We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were all very nice. Public areas were lovely (both for a meal and for when we had a little extra time). Breakfast was good. We were a family of four and just booked two rooms (one king, one two twins) and the hotel gave us connecting rooms behind a common door so they essentially converted into a suite. Thought the location was good as well— on a quiet street between the cathedral and the Jewish Quarter. Would definitely return.

Great service. Friendly and professional staff. Large rooms and bathrooms. The gym is basic but one can get a simple workout done. The bar and breakfast area are nice. But it's the staff at the front desk and restaurants that really amazed us. Hotel is well located within the historic centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by too.

This is one special hotel. Stayed for 2 nights & were well impressed with the location, our room, the staff & the beautiful bar & dining area. ||Room was superb. We were upgraded to a superior room (103) which was one room of 3 of the presidential suite. Fantastic big bed, powerful shower & nice double sink. ||Bar is very nice. We even managed to eat off the restaurant menu in the bar & shared a main. Delicious wine & all very reasonably priced for a 5* hotel! The only negative was that the poor barman was having to serve the restaurant at the same time & was absolutely run off his feet with no support. He was a real star though.||Breakfast was different & really good. A 3 tier stand of goodies was presented plus you could choose eggs & pancakes to be cooked to order. And if you were in the mood, you could start the day with a nice glass of chilled cava.||The location is superb, just minutes from the cathedral area where there are lots of nice shops & tapas bars. ||We drove into Toledo & were dreading it but the hotel’s advance instructions were so clear that it was a doddle. €19 a night which was very reasonable. ||Would highly recommend this hotel & Toledo for a visit. Both very very nice.

The hotel is quite unremarkable from the outside, but is very well located-just a short walk to the cathedral. Inside the hotel is beautiful and comfortable with a very nice lobby and bar area. We had one of the presidential suites which was huge-2 rooms: spacious bedroom and a large living room (that was somewhat sparsely furnished for its size). Our windows looked out over Toledo and the surrounding countryside-beautiful views, surprising, given that we were in the center of the old town. If arriving by car (down narrow streets, but still manageable in an SUV), reserve parking in the hotel garage.

This was a pleasant experience. The suite had ample space for 3. The staff were super friendly, especially Miguel. My husband, my son, and I stayed there last week and Miguel's pleasant and welcoming demeanor added that special touch. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff, rooms, and meals were exceptional.

A fantastic hotel with lovely, very helpful staff, which, despite being right in the heart of the old town with a busy restaurant on the ground floor, is nevertheless perfectly quiet. The best night's sleep we've had in ages. I love the little references to Empress Eugenie scattered around in the decor and the breakfast is delicious. Can't wait to come back!

Great experience overall. The service was excellent, and the room was very comfortable. As expected from an Autograph hotel, everything felt well-designed and high quality. The only thing I would love to see is a barista-style coffee option—it would make the experience even better.

Excellent hotel. Located near the Jewish quarter. Parking is somewhat complicated. There is a parking lot around the corner, but it is usually full at night, keep that in mind if you are arriving late. Would definitely stay there again

Do not stay here if you need to work. The Wifi is terrible, constantly failing and quite slow when it's not. Other than that, it's decent. Setting is nice, up on the hill on a dead-end alley in Toledo. The staff are decent but, e.g., refusing to serve a drink at 11:58pm was neither flexible nor nice. Rooms are decent, though all they have is a sheet on top. The AC is semi-random, I can't figure out how to get it to respond better to the thermostat and once again, if you're working at the desk you get cold air blown all over you unless you turn the unit off. Breakfast was decent but the fried eggs were cooked perfectly one day and then way undercooked the second. Consistency would be nice so at least you'd know how to correct your order. Our door slammed really hard unless you remember to soften the swing, which you don't always do coming back at 2am. I'm sure our neighbors didn't like it (and sorry!) Personally, I'd not stay here again.

My ultimate favorite stay experience!!!!! It was magical. The community surrounding was magical, the hotel was such an amazing experience. They do weddings here. It would be perfect for a small wedding!

Stayed here for two nights during my vacation in Toledo Spain. Really ideal location for tourists as everything is within a walking distance. Walk to the famous Cathedral was about 5 minutes and I really enjoyed my walk there as streets are so narrow and historical. Larger room wasn't that large and bathroom was pretty tiny. I guess that is because this hotel is located at the historical area of the city. Room decor was lovely and elegant. Service was excellent. They speak excellent English and whenever I contacted the front desk, they were prompt to take an action. I ate breakfast at the hotel daily. Sparking wine is included and what a way to start a vacation with a glass of mimosa. I also ordered room service one night and food was pricey for what it was but tasty. Internet was extremely slow. I ended up using my Verizon aircard to get work done. taxi to/from the train station was 8€. I could have walked but with my suitcase, taxi worked better.
