Eurostar

So easy to travel with Eurostar. Just make sure to arrive when they recommend to avoid missing your security and boarding times. I was late for my return train and was so lucky that I got put on the next Eurostar without hassle.

Nice train station…. Lots of shopping areas and places to eat outside the Eurostar check in area. Was easy to do security and migration, I must say the waiting area was dirty and chaotic. They have few duty free shops and few coffee chain companies to buy food pre packed food. Trains inside were comfortable food on board was not great

That Eurostar terminal at King's Cross St. Pancras is awesome. It's modern and has a great vibe. I loved my Eurostar train trip from London to Paris and back. We also took the Eurostar from London to Belgium. It's just so comforting and relaxing on the train. Loved it, and there's more to come.

Very poor choice of the food in the first class vagon/section. Only 2 choices of food. Both were fridge cold - while vagon inner temperature was not warm enough to sit without a coat. One food was a thin slice of the cold beef with potato which was full of crushed and non crushed seeds of the mustard (plenty of them). Second food was Turkish food "bulgur" with bit pieces of steamed onion and mouldy cheese mixed. Chair was comfortable. Staff was talking loud with each other, telling stories to each other which was disturbing. Otherwise - it is fast train. P.S. check in queue was extremely long in London.

Travelled a few times to from London to Paris & Brussels. Excellent comfortable , clean and super fast. Immigration & security formalities are smooth & fast.

Was a decent experience passing through here on a train from London to Amsterdam. Everything was on time. It took around 30 minutes to pass through security and immigration. The departure lounge was extremely crowded. Overall would try this again but the departure lounge should be expanded.

Here this morning. Good to have Eurostar departing from St Pancras. Definitely recommending Eurostar for your trip to Paris and Europe. We took Eurostar many times to date.

Foe the absolutely ridiculous high prices, passengers deserve better than being thrown into a tiny, cramped waiting room. Miserable place to wait. Airports are 100x nicer. Then the train was delayed for quite a while. Let’s think about why you would take the train to Paris over flying .. 1. Simpler access to train vs plane : NOPE. Still have to get through security and passport control 2. Shorter commute to station from city … NOPE .. not when you can Heathrow express in 15 minutes 3. Cheaper … NOPE!!! Not even close 4. More comfortable , don’t have to deal with airports … NOPE!!! The waiting area where you could end up for hours is worse than the worst airports in Europe. You’ll be craving space to roam around 5. Shorter check in time … NOPE!!! They recommend 90 minutes before your train. 6. Better service .. NOPE AGAIN!! Just think of Eurostar as an airline on wheels. 7. FASTER… sorry … NOPE!! Leave hotel at 1:30 for 3:30 train. Delayed until 4:30. Arrives 8:00 (7 London time ) then 30 minutes to hotel. That’s 6 hours !! Plane : leave hotel at 1:00for 3:30 flight (paddington Heathrow Express ) land in Paris at 4:30 and hotel by 5:30 You do the math… cause for me it’s not mathing. If the experience was much better , I would sacrifice the time but with the train being crazy expensive and after spending 2 hours in St Pancras’ homeless shelter for passengers. I’ll just Fly!! Just fly people !! It will be less stressful and you’ll enjoy the speed.
