The juice was so good here, and the pancakes were delicious. We were worried because of some poor reviews of the pancakes but really we thought they were good. I got the enchiladas and they were delectable, I’d get them again so quick. The service was decent and timely and we didn’t experience any of the issues others mention. We had a great time

Espíritu Sano is hands down my favorite place in Mexico City! The staff always welcomes me with a big smile, and the vibe is just perfect—cozy, warm, and super inviting. I always leave happy. The food too is amazing. I’ve tried so many different dishes and not once have I been disappointed. It’s the kind of spot where you can relax with a book, get some work done, or just enjoy good food and good company. If you haven’t been yet, you’re missing out!

We adore this place! It’s become our fav coffee and breakfast spot for casual, friendly and fast service. The quality of the produce is very good. The juices and smoothies are also really delicious!

Cute authentic spot, staff is friendly but quality & portion of food was adequate for the asked price. I ordered a mango smoothie bowl & it looked different from the online menu & had to wait for long time for it too “unfreeze”. The mushroom tacos were filling but too salty. Also, the recommended hot chocolate made from real coco powder tasted extremely sweet. Anyways, something about the taste was off for us 😅 I did like their ginger tea, however! Maybe will give this spot another try for breakfast at later time.

The service was terrible—slow, unprofessional, and completely disorganized. However, the food was actually delicious, which made the experience even more frustrating because it deserved better service. The staff seemed indifferent, and getting their attention felt like a challenge. Definitely not worth the hassle.

I have to change my review here cause the service is totally not what it used to be Which sucks. I had to wait like 25 minutes for one protein shake and it wasn’t even full. Just terribly slow. Amazing food. Super healthy. All organic. All yummy. Served so well. And the service is just incredible. Shiva is a gift to the place. Always welcoming. Engaged. Friendly. Great conversation person. A must place in condesa

My favorite place to work in the city! The food is fresh / local / regenerative and all so yummy. It's dangerous to come here hungry as all the treats are so good and mostly GF which is a nice plus. We also love Patrick, he is the best server. A staple for us and highly recommend.

There’s no bad dish. Everything is fresh. Lots of vegan and veggie options

Yelp
Cute little neighborhood place for a coffee and to get some work done. The coffee is very expensive but super tasty. The employees are very nice and patient with my Spanish.

Yelp
We moved to CDMX from California for a month, and became obsessed with this place. I think we ate something from here almost every day. Everything is or can be made gluten and dairy free. The smoothies, salads and desserts are especially delicious and the staff are super friendly.

Yelp
Me encanta el ambiente del lugar. El latte no me gustó mucho pero si estaba bueno. Las enchiladas estuvieron riquísimas. Recomiendo con salsa roja

Yelp
If you're somebody who can spend $150 on a smoothie without grumbling about the price and likes the new-age-gringo-hipster feel of yoga pants, tattoos, and the decor of unfinished wood and exposed light bulbs, then eat here! The food is fresh, healthy, and tasty, and the outdoor seating area is comfortable and classy, and relatively quiet for CDMX. (Eat your heart out, San Francisco.)

Yelp
A bright and airy feel with tones of washed wood, the patio of Espíritu Sano catches the eye of runners, dog walkers, and passersby alike. The tastefully designed room that opens to the street is captivatingly inviting; a wooden Buddha waving to anyone who comes in. Fret not, this eatery is open to the public on the ground floor of the Qi Wellness Spa, no membership fee needed. As the name implies, the food is not only nurturing to the body, but also nurturing to the soul. They offer varied options for those looking to drink and eat healthy: protein shakes, teas, healthy licuados made your choice of milk, fruit bowls, egg dishes, and more. The place, operating within hours of the gym, also offers salads and protein-forward dishes for the evening dinner menu. Not only are the dishes healthy for those looking to maintain this lifestyle, but they are also quite delicious and satisfying. The yoghurt, I'm told, is specially tasty, served simply with chia seed and berries. A few other options with fruit and açai are also available. The omelette is competently cooked, the panela cheese delicious, and the side salad is delectable. Such enjoyment typically leaves you feeling guilty afterward, but after such a healthy meal one leaves wanting to reward themselves with some tacos after starting the day with a nutritious meal. I hope that the dinner & lunch menus are ase delicious and healthy as with breakfast, but until I return to taste these, I believe it's safe to say we are off to a fresh and great start.
