Europe Hotel

I chose this hotel for its closeness to Republic Square, 5 mins on foot, while the price the lowest relatively. 3 mins walk on the right from the hotel will reach Carrefour supermarket, and the Vernissage market. Cleanliness acceptable. ||Room spacious, buffet breakfast ok, staff nice. The cons are:|- the breakfast starts rather late, 8am. All local tours start at 9am. Including calling uber time and the ride to the meeting point, that means I have to rush and finish the breakfast in 15-20 mins. |- air conditioning inside room no good. It's too warm (the monitor control is useless). I opened the windows at the end which at the same time allowed flies and mosquitoes in.|- when the master switch was turned off, the socket on the wall was off too, that means, I thought my mobile phone would be fully charged overnight but it's not surprisingly. |- TV reception was poor and channels limited (I love to watch TV at night abroad to soak myself in the exotic atmosphere. Eventually I gave up and switched the TV off)||Beware that it's next to a construction site (my room was facing it), and the area was dark and quiet at night. It's not my liking.||Overall the price is very attractive. With its strategic location, it's not a bad choice. Most of the time will be outside anyway for a tourist.

Our stay at Europe hotel was very comfortable. The bed is nice and we had a very good sleep. The tv doesn't have shows when we visited. There's nice ample lighting, and the room looks bright. There is complimentary 2 bottles of water and tea on the first day, so after that, it will be charged upon request. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower area is enclosed, so the water won't splash across the floor. The only thing i didn't like was that it doesn't have a bidet. Good that we brought a portable dipper so it didn't compromise our comfort in cleaning ourselves. Also, room slippers are available upon request as well. The breakfast is normal and simple, and the options are just okay. They will also book a taxi for you if you request it. If I would rate the service, 5/5 is not enough. It would be 10/5 for me because their service is really excellent.

I've been to a lot of hotels in different price categories all over the world and this was by far the best so far. All of the staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel is located in central yerevan so almost everything is reachable by foot. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast had a lot of options and was very good.

Warm and welcoming staff that took the time to call us by name; even though we were only there 5 nights! Excellent customer service, great location, good breakfast, and very friendly wait staff! The room was a spacious one with a comfortable bed, nice towels, quiet and relaxing.

Very cozy rooms 5 mins away from Republic Square. Rooms and washrooms are well kept and clean. One lady at the reception is sweet whereas the other one can improve their attitude a bit.

Friendly staff who can speak English very well! Rooms and facilities are great! Location is right in the centre of Yerevan, 2 minutes walk to Republic Square. Everything can be found within walking distance.

This hôtel is catastrophic! At 12 the room wasn't ready they told me to come back at 14. I came back at 16 the room still not ready. I wait 20 minutes more, they even not propose of coffee or something and the bed in the room weren't changed!! They cancel my booking réservation After payment that I can't give them a quote! Not speaking about the fact that I bolked a double room and they have 2 small separated beds. There are for sure many other hôtels in Erevan

I am writing this review after second staying at this hotel. Hotel is located near to metro route & construction sites. Every 3-4 minutes there is a rumbling sound of trains passing by. During daytime this sound is combined with construction noises just next door so yo can say good buy to a good sleeping most of the times. Bed mattresses are too soft and springy so you might fall off the bed while turning your body during the night. Staffs act politely, some have good knowledge of english language but they are not helpful at all. Room temperature can not be adjusted from inside the room and is so hot that without opening window i felt i was burning. With construction right beside the window & in nights flies & cold weather coming in you can guess when i opened the window how uncomfortable the situation is. This is the worst experience i had staying at a hotel while i am traveling quite often and have stayed at many hotels around the world so far. If i could give a star to this hotel would be 2 star at best instead of 4. Only good thing about this hotel is its location which is very close to city center but in my opinion is not worth the torture. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN EVEN FOR FREE.
