wi fi and met all our needs. If there was an issue, the lighting was poor at night but overall recommned for a modest stay in Esperance.
