Really bad client service, they sold us wrong places , not the ones that we booked. It was a big purchase for group with kids, so its pretty obvious that places should be situated near each other, u can't leave the child alone on the other half of the auditorium When paying for pre-booked tickets in ticket office we realized that some places are wrong, not the ones that we booked. They refused to give back money for 2 wrong tickets and proposed to change by paying extra 5 euros FOR THEIR MISTAKE. Is an opera house or a cheap casino where they steal your money and dont care about their customer?
