This was one of the yummiest and most vegetable forward brunches i’ve had in a while!! everything here is homemade with local ingredients and it shows. the flavours are amazing. the tempeh is unlike any i’ve eaten before, it had a great rich taste to it and was so soft. the servers were super nice and friendly and spoke english which was great for me as a tourist! would come again. do try the broth cup, it was sooo delish

One of my favourite places for coffee/breakfast/brunch in Karlin. Menu is great and food/drinks never disappoint. Food menu is creative and adaptable to dietary requirements. Menu usually changes once a week and they have specials of the day. Service is fantastic and lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

While enjoying my breakfast, I couldn’t help but write this — everything felt truly special. ✨ The Nut granola with yogurt, baked plums, quince, and nut butter and the Sweet porridge with cocoa, baked pears, and hazelnut caramel tasted like something from a Michelin-level kitchen — elegant, warm, and full of soul. A quiet morning, good coffee, and food made with love. 🌿☕️💛

If you love a wonderful brunch, take a cab out here and enjoy! Service is warm and friendly, and the food is a real treat. Inventive but homey and just delicious. One of my favorite all time brunch experiences.

Cozy little brunch spot with unique flavors and food options. We went with the grilled cheese sandwich and the baked “langos.” The grilled cheese had thick bread, plenty of melty cheese and pickled veggies. The baked langos was similar to a flatbread pizza with a sauce that reminded me a bit of buffalo sauce flavor. The dish was rich and filling and quite unique!

Wonderful cafe and brunch place. We came for lunch, delicious food and loved the relaxed and cosy environment. Staff were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

So if you’re in Prague and want to indulge in some good coffee, brunch or potentially pastry, Karlín would be the place to go to. I’m in Karlín today to try some of that exactly and Etapa certainly delivered. Great coffee (I personally went with the cold brew), nice location with seating outside and a nice selection of breakfast/brunch meals. Having tried the mixed salad and koprovka, I definitely recommend taking an extra serving of tempeh with your meals, it is glorious. Furthermore, it is also possible to purchase in house made sauces and various fermented produce, which is very nice to see. Make sure to check this place out whilst hopping around Karlín.

If you go there super hungry, you will stay hungry. Generally food is good but in small portions. I liked the positive energy of the staff.
