Horrible experience. Total scam. Prices are absurdly high for what you get. The place is dirty, the vibe is depressing, and while the staff were friendly, they were completely clueless and unhelpful. We honestly would have been better off sleeping at an Ibis. Avoid at all costs

I booked a stay at Essência Hotel in Jericoacoara in 2020, with a fully refundable reservation. When the hotel closed due to COVID-19, I requested a refund, but was told I had to wait until the end of the pandemic.||Years have passed, I've made multiple requests, but have not received my refund. The hotel has failed to honor its cancellation policy. I strongly advise against booking here – they took my money and did not fulfill their commitment. Avoid this scam.

Top: - view (seafront) - pool aesthetic - breakfast To improve: - service. Everything takes very long and overall I can’t feel the customer attention you expect in 5 stars hotel. Be aware that checkout is at 12:00 midday and staff will come and kick you literally out of the room! Never saw such an attitude before in my life and I’m having more than 80 overnights at hotels by year… - room. Furnitures are used and you can see it. Room was full of humidity. Room decoration is comparable to a business hotel. Minimalistic with no soul in my opinion. Rooms aesthetic and quality doesn’t match a 5 stars hotel. In my opinion the price doesn’t match the quality. Here you clearly pay for the view and pool. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Came to celebrate my wedding anniversary and could not be more disappointed. Not a 5 stars hotel and even less the customer service you receive in here. The quality definitely doesn’t match a 5 stars hotel. Way overpriced for what you get in this place. Not recommending this hotel nor coming back.

What a wonderful place. One of the best hotels in Brazilian cost so far! Excellent and really friendly service, unequaled structure just in front of the beach with private pools and green areas! My husband and I came from New York to celebrate our honeymoon at Essenza Hotel and it’s absolutely the best experience ever, the hotel is incredible beautiful, clean and comfortable. It’s in the best location of the village. The staff were amazing with us and super helpful with recommendations and everything we needed from them. The atmosphere at breakfast was super relaxing and the food was delicious. The companies that work for Essenza also provided high quality services. Our tour guide Nathan was absolutely amazing and he has incredible photography skills and an awesome personality. We highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Jeri, Ceará.

The hotel is located in a great spot in Jeri and the staff couldn't have been nicer. The rooms are very nice and just the right size. The first floor rooms lead right out to a pool that spans the whole hotel. Easy entry right from your private deck. The second floor rooms have their own private pool that will splash water down in front of the first floor room deck... I was a little surprised at that but it didn't detour our stay. We spent most of the day out of the room anyway.

This is an amazing hotel by the northeast coast village in Ceara state of Brasil.|Fantastic idea with the romantic view from all the rooms to a private pool (upstairs ones) or major pool (downstairs). |All employee extreme attentive. |Not used to name nobody, but Hostess Mariana deserves special honor medallion! So helpful and friendly, giving us many tips best places to go or nice meals.|Food and menu wonderful at the hotel, even with a menu degustation.|My only regards concerns about the need to restore some kind of abrasive itens (no big deal on that) and also the needs to reduce the noise among the rooms.
