A small intimate place that was surprisingly crowded for a Thursday - some things were sold out when we came, so seems best to arrive early in the day. But the food (crepe and noodles), drinks (Korean barley and ginger tea, and matcha cold foam), and desserts (canelle and cookie) we had were all amazing!

We recently had breakfast here and I loved everything we had! We had egg bap, tamago sando, and bun & jam. The egg bap was fire; if you’re feeling a little fancier you can also have some chili oil on the side. They make a great pair! The bun & jam was also pretty good. I absolutely loved the korean style baked korokke bun. It was a legendary breakfast.

Highlight of our Copenhagen trip. A true hidden gem with incredible food and unique, innovative flavors. Highly recommend.

Etc is in Norrebro past the brunch hungry crowds, which is precisely the point (sorry Atelier September). You don’t find this place unless you’re looking for it - or you’re in the neighborhood to fix your bike or get a shawarma (don’t). The food isn’t showing off. It doesn’t need to. It’s relaxed and very good. The Tamago Sando is comfortably fluffy and the aubergine salad manages to be crisp and refreshing but not too spicy. The kimchi had a proper zing (and don’t get me started on the chili oil. Very Well done. The Komchucha too was lovely.

Amazing hidden gem! Best Asian food in Copenhagen! The food is like a Michelin star restaurant where ingredients are super high quality and the flavors are unexpected, subtle and unique. You would look at the dish and expect a particular flavor profile but every dish surprises you! Highly recommend the breakfast onion pancake, silken tofu and noodles!

This restaurant deserves to be famous. But I’m glad it’s still not quite yet. I have to say, being fan of Japanese food and being able to eat on many places before, this is quite an experience. The tofu, the noodle and daifuku are tremendous. Every time I visit Copenhagen I will be back. Place is small yet cozy and with astonishing vibes. A slight decadence on design which meets perfectly with the Japanese mindset. Perfect

Waited 15 mins for a table, it took a while for the food and drinks to come, but they were only 3 people working and it was super packed today, maybe due to it being constitution day, so that was understandable. We ordered everything that was available on the menu and they were so delicious! Sad that the breakfast menu including the korokke buns were sold out when we arrived at 12 though :( so go early if you want to try them!

An okay experience. The staff is very friendly and the service was fast. The space is small but cosy and comfortable. The food was not what I was expecting. Disappointing kimchi, disappointing sesame cookie. Neither was bad, but just fine. The granola was a bit better but still did not meet the expectations.
