Eurostars Centrum Alicante

This hotel is not 4*. Not sure how this rating could be appropriate? It has no pool (which we knew, not a problem as was Dec). The gym is the size of a lounge with very few pieces of equipment very small sauna and steam rooms. ||The bar was not open on the Saturday and Sunday evenings which seemed odd! ||We ordered the romantic package (wine and fruit) which I assumed would be in the room on check in (it wasn't) but was delivered sometime on the first evening when we were out - so pretty pointless at 11.30pm after copious drinks and food already lol.||2 teabags per day and 2 small milk portions are not enough! The hotel is very noisy (bar across the road, general noise, bin men and generally poor insulation between rooms and floors - dragging furnitureat 7am!). ||Staff seem nice. Bedrooms a good size. Bathroom and shower really good. Beds very comfortable and massive! But duvet cover doesn't fit the duvet (gives a poor impression). ||Loved Alicante and the hotel was ok for our 3 nights but bear the above in mind. When we come back we will saty elsewhere.

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city right in the middle of everything, cafes, shops all around you.|We booked a junior suite it was huge it was more like an apartment!|Huge terrace with table and chairs and sun beds and umbrella.|A big lounge. Big bathroom and a lovely bedroom with a huge comfy bed. |Loads of storage space and wardrobes. |I can’t comment on breakfast as we ate in the local cafes for breakfast & they were very cheap. |The hotel is well maintained and the staff were lovely. Our room was made up each day with fresh towels and bedding. I could not find any thing I wasn’t pleased about it’s a lovely hotel.

This hotel was a complete disappointment. Aside from the convenient location, I found nothing positive about it. The rooms are poorly designed, uncomfortable, and the ventilation is so bad that I constantly felt trapped and suffocated. On top of that, I had an urgent situation that forced me to leave Alicante early, causing 4 fully paid nights to be wasted. Even after speaking directly with the main manager, the hotel showed zero flexibility, zero cooperation, and no effort to help. The customer service is unprofessional and irresponsible, and it’s clear they do not care about their guests at all. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Great location. This is my second time staying at this hotel. The good : It’s very central. It has the hotel parking, even though that car park is quite small, if it’s full there’s a public car park next door. The room itself is spacious, decent shower, beds fairly comfortable. The bad. : the AC. We arrived in the room, it was 30 degrees outside. We changed and left our AC on whilst we went out for dinner. When we came back the room was like a sauna. I went down to reception and the woman said “ah I can turn it on from here”. So clearly they have some sort of energy saving policy, but come on, it’s 30 degrees outside. The room did get a fraction cooler but I woke up in the night and the light was flashing on the AC where they must’ve turned it off again, and our room back to being boiling. And also the actual AC fans were only circulating “cooler” air up high on the roof and never felt like the air actually reached us on the bed. Heat rises, our room was too hot to begin with. Because of this I won’t stay here again.

One of the best places I stayed in Alicante. I got an upgrade and the room I got was amazing for the price I paid. Independent living room/office, huge bed, water jets in the bathtub and a huge terrace. Check the images!

Great hotel with staff who will go above and beyond. Nice rooms to the standard I always require. If in Alicante the only place to be. Market is not far away.

The room itself is pretty good but quite expensive. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and the street as well. The room didn’t come with complementary water which I think is a must due to it being summertime and super hot outside. Also barely any amenities were in the bathroom. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

I stayed at Eurostars Centrum Alicante in July 2025, and unfortunately experienced a serious medical emergency during my stay. What followed was not only physically painful, but emotionally devastating due to the conduct of the male front desk staff on duty on the morning of July 25th. After calling reception in distress, a male staff member came to my room and initially assisted. However, once the paramedics arrived, he remained standing inside the room’s short entrance hallway — out of my line of sight but well within earshot — while I was lying in bed, clearly conscious, repeatedly calling out “reception” for help. Instead of responding or checking on me, he stood with the paramedic chatting and laughing for several minutes. If he had truly been instructed not to approach, he could still have called out to reassure me in English. But he said nothing, ignored my voice, and chose to socialize while I was in extreme pain and fear. This level of indifference and silence is unacceptable from any hotel staff, especially when dealing with a guest in a medical crisis. I have filed a formal complaint with the Hotusa Group and received vague responses referring only to “protocol,” without addressing the staff member’s actual behavior. While the hotel itself is clean and kinda well located, the emotional distress caused by this incident has left a deep impact. I sincerely hope no future guest finds themselves in a similar situation.
