Easily the worst service I've experienced on any transport service. I booked Premier (First class) and was offered a lackluster cold breakfast by apathetic member of staff and then when the train was delayed 4hrs they offered nothing thereafter, and I had to go to the bar, which is 9 carriages away from first class, only to be told food is finished. The staff are easily the most ill trained and lazy I've ever come across. They stood there taking selfies and twiddling on their phones while we had to go up to them for water and any updates. When I noticed the table I'm sitting on was sticky, the guy handed me a napkin and told me to wipe it down. I paid £1k for these tickets for me and my wife, and this is the service I get. I will be blogging about this further on my pages, but this is truly shocking behaviour from the staff of Eurostar.
