Stopped by tonight for oysters, cappuccino, and some fresh fruit. This restaurant is beautiful and the service all the way around was fantastic from the bartenders to the GM. Milos is a top notch dinning experience in the Palm Beach area and is definitely one of the top 4 or 5 restaurants to visit. I'd highly recommend a meal here!

We had such a wonderful meal at the restaurant. The service was perfect. The food was delicious and our server George and bartender George were excellent. I couldn’t say anything better about the experience will be going back 100%.

Dining at Milo’s is a transcendent experience equivalent to that of Greek mythology herself. The tzatziki is worthy of a feast upon Mount Olympus. The lavish texture cradles the palate as if floating upon a cloud spun by Zeus. The lamb chops, masterfully rendered, embody the essence of Hellenic perfection: so tender and noble that one becomes, if only for a split moment, a contemplative Aristotle, perceiving virtue in every savory bite. Should any concern arise, Milo’s attentive service acts as a wise council, deftly resolving each matter as if Minerva herself presided over your meal. Julian, the spirited steward of Milo’s gastronomy, glows with Socratic passion and Platonic wisdom; his eloquence and understanding elevate every interaction to a symposium of learning, making the very act of dining an exploration worthy of the ancients. Thank you to the staff and service, you are setting the bar for Palm Beach.

My boyfriend, a friend and I were there for lunch to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday. Victoria was our server, amazing is underrating her. We initially thought of getting the lunch special, but as soon as we saw the seafood display we were over that, we chose a little of this a little of that as I show in the pictures. Everything was amazing. We are in the restaurant business and we appreciate having a good time. And that was better over the top!

Restaurant Review: A Beautiful Setting with Impeccable Service, but the Food Fell Short** This location is one of many - they have in NY and Miami & 10+ other locations in US There's no denying that this restaurant is visually stunning. Nestled in a prime location, the ambiance is upscale yet relaxed, offering sweeping views and a warm, elegant atmosphere. The service was equally impressive—attentive, friendly, and perfectly paced, making us feel welcomed and Shyann was by far a phenomenal waitress! However, as seasoned foodies who travel frequently and have dined across the globe, we found the food to be underwhelming. While the seafood was undeniably fresh, it simply lacked the depth and creativity we expect at this price point. We started with the zucchini flowers, which were plated beautifully but ultimately delivered a forgettable flavor profile. For our main course, we ordered the lobster spaghetti—a market price dish that came in at over \$200 for two. While the lobster was fresh and cooked well, the dish lacked the richness and nuance that would justify such a high price tag. It was fine, but certainly not memorable. In all honesty, you can find better-tasting food on Palm Beach Island for half the price. While the setting and service set a high bar, the cuisine didn’t quite rise to the occasion. A lovely place for a drink or a special occasion if you value ambiance over culinary impact—but for us, the food simply had no "wow" factor.

Google
Milos West Palm Beach really impressed us. Service set the tone right away—our waiter was warm, thoughtful, and on point the entire night. The decor is beautiful and creates such a relaxed, polished vibe. Most importantly, the food tasted incredibly fresh and was delicious from start to finish. Highly recommend for a date night, celebration, or an easy night out with friends.

Google
Everything was great, unsure why this place is ranked so low on here. Visually every dish was perfect and the taste lived up to the looks. Service was awesome; the waitress was extremely knowledgeable about all of the dishes. Drinks were also good. Now if you walk in here expecting it to be cheap, you’ll be wrong but it was worth it.

Update March 1, 2025 I gave a second try at Milos WPB. This time the service was better and so was the food. The oysters were excellent, loved zucchini chips and Lobster salad. Thank you Milos for listening and improving within a week. I would come back. Milos WPB just opened recently, and it shows that they are lacking in service. The bartender was very rude and refused to serve drinks. This place needs to grow up and the corporate should train the employees ASAP. We waited 40 mins for the table which we had a reservation for. The food was so-so. Compared to Milo’s of Miami. The decor and atmosphere are nice though. I will go back after a couple more months when they are more established.

Yelp
Came here last night with my mother for a nice evening as my father has been in the hospital. The ambiance is beautiful as to be expected at Milos (I have been in NYC but this was my first visit in West Palm). The service was wonderful, Faruk was our server and was fantastic as were all the other staff. We decided the Flavor South Florida menu special was too good to pass up on, so gave it a try. If this meal was not a $70 (one $10 upcharge) we would have complained and gave this a lower score review. The first course was fantastic we had the raw fish sampler and the mezze, both great. The second course was a total let down. We were asked temperature for our halibut and both asked for medium rare, some parts of the fish were too dry to eat. For a place that's pride is fresh seafood, overcooking halibut was upsetting. We did not complain again because it was a special and we were enjoying our night otherwise. Third course was pretty good. We also had wine and one cocktail, wine by the glass prices are high for what they are but to be expected. Overall, compared to the NYC experience the food in west palm needs improvement before spending more than what was the great monthly deal for Flavor South Florida. One last shoutout to Faruk for being great but the kitchen needs to figure out handling fish a little better especially given we were there on a very slow night.

Yelp
Estiatorio Milos is a beautiful fine-dining establishment where they clearly pay attention to every detail--from the stunning decor to the pristine bathrooms. However, considering the price point, the overall experience fell short of expectations. The Food: If you prefer lighter, simple flavors, you will enjoy it here. However, if you are looking for a "wow" factor or unique culinary adventure, this might not be the place. * Seafood is the specialty: Stick to the fish. * The Lamb Chops: While delicious, the flavor was very common and something you could find at many other restaurants. Advice for the Restaurant / Owners: * Mosquito Control: The patio had a significant mosquito problem. I suggest using candles or repellent devices. Additionally, the host should ask guests if they prefer indoor or outdoor seating; we were seated outside without being asked and would have preferred staying inside. * Wait Times: Our reservation was at 5:00 PM. We arrived 5 minutes early to a completely empty restaurant, yet we were told to wait for our table to be "ready." This was confusing and unnecessary. * Service/Water: We requested regular water, but our waiter brought a $9 bottle instead. I noticed this happening at other tables as well, which felt like an intentional up-sell rather than a mistake. Tips for Future Guests: * Parking: Use the parking garage nearby. Street parking has a 2-hour limit, and dinner here will take at least 2 hours. * Seating: Be very clear if you want to sit indoors to avoid mosquito bites. * Reservations: The restaurant is large but gets very busy, so book in advance. Final Verdict: It is a good restaurant, but it doesn't make my "Top List" of fine dining. For a truly perfect experience, I recommend Smith & Wollensky (Miami/Chicago) or Bha! Bha! Persian Bistro in Naples for flavors that are truly out of this world. Total we paid: almost $565 (plus tips) for 1 appetizer, 2 fish, 1 lamb, 2 sides, and 2 bottle of water. Group of 4

Yelp
Like everyone here I had to wait for all the buzz to subside before making a reservation for 6 PM on a Friday. OpenTable was easy to use and when we arrived they had our reservation and seated us immediately. We were sat at a deuce which unfortunately was just under an HVAC vent that was dripping condensation. They initially came with a towel on a stick but ended up getting me wetter and dropping gross condensation on our table, plates, etc. No apologies were offered for getting my cloths wet. I asked an employee if we could move and promptly the lead hostess came and sat us in the adjacent table. I admit that I wasn't bowled over by the menu but my wife was ecstatic about the seafood selections. I like seafood but didn't see anything very "Greek" about their dishes, special, or even appetizing to my adventurous palette. We were brought an Amuse Bouche that my wife happily ate but as these tiny offerings go, nothing I would eat. While I was tempted by some of the seafood options I could not see spending the inflated prices for seafood when this area has abundant selections locally. We ordered a chopped salad to start which was fine, a glass of Rose for the wife and a Belvedere martini for me. Both drinks were welcome and the martini spot on, and we had tap as well. Being a bit disgruntled at the menu, we settled on the Ribeye medium. It came quickly (medium rare) and off the bone with lemon fingerling potatoes. While the steak was good and ample, it was still a compromise as we came for Greek/Mediterranean seafood. Our service was great although we weren't fawned over by the management like the party of 8-9 gentlemen next to us. This is a Palm Beach restaurant - and by that I mean the Palm Beach crowd expects to pay a lot for dining out regardless, and by island standards this is inexpensive. But this is not Palm Beach. With tip we walked out $250.00 poorer and not impressed. We also got the added surprise of paying for valet - which doesn't happen that much even on the island. Not a great surprise after a so so meal. There was mention of a $45 Prix Fixe lunch but I doubt I'll be back while I can spend a lot less for the same dishes elsewhere.

Yelp
This was an amazing experience at a newish Greek establishment located in West Palm Beach. We started with a Greek salad with a simple olive oil dressing. High great olive oil with very fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, and some sliced onions with two olives. Next we had grilled octopus couldn't a small squares, grilled lightly with excellent texture. For our main course, we had a Greek fish called Balata. Very light flaky some very small bones and very clean tasting. Along with this we had some fingerling potatoes with some olive oil and lemon dressing. This was almost too much food for me and my wife, but somehow we managed to finish our meal. It's on the expensive side, but for a special occasion or a treat, this was a perfect place.

Yelp
We dined here for the first time on Friday night as part of their participation in Flavor South Florida. We made a reservation through Open Table, which is always easy and works well. Note: there is heavy construction on Chase and the only access to the parking garage (mandatory $10 valet) entrance is off Okeechobee currently. So the restaurant takes a small journey to actually get to - through the garage into the 2nd floor lobby of One Flagler, down the escalator, out the ground floor lobby doors, then finally outside and back in again to the main entrance of the restaurant. The place, as others have noted, is very well decorated and visually appealing. Unfortunately, we (a party of two) were crammed into a tiny bank of seats on the second floor. As we were soon joined by a number of other couples, it became clear that this poorer seating had been reserved for those couples dining off the Flavor South Florida menu - a dirty play IMO. The food was very expensive regardless and we ordered an extra dish and bottled waters pushing out total with tip to ~$250. So for that amount I'd expect phenomenal food and it fell flat. The mezze platter was pedestrian - I've had better dolmades from a can. The pita was cold and the dips were average. My lamb chops (another menu upgrade) were fatty and small, although they were tasty. The tatziki and fries were fine in accompaniment, but the overall meal was tiny. My wife's dorade was small too. Again not bad, but small and expensive. The halloumi and mushroom dish we ordered for $37 was solid tasting, but including one tiny piece of halloumi?? We opted for the Greek yogurt with honey for dessert. It was decent enough, but the meal overall was a let down in our minds for the price. One can get far better Mediterranean at Agora or even Your Greek Cousin for way less money. And for fine dining at this price point there are many better options in WPB or Palm Beach.

Yelp
Estiatorio Milos is a must try in Palm Beach! Milos has an amazing intimate atmosphere and ambiance perfectly placed in the heart of West Palm Beach with elegant seating choices of indoor or outdoor door dining. Fresh quality food that is mostly imported from Europe. We started with the grilled Octopus that was served with a fresh hummus, EVOO, onions and capers. It was cooked to perfection and tasted very good. Next we had the Balada fish from Portugal that I was able to choose on my own from their fresh fish display! Our waiter was very knowledgeable about all the fish and seafood and provided excellent service with helping us to choose. It was so fresh and was simply cooked with EVOO, lemon, and capers. I couldn't believe how delicious it tasted. We also ordered the lamb chops that were grilled to perfection and had a nice crust that paired well with our fish. For dessert we enjoyed the fresh fruit as well as their local Greek yogurt with thyme honey and walnuts. We also had the Ekmek Kataifi which is a traditional Constantinople dessert with custard, cinnamon, pistachios and kataifi. Overall our experience, the service and food was truly amazing and our tastebuds were bursting!

Yelp
Good, service and ambience all exceptional. Milos is a wonderful experience. The Greek salad is not only beautiful but delicious. The grilled sardines and turbot were perfect. The restaurant is classically beautiful.

Yelp
FINALLY got a reservation here for dinner (the restaurant has made it impossible for months, being that they don't answer the phone, and refuse to open up reservations in a timely manner online; I believe they're opening them on OpenTable 24 hours before now). Thought the restaurant was beautiful- great decor, cool architecture, abundance of light, and a fresh seafood market (pick your type of fish and specify how you want it cooked for dinner). Dress code is DEFINITELY fancy- I believe all the men in the dining room were wearing jackets (I felt underdressed). We sat at the bar and loved our experience with Chris & Georgio (they both made our night). The food was very fresh- but thought there were too many "shareable" dishes (many entrees are for 2, with no option to order for 1). Many things on the menu were not available because they were sold out or not in-season (the menu SHOULD read "seasonal" not "in season" next to each item), and all the food was way overpriced. We ordered the "Milos Special" (fried eggplant and zucchini with tzatziki sauce and fried cheese), zucchini flowers (stuffed with 3 cheeses), grilled mushrooms (4 different types), and the lobster pasta. I thought the Milos Special and the lobster pasta (whole de-shelled lobster, al dente pasta, tasty red lobster sauce) were the standouts!! Really enjoyed both dishes, and would order both again. Mushrooms were just ok (not worth $40), and zucchini flowers were small and a little soggy. Enjoyed the atmosphere, and the bartenders (and the drinks!!), but at $500 for 2 people, probably wouldn't return any time soon.

Yelp
I was lucky enough to have dinner at Estiatorio Milos last night and the restaurant the staff and the ambience we're all impeccable Walking in you are greeted by not only the bright vibrant of the clean restaurant and the beautiful decor and ornate flourishes that they built out but also a front staff with smiles and welcomes Sitting at the bar so that I could get a full view of the restaurant and the operations it is run by like a well loyal machine Managers are beautifully visiting every single table, checking on dishes and satisfaction while professionally dressed staff buzz about doing their best to make sure every single patron has a wonderful experience As far as the food, I ordered the $75 summer sampler and started with the raw dish which was out of this world, clean and approachable flavors, not overly done that allow the exquisite fish to speak for itself . The next dish was the lamb two expertly cooked lamb chops served with house made fries that were well portion, crisp, and quite flavorful and they complimented the land very well. Giorgio, the bartender made amazing cocktails, and had a wonderful knowledge of the wine and want to pair with every single dish . Paris the manager came over and checked on our satisfaction multiple times. All in all an all and amazing experience something I would recommend to anyone in the area

Amanda B.

Yelp
My husband and I left disappointed. For the price, the food should knock your socks off or leave you full. I felt neither. The ambiance is beautiful but we won't be back.

Yelp
Initial buzz on this new spot was that it was a high end, greek inspired fish spot. After our lunch visit, my overall impression was Meh. first off, although the restaurant has a Lakeview address for the cachet, the actual entry is around the corner on Chase St. If I were to return I would know this, but it started out with confusion. Valet parking is $10. The Decor is BEAUTIFUL, perhaps one of the most elegant dinning spots I have seen for a very long time. Two stories with high ceilings in trendy muted beiges with open air patios on each level. Service was impeccable. The lunch crowd was light, there were probably more staff than diners, and folks were attentive. Food was VERY SLOW coming out of the kitchen. Apps took over 45 minutes and our mains didn't arrive for almost 2 hours, Although they eventually apologized after I asked what was taking so long, I really don't know what happened. Once our food came out it was disappointing. The dorade was under-seasoned. There was no vegetarian options, so my veggie friend ordered a salad, and potatoes and beets as their main. They reported the beets as tasteless. There were high marks on the French Fries that came with the lamb. Overall assessment, the food was presented beautifully, but the taste was ordinary to below average. As an indication of their approach..... I had ordered water to drink. Although I was not offered an option of bottled water or tap, I was unexpectedly charged for a bottle of evian. It is that kind of place.

Yelp
We live in the neighborhood 2 blocks away and have enjoyed every fine dining restaurant in Palm Beach over the years. So, we were excited to give Milo's a try. The atmosphere was very nice. The waitress was somewhat friendly, but very matter-of-fact. My wife an I each enjoyed a cocktail before dinner and a nice bottle of Sauvignon Blanc with the meal. The prices for these were a bit on the high side, but reasonable for WPB. The $45 ceviche appetizer, while somewhat tasty, had a very minuscule amount of fish. It was a nice presentation however it consisted mostly of diced cucumber, fava beans and feta cheese. All this "filler" concealed the small amount of fish. Crazy ridiculous high price for such an average dish. The waitress walked us over to the fish-on-ice display and explained each variety of fish. Each selection was marked with the price per pound. We selected the Turbot at $84 per pound. I figured 2 lbs would be $168, which is crazy high to begin with. When the waitress came back to our table a few minutes later, she said the Turbot we selected "is 2.8 pounds, but don't worry. When they cut off the head and tail, it's much less." Well, they brought the whole cooked fish and filleted it at the table. So, we were charged for the entire 2.8 lbs, or $235 for a simple piece of fish. You've got to be kidding me! I hope the management is reading these reviews. I see the same trend in almost each review. The general consensus is that it's a nice place, but the practice of price gouging your customers is simply ludicrous! Best, John Pobiak Principal Broker JP LUXURY PROPERTIES

Yelp
Fish is fresh and flown in from the Mediterranean daily. They use high quality ingredients and while it is pricey, the fish market is different and a nice experience.

Yelp
A beautifully designed new restaurant, very much in line with its NYC sister location. Our server was professional and knowledgeable throughout. We were a large party and shared the Greek salad, grilled and fried calamari, fried zucchini and eggplant chips, and ceviche--each dish was fresh and excellent. The salt-baked branzino was a standout. The gigante beans were a touch salty, but the Greek yogurt dessert was incredibly creamy and satisfying. While prices are on the higher side (as is the case everywhere these days), we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back.

Yelp
Milos is perhaps the best fish restaurant in the Palm Beaches. The food (not exclusively fish) is as delicious as the decor is exquisite. The wait staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The vibe is happening and the customers a cross-section of the local and seasonal population. As a professional deep sea fishing captain, I appreciate the international selection of seafood they offer. Always cooked to perfection.

Kevin W.

Yelp
Food as outstanding along with the best server. Highly recommend as everything was a 10. The complete opposite of our Swifty's experience at the Colony.

Mary K.

Yelp
Loved the ambiance here. Bright and welcoming from the beginning. Ali, our server was excellent at describing every page on the menu. We were a party of four women and we all ordered from the Flavor menu. The servings were ample for such a good price. I tried a bite of the grilled octopus from my friend's 1st course ( $10 up charge). It was delicious. We were all happy with our dining experience. We had a 6pm reservation and had good service. By 7:30 the restaurant was about full so by the time we were ready for the check we had a long wait and had to ask for it. Parking garage is a bit of a challenge now with the work being done on Chase Street.

Vanja T.

Yelp
I can't say enough about my experiences at Milo's in West Palm Beach. Just terrific! I love all the Milo's locations and now so close to home. Every single thing we ate was so fresh and flavorful yet simple and elegant. The service was highly professional and their hospitality was top notch. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Ana S.

Yelp
It was a pleasant experience unfortunately the way the food was prepared was basic. I truly enjoy Turkish Greek food and have spent quite a few vacations visiting Greece and turkey and I was expecting to reminisce the flavors at the restaurant but alas it was not, basically a reconstructed menu with nothing like the real flavors. And way over priced.

Phil L.

Yelp
Just terrific! So pleased Milos is here in WPB! We love all the Milos' locations and now so close to home! Had a great dinner this evening. Our Waiter was Kostas. Terrific service and knowledge of everything. It was the first ever Milos experience for a friend who joined us. She loved it. The Branzino for two was excellent, and the grilled shrimp for my wife superb. We had the Milo's special appetizer and the Greek tomato salad ( AMAZING TOMATOES)! Kostas picked out a couple of deserts for us and guided us through some wine selections. At the end of our meal and evening, General Manager Paris Manolas stopped by and we had a nice conversation. Personal and engaging conversation. Just spectacular. Beautiful inside. Amazing food! A great addition to the greater Palm Beach area. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Mary P.

Yelp
Excellent food, service and ambience....Such a welcome addition to palm beach county We have been three times already

Yelp
Went during opening weekend with a 9 PM reservation and arrived at 8 to have drinks at the bar. Upon arrival, valet mentioned the bar might be closed but assured us they wouldn't charge the valet fee if we found out it actually was and left. When we got inside, the bar was full--both with seated guests and people standing around it. However, the hostess informed us that we weren't allowed to stand near the bar because it would "overcrowd" the tables--despite the fact that others were already standing there. So why the double standard? It made no sense. Instead of accommodating us, they simply told us to come back in an hour for our reservation. Annoyed but still willing to give the place a chance, we decided to grab our car from valet to get drinks elsewhere while we waited. And that's where the real issue began. The same valet attendant, Jonathan, who had just told us there'd be no charge if we left, suddenly insisted we pay the valet fee before handing over our keys. The car was right there in front of us, but they literally refused to give it to us until we paid. For a restaurant of this supposed caliber, charging for valet is already questionable--no high-end establishment on the island does this--but what's worse is making up the rules as they go and arguing with guests over a fee they had already agreed to waive. This kind of treatment would never happen at The Breakers, where hospitality is the priority. Instead of making things right, they doubled down, forcing us to pay before begrudgingly handing over the keys--without even the courtesy of opening the car doors for us. The entire experience left such a bad taste in our mouths that we didn't even return for our reservation. I can't comment on the food, but frankly, I have no interest in ever finding out. Palm Beach has plenty of well-established restaurants that actually understand service and hospitality--this is not one of them. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The only redeeming quality was the ambiance, but that alone isn't enough to bring me back. Save yourself the frustration and stick to places that actually value their patrons.

Yelp
Worst service, overpriced mediocre food. Spent almost $400 on picking a fish that was barely yummy. We even had lamb chops (they were decent) and fries were good! Server was not that friendly and just ok. Even our guests said the same they only enjoyed the zucchini chips, besides that they will not come back. Good luck, we will not be back.

Yelp
Ambiance, service and food was delicious. Great selection of very fresh fish. I'm going back!!!

Lisa O.

Yelp
The service is great beautiful restaurant. Food good not great their prices are ridiculously high for the quality. Great atmosphere! I don't think it is worth the cost. Dinner for 2 no drinks $350. That's crazy

Lexy L.

Yelp
Overall, such an addition to the Palm Beach restaurant scene! The food is amazing our bartender Jayden was fantastic. Definitely coming back.

Sdt993 T.

Yelp
We were a large group of 10 and had a Friday night reservation. The place is beautiful and our server did an excellent job taking care of us and guiding us through the ordering process. Yes, at Milos ordering is a process because you have to pick your fish from their market display and how you want it prepared etc.... Long story short - the food overall was quite good. We had a range of dishes to sample from including a very tasty greek salad ($40) some sashimi fresh from the fish we picked (sold by the pound for something like $87/lb - not kidding, not a typo), shrimp, lamb chops, and a filet mignon. The main problem with the meal was the price. Milos is egregiously, gratuitously, obnoxiously expensive. All in, $250 per person/$2500 for the table and that's with a very moderate amount of alcohol - 1-2 drinks per person. No Chateau Lafite 1982, no Screaming Eagle, nothing like that. Sorry, I can't justify returning at those prices. It's a nice meal in a beautiful place, but I had a better meal at an even more beautful place in Napa Valley two weeks ago that was half the price.

Peter S.

Yelp
service was horrible and way over priced. place was empty. not sure if they will stay business. Waiters is also have attitudes will not go back to many other people are coming to West Palm Beach that offer better food and better prices.
