Eurostars Madrid Tower

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service. Thank you for making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Fair to say, the hotel is really good overall. However, considering it's a 5-star hotel, it's not that good. Staff at the reception look very serious and not friendly or welcoming. Rooms, a lot of technology, but that's it. No more space than other more standard hotels. Beds are pretty comfy. The gym is good, and the breakfast, while pricey, really good. To me, good hotel, but it doesn't deserve the 5 stars. I enjoyed the stay, but I don't think I would go back.

However, this also means it’s quieter and more relaxed compared to busier tourist areas. A notable highlight is its proximity to the Real Madrid stadium, which is great for football fans. In the surrounding area, there’s a good selection of restaurants offering various cuisines, and there are also play areas nearby, making it a family-friendly option as well. Overall, it’s a well-rounded place to stay for business travelers and families alike.

the hotel is nice and all but i don’t think it should be considered a 5 star hotel, as it is pretty average and is like any other hotel. when i walked into my hotel and checked out the washroom, i noticed that the washroom smelt really bad and probably hasn’t been cleaned enough. this was really disappointing and disgusting as we will be staying for multiple nights with basically an unusable washroom. Update: i found stains on my bed sheets that are supposedly clean?

The design and finishes exude class and comfort. However, it's worth noting that the hotel is quite far from the city center, which might be less convenient for tourists wanting to explore the main attractions.

Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, and both times I booked more than one room. During my most recent stay, I was shocked to find a bug in the bed it was absolutely disgusting. I emailed the hotel and received no response im literally disgusted and can’t go back to sleep. And the hotel didn’t even apologized in the email they didn’t answer which is the least I’d expect from a place that claims to be five stars. You’ve lost a loyal guest, and I will never return . Update they gave me another room but I hope they look closer at their hygiene at the rooms , thank you HASNA and the gentleman who came to my room and apologized. I truly appreciate your apology
