I have to commend Ettinger for the exceptionally high quality of both their products and their customer service! As I am based in the U.S., I e-mailed questions regarding their briefcases and whether or not one of my existing portfolios would fit inside a particular briefcase. Rather than just estimate based on measurements, the client services team created a full-scale cardboard mock-up of my portfolio and took pictures of it placed within the briefcase so that I could judge the fit for myself. Truly outstanding effort! Additionally, I ended up purchasing several of their portfolios and pouches from the Capra, Sterling, and Bridle Hide model lines and I am extremely impressed with quality and finish of the products. International delivery was prompt as well. I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Got a few great products in the sample sale. 80% off, crazy prices. Very well made products that look great and are well-thought-out. Made two separate orders, and the customer service was great because they refunded one of the shipping charges, even though they were not able to combine the packages.

The Ettinger Sample Sales are simply amazing!!! I've been a devout fan and committed customer of the Ettinger brand since the late 1990s/early 2000s I must sat that the craftsmanship of all Ettinger items have always been of seriously superior quality. Ettinger are one of the very few luxury British companies that still makes and manufactures their upscale leather goods here in the United Kingdom.

Bought a card holder that was embossed and they sent the wrong coloured item. They were super fast to send a new one, no questions asked, embossed in the same way as the previous one but in the right colour. I didn’t have to pay anything or return the item. Super customer service from Maggie.

G Ettinger happens to be one the best companies in leathers manufacturing, from my research... their location in Putney matches my desired place for work, So I will be wishing and hoping to join the team as their worker, I have applied for a role in the company, I'm hoping to considered and employed by the company as possible... I'm ready to work as much demanded by the company.

Ettinger has poor customer service. Blames customers for shipping issues. Illegally withholds refunds. AMEX investigation ruled against Ettinger practices. Full review: I received an item that I did not wish to keep and sent it back in their original packaging (which was a dust cover, an inner box, and an outer box). I repackaged the item just as it has been shipped to me. Ettinger claims one of the zippers popped open during return shipment (after it has left my possession) and rotated in the box, scuffing the item. I'm not sure how that would have been possible since everything was secured and in several layers of padding. I was never shown or sent pictures. However I was informed a refund was impossible--despite this alleged damage happening in transit. Residing in the USA, this is considered damage en route and is the responsibility of the party that pays for shipping (Ettinger). Ettinger illegally attempted to withhold the refund and threatened to send the damaged item back. I ultimately had to do a decent amount of legal research and dispute this with American Express, who helped me recoup the costs. Ettinger has lost a customer purely due to their accusations and poor customer service.

I couldn't possibly comment on the quality of their goods as I never received them. The first delivery attempt just never happened. I had to have the second routed to my place of work which failed as they decided it would be a good idea to downgrade the delivery service from before lunch to anytime during the day. Anytime just happened to be around 6PM when everyone had gone home. I was given a £50 gift voucher as an apology which was valid to 2017. A rather empty gesture as it didn't work.

Great products, lovely staff and fab customer service! Will definitely be back!
