Well appointed, very clean rooms, modern design. Everything feels quite new and well maintained. Staff are warm and friendly. The room is probably best for one, might fit two but feel like a slight squeeze. Located near many restaurants. The walls seem a bit thin and one can hear others in the corridor or other rooms. Only shampoo and soap provided in room but other amenities are available at a self-serve bar next to the reception. Parking is available a block away, purchase a ticket from the reception at JPY 1200 per night parking.

Great location & nearby Miebashi monorail station.Very friendly staffs. Free 1 hour happy hour drinks for all hotel guests from 5pm.Room slightly small, need to climb up a 40cm step into prefab shower & restroom. All rooms has a window facing a concrete wall of other building.

Very nice location..there are nearby eateries. Short distance from kokusai-dori,by transport. Nice sizing rooms and bathrooms. Cosy place and not too noisy. Food is great but the breakfast os limited and always the same menu. You just choose which dish you prefer,but it is serve freshed. Beer cocktail is very nice,but alcohol wise you can find cheaper at nearby izakayas

i can highly recommend this hotel for everyone staying in naha. it is clean and rather quiet, but still well connected. it is a 5-minute-walk the the monorail, 8 minutes to the harbor and about 15 minutes to the city beach. a 7/11 and a family mart are located just across the street. if you are staying here you should definitely try the restaurant or use the room service to try their delicious food. it combines mexican food with typical dishes and ingredients from okinawa and tastes amazing. all the staff is very kind and helpful. it is possible to store your luggage and use the laundry room.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! The staff here are so friendly. From the moment we checked in (which was during happy hour and they handed us a free beer!) to the day we sadly checked out, we did not have a bad experience. For such an affordable place, the location is top notch, and the food… oh my goodness… the food. Amazing taco rice and huevos rancheros. Also 10/10 recommend their margaritas.

Room is admittedly small but super clean; the staff needs extra commendation -- they were excellent, English is fantastic and super, super super helpful. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a tiny room.

For future guests seeking more spacious accommodations, i recommend to pay a little more to opt for their more spacious rooms.To further elevate the initial guest experience, streamlining the parking process upon arrival presents a valuable opportunity. Allowing guests the convenience of parking before completing check-in could create a smoother and more relaxed start to their stay.Regarding the check-in procedure, while we understand the need for verification, clarifying the purpose of the credit card request at the front desk or exploring alternative methods could further contribute to a more pleasant check in experience.

The hotel is convenient if you want to visit islands using the Tomari Port in the daytime, then get refreshed at the hotel (there is a free drinks Happy Hour!) and roam around Kokusai Street in the evening. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean.

Entering the first floor I spot a restaurant and bar area. The 2 people sitting at what I assumed was the bar counter totally ignored me and later I realized these two people are the front desk staff. Not once did they say welcome... or even acknowledge my presence as i entered with a suitcase. The exact same thing happened with a few Korean guests that came after me. Nobody acknowledged them and they assumed the 1st floor was a restaurant and proceeded to enter the elevator to find the front desk. First impression... ok you are bilingual and got a job at a hotel... so that doesn't give you the right to ignore check-in guests. The first floor restaurant lounge area is sooo nice but I'm not sleeping in the lounge... so now for the truth. This building is very old and very little attention was given to update anything in the rooms. It was dark, very few lights and a complete dusty mess. Shocking how terrible the condition of the room was. Totally depressing. This building must have been formerly either a Japanese company dormitory or simply an apartment complex with incredibly tiny rooms... but with the lack of kitchens in the rooms most likely just a company dorm. Not much attention was given to renovating the bar/restaurant and hallways that absolutely zero attention was given to the rooms. if you go to Okinawa PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! For a 1,000 yen more you can stay in central Kokusai Dori area hotels and not have to deal with the dusty dark pitiful rooms at Estinate. If you love beautiful bars this place has an amazing bar area so get yourself super drunk before heading into your unhealthy old dusty dilapidated dark dungeon of a room. Room F+ , Bar A+ Oh the TV only has local Okinawan Channels with poor reception at best... NO CABLE, NO CNN, NO BLOOMBERG.

"Estinate Hotel 1st floor lounge" Reasonable price! Food was great! Quiet and comfortable. Located on Rt.58 in Matsuyama, Naha-city. Have to park at coin parking lot which cost me 700yen for 2 & half hours but oh well, it's Naha, you know. The hamburger I ordered for lunch was 1,000yen, came with rice or bread and salad. Drink was 200yen, free refill. They also have terrace!
