Espuma Hotel & Restaurant

Restaurant review - we didn't stay in the hotel. Stunning location, good food and great service. I marked them down on the drinks - they seemed over priced and their "Best Margarita in the Universe" didn't live up to the hype. I would definitely return!

The restaurant was excellent. We had a very good meal with an excellent wine and good service. Great view also.

A must do when visiting zihua! The salmon lasagna is to die for. The sangria was delicious. Best device I've ever had!

Had an amazing meal there once again! We have been many times, however this time Juan and his team went over and above. The quality of the food, and cocktails were absolutely first class, we let Juan recommend all courses and they nailed it! Going back again this week, their signature cocktail is out of this world, we both had mahi mahi done in different styles. Best we ever had! Thank you guys, and we ll see you soon. Steve and Alison

We stumbled upon this exclusively amazing restaurant tucked away in the centro area. Unfortunately, the patio seating was closed due to the thunderstorm. The food, especially the presentation was outstanding, but what impressed me most was that the talented Chef is only 25 years old. Service was great but could have been enhanced had the server checked on our satisfaction during the dining experience

The hotel and restaurant are fantastic. The location can’t be beat - 15 minute walk to Zihua and 5 minute walk to Playa Ropa (down a steep road). We stayed in the huge Lilia Candelaria room and its view cannot be beat. The bathroom was massive and luxurious with a live wall of plants. There was also a surprise plunge pool in the room that we did not expect! Service at the hotel is impeccable and the included breakfast was the best we had. Most of the staff spoke English better than us. We did dinner one night at sunset and it was delicious. There are only three rooms in the hotel and we saw no other guests the entire time. If you could rent all three rooms on a trip the experience would be amazing as a group. Thank you Alonso and team for a wonderful few days.

If I could give more stars I would. The best, most authentic guest service that I have ever experienced. Granted it is a 3 room hotel and restaurant, but whether it was Judith the day manager or Antonio the night manager, service was impeccable. Our servers for breakfast (included) Eder and Carlos were fantastic. We saw Eder in town with his family and he went out of his way to introduce us! You can't teach this! The rooms vary in size, ours was not huge, but we'll appointed. We had the lowest room, with a deck that nearly hung out over the ocean, plus a nice private outdoor seating area. There's a common area with infinity pool, chaises, table and fully stocked kitchen! Like everywhere with a view, there are plenty of stairs. The hotel sits equal distance from town and La Ropa Beach, so it is a great location. We plan to come back with other couples and try to get all three rooms!

Incredibly beautiful and posh! Food was Devine! Service was the best! View of bay was of ultimate romance!
