Estudios Benidorm

We arrived here on my friends stag doo on Friday the 13th of September. On arrival my friend farted during the check in procedures. Yes immature you could say but the man behind the desk kicked him out of the hotel and wouldn’t allow him back in and threaten to call the police if he tried to get back in at any point of the weekend. Have never experienced something so selfish in all my life. Yes maybe my friend should not of farted but his massive overreacting cost my friend €150 to stay at another hotel round the corner. I’d highly avoid this hotel based on that member of staff. All the other staff were lovely. Our room was ok at best and our safe did not work and they could not fix it either. Pretty poor to say the least. All in all this place is best to be avoided.

Our room slept 4 - we had 2 sets of bunk beds, which weren't ideal for a boozy holiday, but we managed!|The rooms were extremely clean with everything we needed - we didn't have a balcony, but the air con was fine - there was also a big window in our room too. ||We had a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, but outside our room was another bathroom with all the same things so we were never on top of each other. ||Central location and literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! ||I would stay here again - it was in a fab location with bars and cafes, and food stalls all around. Great for what we needed for a girls trip!

Lovely modern ,clean apartment in a great location. Stayed here for 4 nights recently as recommended by a friend and we weren’t disappointed. The location was perfect in Benidorm old town and close to the beach although would imagine it could be too noisy for some overlooking the street in the height of the season. The studio was well equipped with small hob, microwave and toaster along with all the usual cutlery and crockery. There was a safe to hire for €2 per day and an iron supplied on request at reception. Use of the sister hotel pool nearby was available to use and you could pay for a meal in the buffet restaurant, we tried it once but wouldn’t recommend it although it was ok. |Reception staff at studios were pleasant and helpful . The only downside to our apartment overlooking the pedestrian only street was that we could see straight into the apartments across the road and they could see into ours the addition of an internal mesh curtain would provide some privacy during the daytime. Overall a great stay at a great price.||||||||

Although tha apartment has been refurbished, the bathroom was not done. Old fittings and the toilet was not actually fixed to the floor properly. There was a group of Irish guys, who were banging on our door and trying to get in. I called reception to report this and eventually it went quiet. I mentioned it again the morning after, I was told they had been spoken to. But it continued each night until the end of our stay. The apartments are in a main walking street, so nice to people watch. Very noisy from 6.00am, as the cafe next door are dragging furnitue in the street and putting it out for the day. If you want peace and quiet this place is not it. Quite exspensive for what you get. We had a great holiday, as we spent as much time out of the apartment as possible. Bed change once, towels twice. Staff nice. Would not tay there again.

First time staying at these apartments. In the heart of the old town minutes walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants all around. The rooms are spacious and spotless. We found it to be very quiet considering its position. Will certainly be staying again as the price was very reasonable.

Second year running that we have been here. The location is superb and close to all amenities. Last year I had a great room overlooking the main street with a great room. This year I was very disappointed with my room, having been put in the second block, on the back, first floor with hardly any balcony. The rooms are all the same layout, however I was unable to open one of the wardrobe doors as it fouled on the bed. Bathroom and shower first class. Will definitely be returning though.

Great location, surprisingly quiet when doors are shut at night and nice and clean. The only down side is that we are here with two other couples and despite all paying the same price for our rooms, ours is half the size of the other couples rooms, as is our balcony, it’s really small. Very disappointing.

Great apartments. They are clean, very well located and very well laid out. Lovely quiet sun roof. Even though the place is located in a very busy street it is very quiet in the room when the balcony door is closed.
