The best meal we had the week we were in town! Etta’s was an awesome meal and a great dining experience while on the island. Everyone from the hostess to our server Helen were very kind, gracious and attentive. The menu is on the small side, but they have daily specials and that means that everything is cooked to order and of the highest quality available. The interior and outside seating area are clean and comfortable while offering a beautiful view of the waterfront especially at sunset. Desserts were homemade and fantastic! Reservations are recommended and this place is worth checking out while in Chincoteague.

The restaurant is quaint and right on the water, with lots of windows to enjoy the view. The food was good & we especially enjoyed the bacon-wrapped dates and bacon-wrapped scallops. We happened to arrive shortly before a major storm came through, which knocked out the power. Wait staff was very attentive, lighting candles, providing bread, water, and other drinks throughout the approximately 30 - 40 minutes the power was out. Kudos to the managers, wait and kitchen staff for handling the situation so well.

"That was the seafood dinner I was wanting this whole trip" said my husband as he wiped his mouth clean and threw down his fork. Outstanding meal from the flavorful and herbaceous clam chowder to the key lime pie finish. This place hits off on all cylinders with views of Assateague island and thoughtfully placed hummingbird feeders and flowery planters. Can't wait to return.

Lovely place with great views! We ordered the Crab duo, Salmon, and Crab stuffed mushrooms. All was delicious. Our waitress ( Holly) was very attentive. We had a great dining experience. Recommend reservations!

We had a seat by the window and had a beautiful view for our amazing meal. The cream of crab soup was incredible. Filled with lots of crab and flavor. Calamari was perfectly cooked and our main entrées were over the top delicious. Definitely going back.

Charming dinner spot with water views. The hushpuppies are to die for, and the crabcakes are among the best I've eaten! The service is fabulous and makes you feel like family. Will visit again!

Wonderful restaurant off the tourist trap beaten path with large selection of surf and turf options. Ample parking, screened in deck (no mosquitos!), and a wonderful view. Staff were also very accommodating in getting our large party of eight sat on short notice.

Nice waterfront venue with inside dining as well as a screened in porch area. The bacon wrapped scallops appetizer very tasty, the perfectly done broiled lump crab cakes, decidedly delicious, not sure how they held together having no breading. Yum! The special, a crab/shrimp pot pie was ample, had a flakey crust and lots of shrimp in a creamy sauce. Holly, the waitress, was nice, attentive and fun. We had a great meal, well worth the pricing.
