It’s one best hostels I’ve ever been to. Everything feels so calm so clean. It’s perfectly manages every tiny details about your stay. Breakfast options are excellent. Reception is super helpful. 30 seconds walk from transport station. I strongly recommend this for your stay in Helsinki.

Stayed for a night, had a wonderful time. I would love to go there again. it was 4 sharing girls room. with common girl washroom. cleaned and peaceful. in middle of city.||But the lock wasn't working.

Eurohostel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around the city. I have traveled all over Europe, and this is honestly one of the top three best hostels I’ve ever stayed in.The rooms are spacious, with large lockers that are free to use, which is a big plus. There are three well-equipped kitchens, so cooking is easy even when the hostel is busy.In the morning, guests can enjoy a free sauna, which is an amazing bonus and quite rare for a hostel. The laundry and dryer are very affordable, much cheaper than most places in Europe.Overall, great facilities, excellent value for money, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Great location, walking distance to the city and a tram stop right around the corner. The rooms and facilities are great. It's a hostel and does exactly what a hostel should be doing. Stayed there twice and probably not for the last time :)

This is a relatively cheap & basic hostel. It is fine for a 1 night stop, but would not recommend any longer. The beds are basic but work/practical. The rooms are OK. the toilet / showers are shared with a set for females / males on each floor. It is situated a bit away from things but not too far (20 min walk to the 'centre').

I chose this hostel because I only shared the room with other 2 women. I struggled a lot with locking my locker tho 😅 but the receptionist was kind enough to go to the 3rd floor with me and she helped me with it, for the next times it took me a while but I found the trick. The breakfast buffet was good, but the lady in the kitchen made a face when I asked for a second dish (the first one was full of ketchup from my first meal). The hostel is perfect for the very affordable price. I arrived to Helsinki around 22:30 and it was safe and easy to get from there to the hostel by public transport (50 min aprox).

I loved my stay here. The rooms were quiet and tidy. I liked their services and welcoming staffs. It’s literally one min walk from the bus stop. And 5 min away from the Vikings ferry station.

Good hostel! Very close to the Viking Line ferry terminal which was super convenient for my day trip to Estonia and overnight ferry to Stockholm. The private twin room was affordable and large enough to spread out my stuff. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend!

Best about this place: location! This hostel is in centre of town, walkable distance to major sites and good public transport connection to railwaystation/airport. What i liked, apart from what was already mentioned: - rooms very clean (bathrooms not so much) - price - facilities offered (sauna, wifi, kitchen etc) Only 3 stars because the bathrooms and hallway are very smelly.

This youth hostel is located down by the port. Without a car, you will need to grab the tram from Central Helsinki or you will have a long walk. The location is a little dull but the hostel is nice. When I stayed there they had a yummy breakfast buffet that was very cheap. The hostel was very quiet when I was there too and there isn't any street noise at all.

A pretty basic hostel, more like a hotel since there wasn't really a common room. There was a kitchen at the end of the hall of each floor, which we appreciated. There is also a sauna free for use, but only in the morning hours. Breakfast was a bummer, thought it was free but it's around 9 Euros (buffet style). Staff was very nice with arranging rides to the airport via taxi (especially for us, which was for around 4 in the morning). Location wise, it's not far from the train station (maybe a 20 min walk and there is a metro). Not out of the way, but not super convenient. Wifi is super fast (we were concerned before reading the prior yelp reviews but realized they were outdated).

I stayed here for 2.5 weeks while in town for a course. It's not horrible but not terrific either. The positive: relatively clean; easy access to downtown (if you don't mind walking a little or taking the tram); breakfast with good variety (oatmeal, yogurt, sandwich makings, two warm selections); fairly convenient if you arrive via ferry. The negative: I didn't sleep too well (noise from the tram and from the hallways); besides pots/pans, the kitchens are not well stocked (not enough dishes, and there aren't even salt/pepper/oil available); sauna closes early (at 9:30 pm); extremely slow internet (that costs 5 euro/day!); bathrooms which often had a sewer-like smell; inadequate laundry facilities (there are 2 washing machines that the hostel uses to wash all their pillows and comforters (they even dumped those items all over the laundry floor while I was trying to do laundry). There's no common space in which to hang out (and the kitchens close at 11 pm). The staff is friendly but not the most responsive: for instance, I asked them to change a light bulb that never got changed. I would stay here again if I had to (the price was right) but I would explore other options first.
