Google
I've been going to Eternal Abundance for over a decade, from the restaurant to the market, it's great to have exclusively vegan places in Vancouver. My fave are the specialty items like spouting seeds or raw stevia (all super high quality), and of course, the food, which is on the home made/healthier side, great if you want energy rather than a nap after eating.

Google
Their matcha smoothie is the best smoothie I’ve ever had! Fresh, healthy ingredients - you can trust your meal will be good and good for you.

Google
The smoothie I was expecting was smaller than I expected but it tasted good. I will order a large size next time. Kombucha is good, and I bought this natural product because I had the flu. I will use it and update it.

Google
The food here was quite tasty and healthy. Tried the chili with brown rice and salad. The chili was hearty and flavourful and for a non vegan, I didn’t even feel like meat was missing. The salad was fresh and tangy. The brown rice tasted very warm and fresh as well. Would eat here again.

Google
The best place for healthy food in the entire Vancouver area! You’ll leave feeling nourished but light and energized. They also use organic ingredients which is a huge bonus! Check out their cute organic shop while you’re there.

Google
We were visiting from USA and found this gem of a small grocery store and eatery. We don't have this quality of both in Scottsdale, AZ! The produce was fresh and well displayed. The food was delicious and well proportioned. I felt energized after having the Pumpkin Latte, Chia pudding w/granola and quinoa waffles! My boyfriend (red sweat shirt) had the Increda-bowl (and boy was it, filled him up)!! The owner, Andrew even sat with us and chatted about the store's history and evolution. It was a cozy spot and well worth the price. I highly recommend it.

Google
I would say it’s more a market store than restaurant. I found the food to be average. It’s all counter service and you get your own cutler/water etc. The store it’s self was quite cold and we kept our jackets on the whole time, even while sipping on a hot latte. They do have a few tables outside in the front. Curry bowl was decent and the miso rolls, chia pudding and salad were kind a meh.

Google
Chose this organic spot for brunch right after I landed in Vancouver. It was nourishing, fresh, balanced with all the food groups as they mindfully create their dishes. The gentleman taking my order and the server were gracious. Had the Tofu Benny and Chaga tea. Loved the smoked tofu and the natural flavours of the sweet potato and potatoes, the carrot slaw salad and the tomatoes. The oatmeal bread under the tofu and hollandaise is a little crumbly but you could tell it was baked with pure ingredients, which I value. Everything was pure and wholesome, not oily or salty. Love the selection of products including locally made ones that they carry in their own little market. They are true to natural organic just like its decor and everything they use. A gem in a quiet neighbourhood…supporting places like these is a joy!

Yelp
This is a small vegan/natural health foods market and cafe. I stopped here for lunch and had a very enjoyable experience. This probably is not the place to go if you're skeptical about vegan or "natural" foods, but if you already enjoy eating these sorts of foods, this is the place for you. I ordered the miso walnut roll, a slice of raspberry white chocolate vegan cheesecake, and a superfood London fog. The miso walnut roll is like rice less sushi. The walnut and sunflower seed paté had a great savoury flavour and was rich enough that I didn't miss the rice. The veggies in the roll were very fresh and refreshing, and I really liked the contrast of textures between the crunchy veggies and the paté. The cheesecake was very rich in flavour and not too sweet with a juicy raspberry swirl. The London fog was a "wow" item, definitely not your average London fog. I had it with the oat + nut milk blend which was super creamy. There was a strong earl grey flavour, and the drink was sweetened just enough to enhance it without actually tasting "sweet". I took a look around the market after I was done eating and ended up seeing that they had Miyoko's vegan mozzarella, an amazing vegan substitute for fresh mozzarella that I first tried from Whole Foods but didn't see at my closest location when I tried to restock, so I was excited to see it here. It was a few more dollars than it was at Whole Foods, but I'd much rather give this business my money. I also got a package of carrot chia crackers which are delicious too. The market is small but you can find some gems.

Yelp
Have been coming here for 14 years. Consistently in love with the vibe. Happy lively food. I like the feeling of buying from local farm-to-plate cafes whenever possible. I wish this was a volunteer kitchen so I could help out. Clean, local, nutritious. Happy people!

Yelp
Not a huge menu but enough variety on it to keep everyone happy. We have been a few times. They have some groceries. It is all vegan. For juice, the wake which is orange, carrot, ginger, tumeric is absolutely delicious. This time I had the bowl with quinoa, beets, hummus. delicious and so filling. Pic below. Hubby had the stew special which tonight was ramen which was also very good. The desserts looked good but we didn't try any. Atmosphere is nothing - a few tables in a grocery store but sufficient. Staff sometimes super friendly and sometimes just the minimum but have never found staff to be rude - just different levels of friendliness. Would recommend for sure.

Yelp
Vegan locavore? This place modestly makes the best "10-mile diet" I've ever seen. (The owner has a small farm in Burnaby. Talk about efficiency!) I'm in love with the Café. Real food, aaah finally! Good selection, some favorites as well as a good rotating menu. Smoothies are always a great choice! Groceries on top of it? Yes! Everybody is so friendly, and the food makes me feel great, inside and out. It's like saving the world, one mouthful at a time. I recommend highly.

Yelp
I find that you have to go a few times to figure this place out. They have fresh fruits and vegetables, good selection of spices. They also have soup and sandwiches and smoothies, it took a bit to figure that out. No one is especially welcoming. The refrigerated food don't look very appetizing but there are some GF options. If I can't find what I'm looking for at Choices, I'll go here to look. In the spring and summer they have veggie and herb starts for the garden.

Yelp
If I was a local - this is a place I would frequent. Organic everything. Fresh produce. Helpful staff. A host of pantry items. Wellness products. Ambiance - natural light and relaxing tunes. If you're flying with the adaptogens in glass jars, take them out for CATSA and TSA. They both flagged me today. Oh and customer appreciation day is a specific day of the month, not if you 'check-in' on Yelp. #checkinfail

Yelp
Yesterday I came here specifically for one of their vegan ice cream sandwiches, but they didn't have any! I guess maybe they only sell them in the summer? Luckily they have a ton of other delicious items to choose from. I got the tofu scramble and it was so good! The place itself is really casual and cute, and has a grocery section with lots of great stuff to buy. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying out more of the menu!

Yelp
Did not try their sweets or hot chocolate this time around after the horrific experience last time, but their savoury food is pretty decent. Won't knock your socks off, but it's a nice healthy option to have. Seating is limited and a bit cramped. Staff were pretty nice. They have a grocery section too. Miso Walnut Roll (4.5/5) Very refreshing and a unique taste on sushi. Loved the flavour of the miso walnut pate. Wish there was some sort of mayo to dip instead of thee salty soy sauce, but it's still pretty tasty without. BBQ Beans (4.5/5) Presentation was more like a chili, but with BBQ instead of a tomato base. Lots of beans, but could use some veggies other than just onions (and maybe some zucchini, I can't remember). Flavour was good. Raw Burger (4/5) Beet walnut patty was unique and quite tasty. Lots of vegetables included, and the side slaw with the miso ginger dressing was good too. House Salad (4/5) Caesar dressing was good, and there were lots of veggies. A solid salad.

Yelp
Tonight was my first time dining here. I've recently started the Keto diet and there are many Keto- friendly choices. I settled with the raw sandwich which was very delicious and filling. I also ordered the only green juice and it made my cells feel alive just drinking this wholesome goodness. I tried the keto- friendly glow spot treats- strawberry creme and the caramel. These truly satisfied my sweet tooth and I didn't even miss sugar. They were decadent. The women serving us was very knowledgeable and helpful and the and the ambience was very chilled and relaxing. I noticed that they sell an array of natural healing and Chinese herbs so I'll be back soon to purchase some. This place was very charming and I will recommend it to friends.

Yelp
Delicious little find on commercial drive during our search for the best Hot Chocolate of 2018. #hotchocolatefest2018 We stopped by this little local vegan market/cafe after lunch to experiment with something different. They were offering 2 special hot chocolates at this time: "Turtle Hot chocolate" and "Hot chocolate Chaga". The 3rd drink - "That Salty Rosemary" unfortunately was only during the first week. Hot chocolate Chaga - was an unique drink made with Chaga mushrooms. This surprisingly was the most chocolatey and thick hot chocolate I've had this year. It didn't taste like mushroom and was the perfect amount of sweet. Turtle Hot chocolate - if you like the chocolate Turtle then you would like this one. Caramel and chocolate always go together nicely. Compared to the previous, this one is much sweeter but if that's what you like then the Turtle is for you. The rest of the market is full of organic produce and other healthy snack products. I didn't have much time to look but I may stop by to grab a few things next time I'm in the neighbourhood

Yelp
This is my good to for fresh juices, Pear Bliss smoothie and a must-have is their nori rolls. I had the walnut nori roll yesterday and I am already thinking about going back for more today. Love picking up fresh local & organic produce after a meal here. Another favourite here is their raw Blueberry & Lemon cheesecake. I generally lean towards chocolate flavour dessert but this fruit combo is something else. A must-try!

Yelp
If you're looking for RAW WHOLE NATURAL ORGANIC foods to purchase or for lunch look no further. Eternal Abundance is pure raw goodness, no bells and whistles. What you see is what you get. A plate of raw veggies and that's what it tastes like. If you're doing a detox, cleanse or just eating clean then you can come here for a safe meal. If you have nut allergies I would ask first but they do have some nut free options. Also, if you are interested in Superfoods they have a whole shelf stocked of powerful herbs and healing powders to essentially assist anyone on the road to a highly energetic and cancer free lifestyle. Some of their desserts do have cane sugar so ask before purchasing. Otherwise I have nothing but praises for this earthy heaven. This place is as granola as it gets! I sat down at EA to eat a lunch in the summer, it was wonderful. I'm kind of reluctant to eat at places where its raw food because I usually make that at home, but I indulged and felt great the rest of the day. I usually stop by to purchase my superfoods. If you like things like powdered red Reishi extract and Chlorella they have all that. Their produce is probably the best organic veg I've seen in the city. I also like to contirbute to smaller buisnesses rather than buying from Whole Foods all the time. The produce is mostly local and great quality; I rarely see bruised veg and the greens are pristine too without lots of mud and holes. It's clean and fresh.

Yelp
I just traveled from west palm beach florida to experience some of the most scrumptious organic raw vegan soups , desserts, Nori rolls, smoothies, chai tea and other spectacular herbs and dishes and I've never tasted before. The service was exceptional the pricing was great. the diversity inside the restaurant - fresh organic grocery store that also even had areas for doing small lectures a treasure to find if you're visiting in East Vancouver - don't miss it as it a great hole in wall - special place that you won't forget Ronn just Ronn The hole in the wall food

Yelp
I frequent this place enough that the staff know me! As most Vancouver vegans realize, there is an absurdly high number of comfort food restaurants around and shortage of healthy eateries. I love Eternal Abundance because it's the one place where you can have a wholesome nourishing and super healthy meal that gets prepped in the open. Their nori rolls and incredi-bowls are my favorite items on the menu. However, I have to take one star off for their super tiny portions. I eat a lot and even with a soup, it does not fill me up at all and I have to get food somewhere else. There is an organic groceries section which is impressive and well maintained as well. For those who can't go vegan because they love cheese too much, then you have to give MIYOKO'S CHEESE a try!! They are miles better than Daiya cheese. Overall a great place for healthy vegan eats if you are not ravenous!

Yelp
Really appreciate the split way this store operates...half market half restaurant love the desserts super delicious

Yelp
Eternal Abundance Cafe is an all-organic grocer and vegan cafe that serves a vast variety of plant based and gluten-friendly meals, drinks, and treats. I stopped by for an afternoon dessert and was pleasantly surprised with their array of options. I picked out the Chocolate Mousse Bar, Chocolate Chip Cookie, and Ginger Molasses Cookie. The Chocolate Mousse Bar is a creamy cashew-cacao-date mousse with a crumbly coconut-pumpkin seed base. The pairing of these simple ingredients come together to create a sensational bar that makes for a close to healthy treat. As for the Chocolate Chip Cookie and Ginger Molasses Cookie, they were both so delicious! What I love most about the Chocolate Chip Cookie is that it's made with an oat base. I find that it really adds to the flavour and complements the dark chocolate chips well. Both cookies are equally thick, soft baked, and crumble at each bite, which makes them all the better. The Ginger Molasses cookie is my personal favourite and one I intend to buy as a batch the next time I stop buy! It makes me nostalgic for the holidays, and I can only imagine how much of a hit they would be at a seasonal get together! With such a great selection of both meals and treats, I look forward to coming back and trying more items off the menu!

Yelp
I've always wanted to try out this place but I didn't get to until a few days ago. I wanted to visit Spank clothing and Eternal Abundance is right next to it! This place is a hippie's paradise, everything is organic and locally sourced. They have a variety of raw items on their menu too, if you're into that kind of diet. The zughetti with the cashew Alfredo sauce was incredible. Combined with the saltiness of the flax crackers, it was refreshing and filling. It was my first time having zoodles and I like them better than normal pasta! In fact, I'm looking at a spiralizer right now to make some at home. The banini smoothie was also delicious. The chunks of date I found were a nice touch. My friend ordered the beet burger with the collard green wrap. It was a little messy so she ended up eating it as a big salad. I think mine was the better of the two dishes, haha. Will be back if I'm ever in the area! A great find.

Yelp
I've been a customer here for at least 4 years. This review is for the management team. I walked instore in an amazing mood. Waited and trying to make eye contact for 10 minutes with maybe one person in front of me. I was standing in front of the Nanimo Pies the entire time next to the till. 4 staff was in the store. I finally get addressed by a young caucasian blond lady wearing brown boots. She replied, she will be right back. She picks out a few desserts and walks over and sits with her parents for a snack. The other staff at the till was still ringing in a grocery order that looked one basket full but took over 10 minutes and still not done. The chef was plating a warm plate. The 4th staff disappeared to the back of the store. There are also 2 other patrons who are also waiting in line. I left bewilder after 20 minutes of confusion with no Nanaimo Pies and Key Lime Pies. I'm taking my business elsewhere. So unorganized.
google avatar

Heather K.

Yelp
Yummy food! I come here all the time. The only reason for the 4 stars is the service is a little spotty. Some days they are super friendly, other days I get ignored or talked to rudely.
google avatar

Glen M.

Yelp
My cheesy tomato chickpea stew was v v good. My friend loved his mushroom burger. Our lunch was delicious. The restaurant was probably the ugliest restaurant I've been in (and I've been to Denny's). Lol. I'd check this place out again if I'm in the neighbourhood.

Charlie N.

Yelp
During the heatwave, we ordered the ceaser salad and the burrito bowl for dinner. I must say, Eternal Abundance makes an absolute killer salad. I always laugh and say I physically "feel healthier" when I order one. Anyways, we shared the ceaser which was delicious and very garlic-y. The burrito bowl was great, too. We chose brown rice to accompany it which helped add some healthy carbs to the meal. I've tried their other items in the past, the house salad and the vegan sushi rolls... everything is always fresh tasting. If i'm needing to detox from fried food or a junk food-filled weekend, Eternal Abundance is a recommended favourite.

Yelp
Ok, any place that has a passion for serving all vegan, organic AND gluten-free (aka GF) food is super amazing! And it's all provided inside a wonderfully colorful, cozy, and comfortable space. They have a truly great cafe menu and it's easy to get lost in it. Raw? Cooked? Both? They gots it, yo. On my last day, I decided to settle for an Incredi-Bowl + roasted veggies and small quinoa waffles for takeout. The bowl was nice & hearty (maybe just a smidgens too busy in the mouth) while the quinoa waffles were pretty good (these were a first for me and was very happy)! The spreads were delightful; I tasted bites w/ these separately and combined a bit (maybe too busy this route). Aside from the cafe food, the store has a plethora of herbs and bulk goods to try - some of these I've never even heard of (turkey tail mushroom, anyone?). Looks of familiar things, lots of new-to-you's, etc. You can definitely multi-shop here (eat some breakfast, grab some produce, get a book, check the community board, etc. This is one solid happy place to get your health game on (and to keep it strong). Check it out, yo!

Lucy P.

Yelp
pretty good food. There is surprisingly not too many places on commercial drive with vegetarian options so i was happy to find this place. Ill be back for sure

Lauren B.

Yelp
Wasn't impressed with my delivery experience. Portions weren't as represented, the container didn't hold the food well so the bowl was all one mixed mush when it arrived, and the separate side of quinoa(4$) ended up being only a couple spoonfuls of the crusty bottom stuff. I know they sell and make some great healthy items in store, however receiving this type of delivery from them was definitely disappointing.
google avatar

Yelp
A gem of a find - Definitely will be back! For folks who are looking for tasty raw or vegan flair with flavor, check this place out. Ordered the miso walnut roll for dinner. OMG - Best ever!!

Yelp
I frequent this spot at least once a month when my vegan friend wants to eat out and I honestly feel satisfied every time. The interior has been completely updated and freshened up. It's bright and still cosy but no longer has a step up platform and old sofa/chairs to lounge on. The food is delicious and fresh and imaginative and the deserts are really a treat. they have a great selection of cookbooks and small gifts along with their organic produce. Love to support a homegrown business that offers alternatives in the community. Hope they can always manage a sustainable business with strong local support.

Yelp
Alex G and I stopped in here on a grey November afternoon looking for a treat, and we definitely found one! This is a real 3.5 star spot for me, just brought down to 3 because of the prices. We had a great little table in the window, up on their makeshift platform - it looks very DIY but was cosy enough. The tables aren't too close together, but close enough to feel homey. We went to the counter to order, at which point I was a little confused - the place seems part grocery store, part café. The woman serving us was very friendly and patient as we perused the menu and the entire case of treats. I settled on a fresh pressed juice with ginger, and a macaroon - the juice was perfect, just sweet enough and without that weird bitterness you sometimes get with fresh juice. The macaroon was very small, but very tasty - total melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. The prices are pretty crazy steep - I think it was about $30 for two drinks and two treats, but it's a lovely place to stop by if you have a little extra cash.
google avatar

Julie R.

Yelp
Not so sure about this place. I mean, I'm all about organic produce and food looked good, but when you're more expensive on every single product you sell than your competitors, please be at least customer friendly. Acknowledge a potential client. Smile. Be helpful. But please, don't ignore them or look bored to death when they're buying something from you. Otherwise, I really don't see why people should come back here. Going back? Probably not. I had a way better shopping experience-and with good deals-at Sweet Cherubim, which is just a little further up in the street.
google avatar

Gary G.

Yelp
Really wonderful vegan organic grocery store with a limited but well-curated selection, and caring service. Their food is delicious; the specials are worth trying. It's a nice detour into healthy takeout on the nights when The Drive's many less healthy options don't win me over.

Tania F.

Yelp
I decided to check this place out today for lunch. I had a kale Caesar and a juice. It was ok. The place is a bit grungy but I guess it kind of suits the commercial drive vibe. They have a selection of veggies and fruits along with spices, homemade nut butters etc. It's a bit pricey but what healthy restaurant in Vancouver isn't? No real wow factor but no complaints either. I think I prefer sweet charibum up the street better but it's ok,

Denise R.

Yelp
I order what I thought would be a great salad and received a wet mess. It in no was freshly made. I called in for a resolution and was simply told sorry.
google avatar

Alma H.

Yelp
I came here for breakfast this morning. I loved the market/cafe ambiance and the selection of books to browse through while waiting for the food. I ordered the tofu scramble plate with added kraut and hot sauce (which was extra because it was housemade and special). I've had many tofu scrambles and this one was very unique because it's not really a scramble, but more like a sautéed cubed tofu with veggies - very tasty and flavorful. The potatoes were so delicious, you could eat them on their own without ketchup. The dehydrated flaxbread with hummus was super tasty and hummus in itself was also very unique and delicious. Oh, and the side salad is also really yummy! Overall, it exceeded my expectations, tasted very clean and was quite filling. I'd definitely come back the next time I'm in Vancouver!

Yelp
This place is really a great place to grab a bite. Its local . Organic. Fresh. What more can u ask for. Its a market / food/juice bar. I love it. Everything is made fresh to order. So its not fast food. I love their sushi rolls and the Ken salad is so delish. BUT burgers esp. If you love mushroom is really tasty. Some raw amd some cooked food but the sauces they make are especially good. The turmeric sauce they drizzle on the kimchi roll really makes it special. Sometimes i am a little dissapointed when they run out of things and don't let me know until the very end but i can handle that. It is one of my favourite places to eat ATM . I have never had juices there but i am sure they would be tasty. AND Price point. I mean really its good food for the value. So to me its worth it .

Yelp
I usually order a lot of take out from Eternal Abundance with efficient service. But the review I am writing for is about my early birthday raw vegan cake. My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with a vegan cake before he left town so he ordered it the day before, and they had it ready by the next day! I don't think people usually order an entire cake, but I just wanted to let everyone know that it's possible to order a whole raw vegan cake from Eternal Abundance! :)
google avatar

Shawnda K.

Yelp
I seriously love this place! Their raw root burger with onion bread is delicious! The raw turtles and mint balls - serious flavor explosions. I've been ordering from there weekly, and they always have my order ready for me for pick up. I bought some organic broccoli and kale seedlings from there too (my broccoli died in my garden bed, that was sad, but my kale is strong). I LOVE that they have organic botija olives (which are SUPER hard to find). Thank you, Eternal Abundance, for doing raw well! It's made my new raw journey even more fun with a weekly treat from you! I look forward to trying the curry burger!!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Great chilli! Loved the flavours in it and while it was filling, it did not feel heavy at all. I also enjoyed the Chai latte, however I wish there was more of a punch to it like Chai usually has. The green soup was not a success. The flavours were somewhat bland and a bit too earthy. Happy to have had an organic meal though! The place itself was a bit too hippie and not as cozy as I was expecting it be. Good experience overall.

Yelp
I was looking for some new vegetarian dishes to try and I found the menu very enticing... I started with the Caesar salad which had kale in it and the dressing had the right amount of spices in it. Then, I chose the pad Thai zughetti because I personally love Pad Thai in Thai restaurants. It is eaten cold and has the same flavour as the original pad Thai. Then, for my main dish, I chose the Beet Burger with the addition of the Onion bun.....I really enjoyed the fragrant flavours of carmelized onions that blended perfectly with the juicy burger....yes, this is served cold too. And boy, am I full....

Yelp
First time going to this place and didn't like this place. Found it overcrowded, dark, and when the employee showed me their stew very dry. Did order this expensive smoothie to go. The smoothie tasted weird n salty also comes with a paper recycled straw lol. Guess the crowd like their 100% organics in their foods. But can't imagine ever going back cause it's so overrated. Down the street enjoyed Sweet Cherubim which was nicely lit, vegetarian, better prices, and better food.

Yelp
What would Commercial Drive be without Eternal Abundance. Love the menu for all breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options. Always look forward to a trip to EA. Alex, you're the best and you do such a fantastic job at running EA. The produce / market section is a great addition to the cafe, along with other organic high quality foods on the shelves. I never leave empty handed as I can't resist some of the goodies that can't even be found anywhere else. Vancouverites, if you are looking for a place to eat super healthy and meet people who work so hard because they care about what goes in your body, pay a visit to EA.

Yelp
Love this place. Great vegan food and has a grocery store too. Very casual setting which is great. Much better value for money than other vegan restaurants in the city. My favorites are the spicy kimchi roll, the beet burger and the incredibowl. The desserts are great too especially the nanaimo bar and the lemon bar

Yelp
Eternal Abundance Vancouver on Commercial Drive is a all organic vegan grocery and cafe. This little gem has a bit of everything - maybe except a friendly smile! The woman at the counter is a standoffish. The food on the other hand is delicious. There are hot soup, amazing salads and vegan pasta dishes. If you are looking for fresh juice and smoothie, they've got just that too! This is one of my favorite vegan restaurants for a quick meal. Super Salad 13.50: Kale, lettuce, carrots, beets, cabbage, red onion, tomato, cuke, pepper, sprouts, avo, scoop of hummus. Grain and miso ginger or creamy hemp-garlic dressing. Add 6oz chili scoop +3.50. I really like their miso ginger dressing and also the pesto. The pesto makes has great flavor profiles! You can also request extras. Zugghetti 9.25: Zucchini noodles, kale and veggies with pesto and flax crackers. You can also choose between marinara or cashew alfredo. External Abundance is one of my favorite pre/post-workout fuel up! I like the clean, hearty ingredients that keeps me full all day! This is so important when you are trying to stick to a healthy diet and lifestyle. Minus 2 stars for terrible counter service!

Yelp
Very tasty options, they play with flavours to make unique options. Half grocery, half eatery, so don't expect a 'restaurant'.

Yelp
I went here for a vegan meetup with Veg Meetup Vancouver. They did a cooked vegan dinner for us and it was pretty good. About half the food was amazing. The other items well there was a raw dressing that was way too mustardy and spicy, and the pumpkin pie was actually fresh pumpkin cooked, but there were giant raw chunks in it still and the gluten free garlic toast was hard as a rock. More like a crouton. But everything else was delicious, the quinoa stuffed tomatoes, the squash coconut soups, the roasted yams. Everything was made fresh and presented very beautifully. It's neat to have a place that makes everything to order. They also have a small grocery section attached if you want some produce or health food items. I would have loved to try more things from here before I moved, but it was great to try what I did.

Yelp
The first time I came here I was a bit confused. At first glance it can be easy to not quite understand if this is a cafe, restaurant, or grocery store. Turns out, it's a bit of everything! They have a delicious array of smoothies and juices, and I tried the Creamsicle smoothie with a slice of their vegan key lime pie. This place is a gluten/dairy-intolerant person's dream. The smoothie was rich, fruity, and tasted amazing. Because they use all organic ingredients, it's a bit pricier than other smoothie shops, but it was definitely worthwhile! The key lime pie was made with an avocado filling, and I've always been a bit wary of avocados going in my treats, but besides adding a great creamy texture I couldn't taste it at all. It was amazing, so refreshing and citrusy. There are great spots to sit near the window that feel very cozy and intimate. It would be a great place to spend catching up with a friend or getting some work done. I will absolutely be bringing my homework here in the future and trying out some more smoothies!

Yelp
Yummy vegan caesar, and well, I've never had anything here I didn't like. It's such a treat to eat high vibe organic food. Grateful that this place exists!

Yelp
I really like the products they are selling. It's a great place for vegetarians and vegans. If you want a sweet treat or a great juice, it's definitely the place to go! I don't know about the food as the first time we went, their chef hasn't showed up since the morning... But man....the staff is very unfriendly! Nobody smiles, nobody really talks to you , nobody helps you! It's really like they are unhappy to be there! That really put me off. Going to a shop/restaurant is an experience that includes the interaction with the staff, but there, you are on your own! Maybe we have been on 3 bad days! don't know! Also, the light is a bit depressing...I didn't want to stay for too long.

Yelp
A bunch of my friends from Portland came by last Sunday night and it was a great experience! Ambiance was superb, the cashier and the server were very welcoming. Their suggestions of the Alex Special was delicious and don't get me started on those desserts (their versions of the classic Turtles are to die for!). I came tonight after 6 or so and it was just complete opposite, different staff from the other night, the cashier wasn't pleasant, he seemed distracted and didn't recommended any new specials told me that the specials were on the board above him and if I can move aside to help another customer out. I am giving this 3 stars because it has great food and giving the staff a pass as it might been a busy day for them. Will return back.

Yelp
I've been coming here for 10 years, and it's some of the best food in the city. I frequently get catering for large groups, and they do a perfect job every time. On top of the food, they have carefully sourced groceries, nuts, desserts, and everything else I want to stuff on my face.
