Esplanade Hotel Resort & Spa

We recently booked a room in his hotel and were surprised to discover that there is no spa available on-site, despite it being clearly mentioned in the listing at the time of our reservation. This amenity was one of the key reasons we chose your establishment. Unfortunately, we were told that cancellation is not possible, which puts us in a difficult situation. We kindly ask for a solution or compensation that reflects the absence of this promised facility. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response.

Excellent hotel for vacation in Locarno ! Very quiet place ! Breakfast is great ! Spa is fantastic !

Spent a day here with my family and found it to be a very nice place. Good view, big pool, the mini bar was inclusive and there were fruits in our room. All the food was very good: Breakfast buffet with salmon and eggs mad to order and nice salads for lunch.

An excellent hotel. The room was outstanding with a huge balcony with views of the lake and mountains. The pool and spa area is outstanding and a delicious breakfast is served on the terrace. Highly recommended!

Very good location , large garden , swimmimg pool and lots of flowers , rooms are comfortable and clean , everything is perfect 👍👍👍

Nice place for a stay in this lovely surrounding. Make sure you have a parking lot!

Quelques « légères » différence entre ce que l’on réserve et ce que l’on a… la piscine était bien là mais pas remplie le 7 août, il serait temps avant l’hiver… Des belles chambres sur les photos, avec deux balcons promis, deux chambres séparées par un couloir pour plus de 30m2… sur le papier toujours ! Une chambre vétuste, sale, une literie digne d’un film comique, les deux balcons ont du s’écrouler depuis les photos du site… Alors certes ce n’est pas cher pour Locarno mais la c’est vraiment une GROSSE arnaque…
