I stayed at this hotel in Naha and overall, it offers good value for the price. The rooms were clean, the lobby was fine, and the restaurant was actually pretty decent. For the nightly rate, you shouldn’t expect luxury, but the basic experience is solid and you definitely get good bang for your buck.
However, I strongly recommend avoiding the laundry facilities here. This was by far the most disappointing part of my stay. The machines are in very poor condition, especially the dryer. It doesn’t actually dry clothes, so you end up having to keep paying again and again just to try to finish one load. It feels like a complete money grab. It’s very easy to lose $20 or more just trying to get your clothes dry. The laundry room itself is also unpleasant—humid, stuffy, and not well maintained.
If you stay here, it’s fine for the price, but do not rely on their laundry facilities. Everything else was decent, but the laundry situation really left a bad impression.
