Everything was just perfect. Room was great to the silent park side. Complimentary water and candies in the room upon arrival. Staff was also perfect, a guy helped us with everything and confirmed the late check-out till 6pm FOR FREE, which I have never seen in the hotels. Deserved 4 star hotel with all needed amenities and services. Thank you, team!

The view is pleasant and within walking distance of nearby tourist attractions. The receptionists are attentive and respond to my needs promptly. The breakfast is excellent, affordable, and offers a wide variety of fresh choices.

At first glance, the hotel looked very nice and had a relaxed vibe, which gave us a good first impression. However, on the first day we discovered that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. After complaining twice at the reception, we were finally moved to another room. Unfortunately, the new room had its own issues — the sink was constantly clogging. We reported it again, and while someone did come to fix it, the problem persisted throughout our stay. As for breakfast, it was tasty, but it was the same every day. Some variation would have been appreciated to keep things interesting. Overall, the hotel has potential, but our experience was affected by maintenance issues and a lack of follow-through on solutions.

The hotel is excellent, with a great location very close to the Ciudad de las Ciencias. The rooms are comfortable, and the reception staff is very friendly and welcoming. However, the breakfast service could be improved. There were only three staff members in the dining area, and they seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests, which affected the service and made them come across as a bit rude. A better staff-to-guest ratio would greatly enhance the breakfast experience

We stayed for one night and were very satisfied. The hotel is in a convenient location, walkable to the main parts of the city, yet calm and quiet. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The staff were kind and professional. A very solid option for a short city stay.

<Location> Valencia is a beautiful city, but it seems that the center of tourism is the beach. This hotel is close to the famous museum, but it is far from the beach. <Service> A very kind male employee is working diligently. However, there are parts that are lacking in a four-star hotel. <Facility> It is a well constructed hotel as a four-star hotel. However, maintenance seems to be difficult, and there are quite a few broken parts. <Price> On this trip, I arrived in Valencia via Rome, Florence, Nice, Genoa, Montpellier, Barcelona, and Madrid, but the hotel prices in Valencia seem relatively expensive. I thought this hotel was price competitive, but the price suddenly increased over the weekend, so I gave up the extension of stays. There are a lot of group tourists, and when they stay, the price seems to go up.<Comprehensive> Overall, it can be said to be a good hotel.

The hotel room is very comfortable. I booked it assuming the parking was included as per the info provided by Google, however, that is only the case when reserved in advance through their website. That was explained to me by the staff members at the front desk. Quite misleading, if you ask me.
