never met such an unbelievable atmosphere |every staff member was so friendly at each moment of the day , even during the rush of the restaurant |The room was nice and clean , comfortable and the service room perfect and also friendly|Nice restaurant with original suggestions|the surroundings were very nice with a nice cocktail bar and small supermarket on the other side of the street|the ocean at 100 m |we never used the car ...everything with the bicycles|wonderful souvenir ! |thank you to this outstanding staff !

The booked room was too noisy and too hot for the pricing. In front of the hotel there is a bar with very loud music open (only?) till 2 a.m. I was said if I keep closed the window it won’t be that loud. Unfortunately there is not air conditioning and it’s too hot in the summer to keep closed the window. I was too lazy to read all reviews. Now I have learnt the lesson!

We spent 2 nights here when visiting the Arcachon area. We visit this are once a year and have stayed in a range of hotels. ||This hotel was fairly basic but our party of 4 adults (2 grandparents) and 3 teenagers found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. ||The hotel staff were all very friendly and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and found the food to be good, something for everyone. We also finished both evenings with a few drinks in the very relaxed bar. ||The hotel is very close to the beach and the dune du pyla. ||There was a fair bit of noise from a bar next door which was more noticeable in the rooms at the front. ||We all thought it was a good little hotel for a night or 2 and I would happily stay there again. ||

The best meal we’ve had during our holiday in the area. Truly delicious food and great personnel made it an amazing experience for us. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is well situated near the famous dune du pyla, and the young lady at the reception was tolerably amicable. ||But,too bad for you if you have a big suit case, you'll have to carry it upstairs by yourself, as there is no attendant to help.||The room (room 4)was clean with new double windows, but monastic. And the bath room, if one can call it a room, is so tiny that a normally built man cannot possibly take a shower in it. There is soap dispenser(cheap soap) but no shampoo or lotion, no kleenex and oc no hair dryer. And no paper bin in the room,||The matress was hard as wood! Ever heard of foam toppers? ||Breakfast(not included) is average for the price, ||As member of our group complained about a few things, we got 2 breakfasts free each (we stayed 4 days) ||Apart from the bathroom(s ?) which must be totally rebuilt, this place could become very pleasant with only a few improvements.

Really nice evening with great food and very good and friendly service. We will recommend and definitely be back.

Our room was pretty small and barebones but did the job for a night, the beds were comfortable. We stayed there in february and our room was facing the street towards the couple of bars/clubs, we sleept soundly nonetheless but it looked like it might get loud during summer/high season. The staff was super nice and attentive towards all of us (travelling with kids and dogs) which made the stay especially enjoyable.
