We went to the Colombia vs Argentina soccer match. Entrance process horrible. We even made a queue to our area and when we got to the entrance they said the sign outside was wrong and had to you out again, walk around the stadium to find the correct entrance.
We bought assigned seats (like everyone else) and after getting inside, the staff said (literally): find your own spot as nobody respects assigned seats. We ended up in a horrible spot after paying to be centered on the field, fourth row.
The vending kiosks ran out of bottled water before the match started, they only sold beer. My wife doesn’t drink so it was pretty tough with the Barranquilla temperature of 43 Celsius. It is worth mentioning that people fainted by the dozens due to heat stroke and dehydration.
I am not going again to that stadium. It is a disaster.
