Europe Hotel

Exceptional service, well located, and quiet. Nice breakfast with good coffee. Only downsides were that the central air conditioning was shut off for the winter so the rooms were pretty warm, and the shower in my room was pretty small for an average sized man.

My family, including my mom and sister, stayed at the Europe Hotel for a week and were thoroughly satisfied. The service was excellent, with staff who were friendly and attentive throughout their stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. The hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness, making their stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, they had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend the Europe Hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality!

Excellent experience. The location is perfect. The hotel is located in a quiet district with ambassies and other hotels and restaurants. It takes 1 minute to get to the Square of the Republic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.

A very terrible hotel with outdated facilities and awful service. There was an old woman claiming to be the manager. 1. The shower water alternates between hot and cold. 2. No drinking water is provided except for two bottles on the first day. The water sold in the hotel is twice the price of outside. 3. The breakfast is pitifully small and tastes terrible. 4. You cannot do laundry in the hotel because they say it will wet their floor.

good hotel with friendly staff|break fast was ok, location was 3 min walk to one of the good outdoor market called vernissage, near republic square and you can access easily, you should aware there is no staff to take care of your bags, hotel had no ramp, room was clean and there was construction’s behind hotel which if you want to stayed at your rooms in daylight i think it will disturb you, read the policy of hotel about toothbrush and water. but I enjoyed stay there because staff was kind and location was very good, rooms was clean.

The location is very good, but the attitude of the hotel room manager is very poor. This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever seen. There is no one. The hotel manager, like a robber, asked us to give her 50,000.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, and Christine behind the reception desk. She went out of her way to find me a room on an upper floor that was quiet with a view of Mt Ararat. The breakfast was very good. The location excellent just behind the main square.
