Room needs improvement, bathroom for one of the rooms wmwas not properly cleaned when we checked in but staff subsequently rectified that and apologized. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel with the basic amenities. This is recommended. The best feature was the pool. While it was small, it was clean and refreshing. I would recommend them have pool towels for guests.

If you are a frequent flyer that wants to enjoy some pastime with your friends or spouse I would suggest you choose a better option than Euro Hotel. My experiences are as follows:|* While I thought receptionists there understand and speak both English and Spanish the Hotel description states under language spoken. I understand Spanish a little but I speak English so language barrier was my first challenge. ||*Secondly as I open the room door I was welcomed by the smell of mold. ||*Upon inspection I noticed black mold on the shower door’s silicone caulked, the tiles and the sink drain. ||*At first I didn’t inspect the bed but approximately 30 minutes after a janitor came to asked if we want to clean the room. I thought my room was cleaned before we moved in because I was super tired from a long trip so I told her no, she can clean the following day. I don’t understand what she was saying since I only know a few basic sentences in the language. Later in the evening (approximately 5 hours after) I saw a bug crawling on the wooden bed frame. I got scared because point to be noted-I am pregnant. I decided to use hand sanitizer spray on the bed frame to chase away the bug however that didn’t help. I ended up seeing another one on the other side of the bed frame. I tried to kill it but was unsuccessful. ||* The following day I went to the front desk to show the receptionist a video that I captured of the bug and she informed the house keeper to clean the room while we were having breakfast. I doubt whether they did a deep clean in the room because we returned just about 30 minutes later however it looked neat with mold still showing on the spots mentioned above. ||*Just when we thought breakfast was part of our booking payment, it didn’t happen that way. We had to pay for breakfast after having it. Also on Sundays the breakfast room is close so you’ll have to walk down the street to get from cafeteria located around. ||* There is a tv in our room but it doesn’t work.|*The rooms are not sound prove. We could literally hear the neighboring guests activities during the night |*The doors are hard to open and close. |* Not all receptionist are trained to handle problems in the hotel.||These are some of the problems I encountered making me uncomfortable and I had to make a decision to leave although I paid for the 10 days. *There was no reimbursement and no apology for the bugs seen in the room.

There were no floor mats, hardly any toilet paper. No iron provided in the room; these were some negatives. On the plus side, ice was always available on the floor, which was good! The room and bathroom were very clean. Easy distance from Santo Tomas Metro Station. 30 minutes from Albrook mall by metro and many taxis available. However, the street had many old run-down buildings that detracted from the beauty of the area. Not recommended to go off the main street at night. There are many food places and mini marts along the street.

we booked it for the good relation price quality. honestly we couldn’t ask much as the price for the night was really cheap. however, the location is not the best if you want to visit the casco viejo or even close to the airport. nearby there is one supermarket that accepts cards and a pastery that doesn’t accept any card. they Uber driver advised us not to walk further alone as the area is sensitive/dangerous. the room was a bit noisy as the “air conditioning” as more like a fan and the noise was unbelievable. towels are old and yellowish, and the wifi quality is not amazing.

The location is good. It has small cafes nearby. The check-in was time-consuming. My first room was very nice overlooking the pool, which is very clean. The problem was that when I returned the first day to my room and slid my card, the light did not come on, but the door opened. The next morning, upon leaving, I shut my door and checked it. It would not lock. The door had been unlocked all night. Security has to be the most important feature of a hotel. If your room is not secure, nothing else is important. They could not fix the lock, so they gave me another room, which had a terrible view of a wall.

Nice hotel that won't break your budget. Staff and service is excellent. The building is on the older side, but it is still comfortable and accommodating.

When we walked into the hotel it was squeaky clean and you are welcomed by the friendliest staff, we've ever encountered in different hotels the past 2 months! It's quiet and clean in the hallways which boast ice on every floor.got 2 elevators and top it off with a swimming absolutely the best value for money in the city!
