nothing short of exceptional, and our first day set the tone for an unforgettable experience. As Venture X cardholders, we were pleasantly surprised to learn that upgrades are often available upon arrival, depending on room availability. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a room on the sixth floor, which turned out to be one of the most romantic and thoughtfully designed spaces we’ve ever stayed in. The room had a soft, dimly lit ambiance that created the perfect mood for relaxation.
From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail was remarkable. The room featured a unique nightstand clock with a built-in rain sound effect — a small but wonderful touch that added to the serene atmosphere. You could easily control or turn it off, along with the nightlight, which made winding down for the night effortless. The amenities were equally impressive, including complimentary purified water, an espresso and coffee setup, and a neatly packaged hygiene kit with all the essentials presented beautifully. Everything about the room felt intentional, luxurious, and refreshingly clean.
After settling in, we decided to explore the heated pool. Even though the evening air was on the cooler side, the water was pleasantly warm and inviting — a perfect way to relax after a long day of travel. The pool area was elegant and quiet, offering a calm, spa-like atmosphere that made the entire experience feel rejuvenating.
To finish off our night, we used our Venture X experience credit at Salt & The Cellar, the hotel’s signature restaurant led by Chef Akira. Dining there is truly a must for anyone visiting ETTE. We ordered several of the chef’s most talked-about dishes: the famous tuna pizza, the Wagyu tacos, and the Chilean seared sea bass. Each dish was outstanding — the tuna pizza lived up to the hype with its delicate flavor and perfect texture, while the Wagyu tacos were rich and flavorful. The sea bass, cooked to perfection, was tender and full of depth. We ended the meal with the yuzu dessert, which was a refreshing and elegant finale to an already exceptional dinner.
A special mention goes to our waiter, Paul, who provided outstanding service. He was warm, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations throughout the meal, elevating the dining experience even further.
The next morning, breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It was complimentary for two and absolutely delicious — very French and European in style. The spread included creamy yogurt, freshly made waffles, fluffy eggs, savory sausage, and a generous selection of fruit and berries. The presentation was lovely, and the atmosphere calm and refined, with fresh coffee served alongside everything. It was the perfect way to start the day and further showcased the hotel’s commitment to quality and detail.
Overall, our first day at the ETTE Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the thoughtful amenities to the heated pool and world-class dining, everything was seamless and deeply enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to returning — this hotel truly knows how to deliver a luxurious, relaxing, and memorable stay.
