There’s nothing like arriving at a hotel and feeling welcomed. When I checked in for my weeklong stay, Jackson and Lucíola at the front desk were kind and helpful. I later met Rafael and Thiago, as well as the excellent housekeeper Emerson. They were all great and made me feel at home.||My room was basic but modern and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, and the blackout curtains let me sleep in. The shower had strong water pressure. The minibar was well stocked and replenished daily. Be aware that the walls are thin, so if there are loud guests next door you’ll hear them clearly. Luckily the front desk staff is accommodating and helped me move.||The location is great, walking distance from lots of restaurants, bars, nightlife, and a pleasant 10-minute walk from Pátio Savassi, an upscale outdoor shopping mall with the high-end Verdemar supermarket right next to it. ||My only suggestion is to improve the breakfast. The food could be tastier, and the attendants could be better trained. For example, they’ll make you fresh eggs, but you need to ask, as they never offer and there are no signs. I saw someone get an omelette one day, so the next morning I asked and they made me one too. It would also be nice to have variety in the hot items in the buffet, but the entire week I was there, it was always the same two things: chopped hotdogs in tomato sauce and cold scrambled eggs.||Next time I go to BH, I look forward to visiting my friends at eSuites Toscanini-Savassi and enjoying an improved breakfast experience.

The hotel is in a very area.|Rooms are modern, even of the bathroom nothing special.|Almost nobody speak English.|The breakfast is awful: very few options. I asked if the bottle of milk was with lactose or not and they told me not as it was not clear: obviously it was with it, for fortune I was not allergic!|It is not a business hotel: the do not have working adaptor for the electricity (eu plungs)!|Good small gym and sauna.

Not a bad spot. It's clean, relatively comfortable, and fairly well appointed for a reasonable price. The hotel is located close to shops, restaurants, bars (literally across the road for some good brews!), and attractions such as the central market and liberty park are within walking distance. Staff are helpful and nice too, though there was not a lot of English (and even Spanish was sparse). Business aspects like internet, etc, was decent too. There's a restaurant on site (limited choices, so you're better to head up the road for better choices), and breakfast is average, but fills a gap.||Not a bad place, and I'd be happy to stay again, especially for the location.

Good hotel for a business trip. Modern and clean room, comfortable bed. Good WIFI. Friendly staff. Easy and fast check-in. Breakfast is good too. Located in a nice neighborhood with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. A shopping Mall is also within walking distance. Fair price. Definitely a good option for a business trip to Belo Horizonte.

The staff at this hotel went out of their way to help me when I was traveling to Belo Horizonte on business. The entire front desk staff, but especially Andres and Domynyck spoke excellent English, were attentive to my needs, and showed incredible devotion to hospitality above and beyond the call of duty. Apart from that, the hotel itself was clean, modern, and well serviced. I would definitely recommend a stay at this place.

New hotel, well located in a calm street and has a drugstore right around the corner. Rooms are clean, well equipped, comfortable, staff is friendly, and would definitely stay again. Parking is charged separately, and it’s very small and crowded. They offer room service, there’s a spa, a hair salon and an Italian restaurant. I had breakfast on Saturday and it was great, warm food, nice variety , however Sunday wasn’t as nice and fresh.

It's a brand new hotel with large and well decorated rooms. A/C, safe, wi-fi, cable TV, very good breakfast. Walls are too thin and you can hear the other room's TV.||Service is a little slow. Hotel should have a swimming pool. It has only a (paid) spa and a sauna (that was turned off).

Its a nice hotel near Savassi. But do not wait a usual concierge. There are always 2 ppl at there but they say they can not help you making reservations or other stuff. They explain that there is a computer at the lobby that one can do those stuff. I could not understand why having 2 ppl at a concierge and they are just always talking to each other. I could not find a bell boy either. One has to get the stroll cart and take one's own baggage to one's room.|We got a junior suite and room was awesome. Cool bathroom. Hotel located in a very nice and quiet place. Drugstore and small market nearby.
