We originally booked a standard room - we then upgraded to a premier room. The hotel is sort of split in two - the older rooms, gym and pool and the new building which houses the premier rooms. The new building is spotless, premier rooms are huge, sealed (so no insects in!) and air conditioned. Would recommend anybody booking to pay the extra for the premier rooms. Facilities are mixed - breakfast was fine if a bit basic, the pool was functional and the gym wasn't really worth looking at - there's no treadmill or cardio equipment, just an old multi-gym and a barbell. Location faultless and was a great spot to be in generally, close to everything we wanted to see in Chiang Mai.

We stayed in the new wing. The room decor was amazingly beautiful considering the low price we paid for the room. The location is also perfect. Massage parlors, restaurants, a local market, temples, you name it, are all within walking distance. Breakfast is pretty basic though. Also, although the room comes with a balcony, there's no view.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. From the time I checked in at noon to the evening, they changed my room three times because of various room problems, but the problems did not stop. The problem in the first room was the very loud sound of the air conditioner outdoor unit (I checked and found that there were more than a dozen outdoor units on the top of the room) and the air conditioner remote control did not work (the air conditioner was installed on the top of the bed, and the cold wind blew directly at my head). After the feedback, someone came 40 minutes later, and my one-and-a-half-year-old child could not take a nap during this period. The problem was still being solved until almost 5 pm. During this period, the manager had a poker face and said that no one had complained about these problems and asked me what I wanted. After that, they changed me to another room. Not long after I went in, I opened the window and found that the window frame was full of ants. I asked them to spray insecticide. After that, I prepared to give the baby a bath. When I was about to get a towel, the baby turned on the faucet in the bathroom. Then he cried loudly. I rushed over and saw that the faucet was constantly flowing with black liquid, and the black water splashed all over the baby. I was a little suffocated at once, and waited for a few minutes and took the baby to the front desk. I told them that I didn't feel safe here, there were too many problems, I couldn't stay in the room after booking for ten days, they just kept saying that they couldn't refund the money. I said that I could only call the police. They asked the cleaning lady to go back to the room with me, and after a while the front desk came to upgrade my room. I agreed. The room was smaller than what I booked, but the decoration was slightly newer. I went in and quickly gave the baby a bath, because it was almost 8 o'clock in the evening. There was a toilet next to the shower room, without a partition, and the toilet was full of water after the bath. Then I gave the baby milk, and the baby fell asleep just after drinking. When I was washing the bottle, I found that the sink couldn't drain the water. Then I opened the water pipe door below and found that it was all exposed cement inside, and there was a big hole drilled for the sink to connect to the water pipe. Oh my God, I have never seen such a primitive scene in a hotel room. Not to mention that there was no socket on the small dressing table in the room, and there was only enough space on the table to put 2 books side by side, and personal belongings could only be scattered all over the floor. At this moment, I finished washing and lay on the bed to write words, just hoping to spend the night safely with my baby.

The location of the accommodation was very convenient for accessing various places in the old town. I could walk to anywhere in the city and there were many places to eat and temples within walking distance. The hotel's hygiene, cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff were all good, and the moderately sized pool gave a very cozy atmosphere. The only regret was the breakfast, which was disappointing because there weren't many food choices for breakfast. The food itself was delicious.

From check-in to check-out, everything about my stay was smooth and pleasant. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I’d like to give special thanks to Khun Tann, who welcomed me with a warm smile and kindly led me to my room. Her friendly attitude left a great first impression. There was a minor issue — I noticed some dust on the sofa — but Khun Tann immediately offered to change the room. It wasn’t a big problem for me, and I truly appreciated her prompt response. Thank you for the exellent service!
