The room itself is pretty good but quite expensive. You can hear everything in the rooms next to you and the street as well. The room didn’t come with complementary water which I think is a must due to it being summertime and super hot outside. Also barely any amenities were in the bathroom. The pillows were also not very comfortable.

Rooms are nice, however not soundproof. Location is good. Have been at junior apartment at 5th floor. There is a pub/ bar opposite the hotel, was so noisy still after 10pm. Restaurant only breakfast, same menu, however fresh, good.

I stayed at Eurostars Centrum Alicante in July 2025, and unfortunately experienced a serious medical emergency during my stay. What followed was not only physically painful, but emotionally devastating due to the conduct of the male front desk staff on duty on the morning of July 25th. After calling reception in distress, a male staff member came to my room and initially assisted. However, once the paramedics arrived, he remained standing inside the room’s short entrance hallway — out of my line of sight but well within earshot — while I was lying in bed, clearly conscious, repeatedly calling out “reception” for help. Instead of responding or checking on me, he stood with the paramedic chatting and laughing for several minutes. If he had truly been instructed not to approach, he could still have called out to reassure me in English. But he said nothing, ignored my voice, and chose to socialize while I was in extreme pain and fear. This level of indifference and silence is unacceptable from any hotel staff, especially when dealing with a guest in a medical crisis. I have filed a formal complaint with the Hotusa Group and received vague responses referring only to “protocol,” without addressing the staff member’s actual behavior. While the hotel itself is clean and kinda well located, the emotional distress caused by this incident has left a deep impact. I sincerely hope no future guest finds themselves in a similar situation.

We booked with Revolut discount, if not is too expensive… the staff is very friendly and gentle! The location is very good, the rooftop, sauna and gym is a plus.

Really enjoyed our stay in Eurostars. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean with AC. Was really quiet and we felt comfortable. All attractions no more than 15 minutes by walk.

I really staying in this hotel. Staff was very helpful and  kind for me,good area, room was bigger than i expect, cleaning not wake you up,if you have "no disturb"on the door. Like in all Spain you still will hear your neighbours, but here it's the most quite as possible.))

Pretty nice hotel overall. Room is big and the Housekeeping is good. I like that its not carpeted. Quite a good spread of buffet breakfast and Churros is available too. Only downside is the lift. It's slow and fits not many at the same time. Location wise it's ok about 15mins by taxi to airport. But a tad long walk to the castle. Else there's a 24hour grocery shop around down the street to get stuffs.

I had a reservation in this hotel 10-11 July, purpose was business. Change of plans on the 8th July so I cancelled the booking. I thought all fine as cancelation policy was no charge until 8th July, but I got charged (1 month later) a cancellation penalty. After complaining through Hotels.com where I did the booking, it seems this hotel cancelation policy is at 00:00 instead of the normal 23:59. Meaning deadline for free cancelation was 8th July at 00:00. It's a bit weird to not use the normal 23:59, so 7th July at 23:59. Even Hotels.com customer service was surprised about that and they thought it was a mistake, unfortunately the hotel confirmed the conditions and was not willing to reimburse. Looks like a tourist trap to get cancelations penalties but also re-selling the room for the same dates, in this situation maybe worth to not cancel and just not show up so at least they are not invoicing twice for the same room. In short, be careful with cancellation policy as it's not the "standard" one.
