Espinas Persian Gulf International Hotel

hello Two years ago, my wife and I took a room here for the first night of our wedding, and every year we decide to take a room and celebrate our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel is really good and gives us a good feeling. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Bel Boy. Mr. Naderi, we thank you for not forgetting this day and congratulating us. Thank you.

This was the second time we have stayed here, very pleased with the hotel, the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful, from the porters, office and reception staff to those who look after the rooms. The only small drawback is the showers in the rooms are now in need of updating. This however will not put me off from staying here again.

This is very great hôtel. The staff are very polite and everything is 5 star. The Mandak( Persian restaurant) is traditional Persian restaurant and has great options of différent corners of Iran. |The cleaning ladies are very polite and efficient. The front desk staff are very polite and helpful.

In Espinas international hotel everything is great and professional from the staff attitude to cleanness and delicious food they serve. They have all kind of food, for example Persian, Chinese, European,etc . |It is a modern hotel with kind staff and beautiful view of the boulevard located in the center of Tehran.

The best stay in Tehran, very good staff, always treated us perfectly, we really enjoyed and felt safe staying in this hotel for a week. I am so excited to be back here the cleaning level is so nice they speaking so good with us we liked everything thank you espinas

We come here most of the time and use the Cafe at the lobby ,Atrium Cafe. Actually I'm a sensitive person, and I care about cleanness and the behavior of others when I go to places like this so this is the main reason I come here alot. Also the beautiful statues of Koroush and his wife I love them.

Apart from kind staff behavior the hotel has zero tolerance about early checkin despite tens of vacant rooms so in my case they asked me half a day rate for just 2 hours. Remember to check the minibar items preferably take a picture not to be charged for the items that you don’t even know. Breakfast is served in very small plates.

This hotel is a major disappointment. Despite claiming to be 5-star, it falls far short of that standard. The internet connection, both with and without a VPN, is virtually non-existent. The service is poor, and they failed to honor my request for a room away from family rooms. To make matters worse, I was forced to change rooms at midnight due to disturbances, despite calling three times for assistance. The hotel charges exorbitant rates for a 2-star experience. When I raised concerns about the WiFi with the IT staff, they were dismissive and seemed uninterested in resolving the issue. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel."
