This hotel is beautiful and the common areas are suited for meetings, conversations, and coffee/tea. The interior decor of both the rooms and the common areas are early 19th century, and every room has a wide variety of lighting options. The buffet breakfasts are typical Eurostars Hotels buffet breakfasts, which I rate 4 stars. The breakfast service is good. |The beds are firm, which I like, and a bit bouncy which is an interesting choice in mattress selection. Overall the service is good. However, I recommend getting a sroom that does not face the street if at all possible. It seems that all night long there is street noise that will require ear plugs, even in the usually quiet off-season. This has the potential to be very loud in peak season. I would stay here again, but I would ask that the hotel not charge for complimentary bottled waters and also provide waters that are not refilled. Overall a pleasant stay, and I recommend Oviedo in the off-season to avoid the sea of tourists.
