The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location, with many popular tourist attractions within walking distance. The rooms were spacious and clean and we appreciated being able to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. The available laundry service was also a very nice. Breakfast was tasty and offered a good variety, but a few more options would make it even better.

The staff here was really great! There was one woman who was at the front desk quite a bit and she was so friendly, her English was also great, she always had a smile and was so nice. Breakfast staff wonderful as well. Breakfast was basic fare but with a good selection with coffee/espresso machine. Room was clean and had good space for luggage and ample counter space which is always nice. Showers were really good.Had a good parking area tucked away behind to keep our bikes. We stayed during Songkran and because this is a bit tucked away off of main roads you would've never known until you walked out. I've stayed many places over the years during Songkran festivities and I think this is one of the best for a calm quiet oasis.

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to markets, cafes, restaurants, and shops, and only about 100 meters from the big Sunday Night Market. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to book and organize attractions for us. The hotel is close to all the action but tucked away just enough to relax and unwind. Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the outdoor areas were well-maintained too. Highly recommend for a convenient and comfortable stay in Chiang Mai!

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming. It really felt like they cared. It’s rare to come across a place where people go that extra step to make you feel so comfortable and looked after. For the price, you get everything you need and more. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling through in Chiang Mai. It’s a lovely experience from start to finish 🤍

We had a wonderful here at Estia. We were on our honeymoon and the staff decorated our room and gave us a lovely souvenir to keep. The breakfast was good with a large variety of foods. The lady in the kitchen made us a Mango sticky rice on the morning that we were leaving. The housekeeping staff made our room up and gave us fresh towels and water everyday. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you to all the staff.

Excellent stay at Estia Chiang Mai for 2 nights. The hotel is located centrally in the old city, within 5 minutes walking from famous temples such as Wat Pra Singh and Watchediluang Varaviharn and the museums. Other attractions in the old city are also easily doable with a 10-15 min walk. Plenty is restaurants, shops around. Locality is quiet and appears residential.||We stayed in the double bed room. The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast is served from 7 and was nice.||The hotel has a small but lovely pool. ||Very friendly staff and great service.

A grand place. Set in the heart of Chiang Mai you step back .... a little .... in time! Hard wood herringbone flooring is the give away! The decoration is from the finer years when style was possible in mid range accomodation. We love it! It is hard to clean and maintain Estias fixtures and fittings, but it is bright and fresh where it needs to be! Well done!

We stayed here for 4 nights and tbh it’s a good quality price hotel! The staff is friendly, the breakfast is included super tasty, we realized the 2nd day we were missing money unfortunately but could have been in the days before because we didn’t check our money daily before, so we asked to see the cameras and they let us to show us no one got into our room except us. So we are happy with this hotel, recommended!
