Great outdoor park in the middle of city of center, with street vendors, smoke tent ;), BBVA bank and Four Seasons Hotel. I have visited it a couple of times and once on Mexican Independence Day that's where you see all the people lined up for the celebration parade.

Really big and eye catching monument. Didn’t learn much about it but the size and simplicity is worth seeing especially in the way to see the things around the park.

Simple tall structure constructed for the sake of it. Didn’t even realize it’s a monument initially. There is no board or mention about it. Could be made much better. Great location for a walk.

Amazing place where people of all walks of life gather around, all sharing one love in common 🫶
It’s completely safe - great for people watching, relaxing, perfect to start or end your night. Similar to Colombia’s tolerance parks but superior.

A really cool piece of architecture that stands out in the heart of the city. An interesting monument which can be seen from far away and is fairly impressive from up close as well.

What a fantastic testimony to independence this monument is. A sight to reckon both during day as well as night times.
