ESTINATE HOTEL NAHA

I stayed at this hotel in Naha and overall, it offers good value for the price. The rooms were clean, the lobby was fine, and the restaurant was actually pretty decent. For the nightly rate, you shouldn’t expect luxury, but the basic experience is solid and you definitely get good bang for your buck. However, I strongly recommend avoiding the laundry facilities here. This was by far the most disappointing part of my stay. The machines are in very poor condition, especially the dryer. It doesn’t actually dry clothes, so you end up having to keep paying again and again just to try to finish one load. It feels like a complete money grab. It’s very easy to lose $20 or more just trying to get your clothes dry. The laundry room itself is also unpleasant—humid, stuffy, and not well maintained. If you stay here, it’s fine for the price, but do not rely on their laundry facilities. Everything else was decent, but the laundry situation really left a bad impression.

Well appointed, very clean rooms, modern design. Everything feels quite new and well maintained. Staff are warm and friendly. The room is probably best for one, might fit two but feel like a slight squeeze. Located near many restaurants. The walls seem a bit thin and one can hear others in the corridor or other rooms. Only shampoo and soap provided in room but other amenities are available at a self-serve bar next to the reception. Parking is available a block away, purchase a ticket from the reception at JPY 1200 per night parking.

It is an average hotel. Good beds and friendly staff. However, we had the assumption (looking at the price before discount) that it would be much better.Few examples:No coffee or tea bags in the room. You can ask for a kettle but have to pick it up yourself, they dont bring it up.And pay for the coffee.The rooms are very small.The breakfast was the strangest we have seen: 4 options of very heavy and greasy food that might serve as a dinner to some. No Asian or healthy food options at all. We asked them to leave halve of the (allready paid for) breakfast and just serve us a simple sandwich, but they charged us extra for this service.They try their best, but I would not recommend staying here.Ps parking is available yes, but not directly next to hotel and you have to pay 1200 per day.

Small single bedrooms but clean and comfortable. The desk is a good thing to have, while the bathroom can be a little cramped for taller people. The windows couldn’t be opened, but it seems that the air conditioning works well. The hotel is a bit far from the Main Street and their restaurants, but plenty of convenience stores nearby.

Several years ago, I stayed at this accommodation while traveling. I observed that a young female front desk staff member, who appeared to be in her twenties, consistently spoke in a condescending manner to guests, with the exception of white tourists and visitors from mainland Japan. If she continues to be employed, measures should be taken to ensure that such discriminatory behavior does not persist.

Clean and very friendly staff. Room is comfortable, and they offer alot of amenities, offer free water refill which help us alot since our family drink alot of water. it's next to a 711, for quick grab n go.

Room is admittedly small but super clean; the staff needs extra commendation -- they were excellent, English is fantastic and super, super super helpful. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't mind a tiny room.

Very nice location..there are nearby eateries. Short distance from kokusai-dori,by transport. Nice sizing rooms and bathrooms. Cosy place and not too noisy. Food is great but the breakfast os limited and always the same menu. You just choose which dish you prefer,but it is serve freshed. Beer cocktail is very nice,but alcohol wise you can find cheaper at nearby izakayas

Entering the first floor I spot a restaurant and bar area. The 2 people sitting at what I assumed was the bar counter totally ignored me and later I realized these two people are the front desk staff. Not once did they say welcome... or even acknowledge my presence as i entered with a suitcase. The exact same thing happened with a few Korean guests that came after me. Nobody acknowledged them and they assumed the 1st floor was a restaurant and proceeded to enter the elevator to find the front desk. First impression... ok you are bilingual and got a job at a hotel... so that doesn't give you the right to ignore check-in guests. The first floor restaurant lounge area is sooo nice but I'm not sleeping in the lounge... so now for the truth. This building is very old and very little attention was given to update anything in the rooms. It was dark, very few lights and a complete dusty mess. Shocking how terrible the condition of the room was. Totally depressing. This building must have been formerly either a Japanese company dormitory or simply an apartment complex with incredibly tiny rooms... but with the lack of kitchens in the rooms most likely just a company dorm. Not much attention was given to renovating the bar/restaurant and hallways that absolutely zero attention was given to the rooms. if you go to Okinawa PLEASE DONT STAY HERE! For a 1,000 yen more you can stay in central Kokusai Dori area hotels and not have to deal with the dusty dark pitiful rooms at Estinate. If you love beautiful bars this place has an amazing bar area so get yourself super drunk before heading into your unhealthy old dusty dilapidated dark dungeon of a room. Room F+ , Bar A+ Oh the TV only has local Okinawan Channels with poor reception at best... NO CABLE, NO CNN, NO BLOOMBERG.

"Estinate Hotel 1st floor lounge" Reasonable price! Food was great! Quiet and comfortable. Located on Rt.58 in Matsuyama, Naha-city. Have to park at coin parking lot which cost me 700yen for 2 & half hours but oh well, it's Naha, you know. The hamburger I ordered for lunch was 1,000yen, came with rice or bread and salad. Drink was 200yen, free refill. They also have terrace!
