Eurostars Madrid Tower

Rooms beautifully appointed but decor very dark and heavy- could do with more light! Service and breakfast were lovely - although peak hour makes it a bit slow to get up and down the lifts. Only challenge is the location- convenient for airport and offices but miles from center of town and traffic means half an hour to get to the center. Loved the Ahava body products in rooms and the signature scent in hallways.

A real 5* experience just outside of the center. Due to its location, often booked by conference or other groups, which gives the usual tourist guest a bit of an overwhelming feeling. The reception is understaffed to my opinion, expect to queue and wait your turn. Nothing about the service though, the whole team is very friendly and accommodating. Dining on the 30th floor with its amazing view is a must! Rooms are luxurious with all amenities present. I enjoyed the bathroom setup and overall atmosphere of my room. Not super reachable by public transport but nearest metro/train station Chamartín is with a 15 minutes walking distance. Will return for sure when visiting Madrid!

We had an early train and needed somewhere comfortable and close to the train station to stay the night before. This hotel really fit the bill. All staff were friendly, attentive and service was quick. |While they had forgotten to place a port a cot in the room they quickly set this up for us and they booked us a taxi with child seat to get us the the station without fuss.||Room was clean, spacious and the bed large and comfortable - everything we needed for a good nights sleep before an early start.||Whilst we didn’t use many facility the bar area was nice for a drink and quick snack before heading to bed

This hotel is definitely highly recommended. Super clean and tidy—absolutely worth booking. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Mr. Ibrahim, thank you so much for your care and for going above and beyond for me and my family. Because of your kindness and great service, I truly want to come back again with my family. The breakfast was also delicious, with lots of variety and a beautiful view.

I had the pleasure of staying at Eurostars Madrid Tower for two nights, and I must say the experience was truly exceptional. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable even changing my room twice due to an issue with the AC, and that too at 3 AM without hesitation. I truly appreciate their dedication and top-notch service. Thank you for making my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Awful client experience. Our departure flight got cancelled when we were at the airport, so we were unable to travel to Madrid. |We contacted the hotel immediately to let them know that we will not be able to come to Madrid so the 2 nights reserved at the hotel will not be used.|We had booked the 2 night' stay directly on the hotel website WITH possibility to cancel. When we made the booking, we were told that - even in case of late cancelling - the hotel MIGHT charge us (not that it DEFINITELY WILL charge us).|This was a clear case of force majeure - when the client has no choice but to cancel. The hotel - after initially telling us that they are considering the situation - decided to charge us the FULL AMOUNT of our reservation.|This kind of service is not worth even 1 star, I would never again book with this hotel chain.

Perfect place for a conference. The rooms and service were fantastic. Good transport links to famous tourist sites in Madrid. The panoramic view from the restaurant on the 30th floor is very nice.

Fair to say, the hotel is really good overall. However, considering it's a 5-star hotel, it's not that good. Staff at the reception look very serious and not friendly or welcoming. Rooms, a lot of technology, but that's it. No more space than other more standard hotels. Beds are pretty comfy. The gym is good, and the breakfast, while pricey, really good. To me, good hotel, but it doesn't deserve the 5 stars. I enjoyed the stay, but I don't think I would go back.

Amazing service! We checked in at 9am no issues no extra fee nothing. Everyone from the front desk to the door man was nice! Just incredible service. The rooms were clean ! Heated floors! Large beds . Water and chocolates upon arrivals I mean it was just a great home away from home

Gorgeous hotel, very comfortable! Modern, clean and excellent service. My room had everything needed, stocked snack bar, cute 'bag' of amenities (shower wash and such), hot pot for tea or coffee. Breakfast each morning had a GREAT selection, fruits, meats, eggs, pastries, waffles... Juices, cheeses, what more could you want? All served on the 30th floor with an amazing city view. I missed the bathroom floor heater the first two days.. Fantastic feature. Plenty of outlets, in room safe, good closet space. Gorgeous shower with all sorts of fun body sprays. Lobby bar with a patio, relaxed service but good food selection and friendly service. This hotel is in a business area but cabs were plentiful to town. Starbucks right across the street :)

The bathroom floor had its own heater. Really, that's all you need to know: there is a switch to turn the heater in the bathroom floor on. The shower has like 22 jets (slight exaggeration) that feel great after hours in planes and airports. The staff was great, the room spacious and the mood lighting aka relax lighting was a nice touch. The views are great, the gym is decent enough, but it's the view that will get you up in the morning. All in all, I'm a big fan. The location is a bit of a downer, it's really a great place I guess for a conference but it is a bit of the way out of town for taking in the sights. But taxis are abundant and the metro is a block away- so really it isn't too bad at all!

This is my favorite business hotel in Madrid. The hotel is relatively new, clean and modern or contemporary. It is in the bottom portion of an office tower. The rooms are located around a core of elevators so there are wonderful views from each room! The bathroom is well appointed with heated floors. One of the best parts about this hotel is that the rates are often quite reasonable. I think some might find a drawback in that this hotel is not in the center of town. However, for me, it is great.

What a beautiful Hotel!!! We stayed here for one night before returning home from our vacation through Europe. The staff at the lobby was very friendly and helpful, and promptly accommodated us in a gorgeous room on the 18th floor. The hallways leading to the rooms are beautiful! And the rooms are really pretty and comfortable. The bed is massive and the different lighting settings is perfect depending on what you are doing. The bathroom is really pretty and the shower is awesome. It has jets all around, it is a really really nice shower. The bar downstairs is really nice too. Overall this is a fantastic hotel, with amazing views and clean luxurious rooms. It was the perfect hotel for our last night in Europe.

Great hotel find in Madrid! As clean as any 5-star hotel, smallish rooms but bathroom has oversized bathtub, rainshower and standard shower head, heated floors. Location is about 4-5 blocks from Plaza Mayor but 5-10 minute walk to numerous restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was great. Bathroom shower was probably the best thing as far as the room goes. The only bad thing is the distance of the hotel from the center of Madrid but taxis and the metro were always available so don't let that stop you from staying at this beautiful hotel. Concierge and lobby were great also. I did not eat at the hotel so I am unable to speak to that but overall I would definitely stay here again.

Decent hotel for a business meeting. A bit out of the way from the action, but nice accommodation.
