We stayed for 6 nights in this city hotel. It is easily accesssible from the Airport bus by alighting at the bus station and then walking for 6 minutes. There is a return stop to the airport within a 3 minute walk from the hotel. It is around 10 minutes walk to the seafront and there is a very useful supermarket close by. Our room was on the fourth floor and was a decent size. We were able to check in early, which was a great help. There was no open view as the window opened on to a central area surrounded by other rooms. This did mean that at times there was some noise from those rooms. This could be rather annoying. There was a fridge in the room but no kettle. We did not book breakfast at the hotel and so we were very pleased with the nightly rate that we paid. It is obviously a business hotel but it is great for a few nights' stay.

I really staying in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and  kind for me,good area, room was bigger than i expect, cleaning not wake you up,if you have "no disturb"on the door. Like in all Spain you still will hear your neighbours, but here it's the most quite as possible.))

A clean, efficiently run hotel in the centre of old Alicante and within walking distance of everything. Our room was very large with a separate sitting area and the bed was large and comfortable. We made use of the lecture room for some evening lectures which was a useful addition. The breakfast was copious and very good. The building is modern and there is a terrace for sunbathing on the roof which we used one afternoon.|Cannot fault this hotel

Rooms are nice, however not soundproof. Location is good. Have been at junior apartment at 5th floor. There is a pub/ bar opposite the hotel, was so noisy still after 10pm. Restaurant only breakfast, same menu, however fresh, good.

Pretty nice hotel overall. Room is big and the Housekeeping is good. I like that its not carpeted. Quite a good spread of buffet breakfast and Churros is available too. Only downside is the lift. It's slow and fits not many at the same time. Location wise it's ok about 15mins by taxi to airport. But a tad long walk to the castle. Else there's a 24hour grocery shop around down the street to get stuffs.

Always use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!

The hotel is exactly a 10 minute walk from the railway station. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was huge and comfortable the pillows were perfect for me. Breakfasts were excellent overall it was a nice experience thank you we will use these hotels again.

We arrived at reception and were told that the room was not ready but we could complete the paperwork, leave our cases and they would send a text when it was ready which be about an hour and a half. Fine, no problem.||A couple of hours later I hadn't received a text and returned to the hotel only to be told the room was ready and then we had to go through the paperwork again.||When we arrived in our room we found a box on the bedside cabinet which contained a sleep mask and ear plugs, something we had never experienced before.||The reason for that became abundantly clear that night.||Throughout the night it sounded like a helicopter was landed on the roof. This was followed by bin collectors who arrived nightly between midnight and 6am, seemingly with a mission to awaken everyone in the vicinity.||7 am arrives, and the ritual door slamming and staff speaking very loudly starts.||Venturing out on the first night we decided to have a drink in the bar only to be told it did not open to 7pm.||This was a minor irritation compared to what we later found out was the bar did not open AT ALL on Fridays, Saturday and Sundays. ||Unbelievable!!!||When it was open there was constantly a queue because only one member of staff was on duty to serve drinks and food.||Plenty of staff on reception happily talking amongst themselves.||You have been warned.
