The rooms are well equipped and kept. Only thing is the rain shower in my first room want working and the door shade to the window couldn’t close properly, particularly we were placed on the first floor facing the road. We requested a room change and They moved us to a higher floor facing away from the road. The room was fantastic. It’s cost and nice, just a tad bit too small to lay out 2 big luggages. But packing everything you need out of the luggage and leave them aside, it’s all good! Special shoutout to reception counter’s Anais and Fiona especially for taking care of us, helping to call a private doctor to come over to do consultation for my wife who wasn’t feeling well and also helping us arrange the room change. Also Christian for helping us with moving to another room! Great hospitality team!

I stayed for a week and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed (coffee, vanity kit, toothbrush, speaker, and complimentary bottled water every day). The rooftop pool was a great bonus to relax after a day of exploring. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The location couldn’t be better—most main attractions are within walking distance, and the neighborhood is full of restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. Plus, the metro from the airport stops right at the hotel, which made arriving super convenient. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Barcelona!

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located, clean, with a spacious room featuring comfortable and beautiful furniture. The service was outstanding. We were greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine 😃. The room cleaning was excellent, and the reception and bar staff were simply amazing! Many thanks for a wonderful stay!

I love it!! The location is really nice, the service is excellent and the staff is super nice and goes out of their way to help you with whatever you need. The food is very tasty and has great quality. The rooms are big, everything is clean and the Cleaning staff is very respectful about your belongings. 5/5 stars!!

Not recommended. We reserved a king room at this supposedly 5-star hotel for me, my wife, and our 3-year-old son. I didn’t mention my son in the reservation because he didn’t need anything—no extra bed, no pillow—which is standard practice in the U.S., where hotels do not charge for young children who don’t require additional accommodations. To my surprise, when checking in at Eurostars, the front desk staff member (who was nice but not cooperative) told us they would charge €80 per night for our child. This was shocking. She said we could speak to the manager the next day, and although the manager eventually lowered the fee to €50 per night, the whole situation felt unreasonable. Even worse, for the rest of our 5-day stay, the manager would stare at us or at my son whenever she saw us in the lobby—no smile, no greeting—just very unprofessional behavior. It made the experience uncomfortable. As for the hotel itself, the amenities are extremely basic—more comparable to a 3-star hotel in the U.S. The “swimming pool” was about the size of a hot tub. Our room had an odd triangular layout, though it was clean and had the essentials. The “king” bed was actually two twin beds pushed together, which left a gap in the middle and made it very uncomfortable for my son to sleep—especially considering we ended up paying extra for him. I have never paid for a king room that turned out to be two beds attached together. This would be unusual even for a 2.5-star hotel, let alone a 5-star one. On the positive side, the shower’s water pressure was excellent. The daily breakfast, which we had paid for, was quite good with made-to-order omelets, cheese, pastries, and juice. The servers—especially Saad and the lady managing the restaurant—were warm, professional, and genuinely kind. Thanks to them and the hotel’s excellent location, I’m giving this place a 3 instead of a 2. Overall, aside from the issue with the child charges and the uncomfortable interactions afterward, our stay was fine. But given the high price for what is really a mediocre hotel, I am unlikely to stay here again.

Great location within walking distance of the main attractions. The staff were outstanding — very helpful and friendly, always solving everything quickly. The rooftop pool was small but perfect for relaxing, and the hotel was comfortable and spacious. Some maintenance is needed (our shower flooded), but overall it offered very good value for money.

Outstanding Hotel & Exceptional Service! My stay was amazing from start to finish. After checking out, I realized I had left my jewelry box behind. I contacted the hotel the next day, and they quickly found it and shipped it to my country. Truly impressive honesty and customer care!

Very nice hotel located in a great location. Great restaurants and landmarks within 30 minute walking distance. Beach is only a 35 minute walk. I deducted a star because it is pretty noisy at night because the doors are thin. We were woken up a few times by loud drunk neighbors coming back at 3 am. Their pool is nice but very small with limited seating!
