Eurana Boutique Hotel Chiang Mai

Really enjoyed this hotel (upgraded side only) The room was spacious and the area is great for food and exploring. However, the gym is essentially nonexistent, so beware if that's a dealbreaker. The bathroom tub grout could use some deep cleaning. Front desk was meh in terms of service, but the housekeeping team was very nice and considerate

The hotel is ok . We had 3 different rooms due to being full and we liked the location. We were first in the junior suite which was lovely and spacious and an ok room . We then moved to the new block , premier rooms which were to look at much more luxurious but the walks are paper thin and you can hear a conversation very clearly in the next room. |We then bu choice went back to the junior suite but were put in a different one and the standard was much different to the first one . The bed was hard , shower curtain disgraceful and the shower head. No coverings of certain windows and the bedding very discoloured and had marks all over . We did mention this at the hotel but as they were full they sent up a cleaner so we had to just go with it. Shame as the hotel is in a lovely area and has put us off visiting this hotel again as you never know which room you are going to get . |T

I'm so happy I chose this hotel. I was in a premier room with desk. The room is big, the room service is awesome, and the desk and WiFi allowed me to do lots of focused work here. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast buffet has some different plates every day. The area is quiet but super central, close to the cozy Lanna Square. I felt right at home.

Although the room were quite good, this is the place I never stayed next time. We booked three rooms, and two of us arrived early. The receptionist initially assigned the wrong rooms, which we corrected politely. Her subsequent behavior was completely unacceptable: • She raised her voice at us despite no wrongdoing on our part. • She insisted she was not wrong and argued in a hostile manner. • She ignored me while explaining check-in details only to my male companion, treating me as if I were at fault. • She spoke negatively about us in her local language to the cashier while we were standing there, which was highly disrespectful.This conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable in any hospitality setting.The management team said she is having a hearing problem. But a person with hearing problem will just ask “Sorry. Can you repeat that?”. But that staff did not hear what we talked and she even talked with cashier staff about us in negative way. Another thing was Housekeeping service. The replaced towel was placed on a dirty place under sink (in the photo) instead of placing on the rack). I like the room but I won’t stay next time.

Baihorm kept our room spotless and was a very pleasant person. Eurana has a good location, breakfast good. This is our 3rd time here, always good. The manager Tina is great also.

Stay Date: Nov 20 - Nov 27 | 7 Nights I specifically requested a large bed when booking for my stay with my child. The actual experience was very disappointing. 1. The "Large Bed" was just two single beds pushed together. The gap in the middle was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep properly. 2. Basic Amenities like toothbrushes, slippers, soap, and toilet paper were NOT replenished during our entire 7-day stay. 3. Unreasonable Charge: The used soap was never replaced, making the soap dish dirty. My child accidentally broke it while rinsing, and the hotel insisted on charging me 500 THB from my deposit, despite similar items being available for around 200 THB. Not recommended for families. The service and cost-value are poor.

The design of this hotel very unique , it makes us feel very comfortable and chill, we enjoy our stays here. Their staff very friendly and serve us very nice. I would like to choose here again if back to Chiang mai.

Upon arrival, there was no staff to help with luggage or to guide guests through the sprawling labyrinth. It was also impossible to obtain two room keys for two people, which was extremely inconvenient, and then you have to pay a deposit of one thousand Thai Baht for the one key... Then a really smelly room, shower hose to short for europeans. Likewise, the height of the mirror, in which an average European can only see up to their neck, their head is cut off... The edge of the bathtub is black, possibly mold? See pics... From the next room, you can overhear conversations almost unfiltered at night. One of two Beds slips on the floor even under the slightest pressure. The food at the buffet is only kept warm with small alcohol torches, which is far too weak and causes the food to get cold. There are only four salt shakers for all guests, which have very small openings for coarse salt and therefore don't work...
