Overall, it is a good, solid hotel. I enjoyed my stay. However, there are small things that leave a negative impression that can easily be fixed.
Let me start with the positive points:
1. The interior and exterior design were very pleasing. The artwork, furniture, and arrangements were all appealing. It's clear they invested well in the aesthetics of the space.
2. The meals at the restaurant tasted great. Literally everything we ordered was delicious.
3. The front desk staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful.
4. The room was clean, with nothing to complain about.
5. The indoor and outdoor pools were both nice and not too busy.
6. Triple rooms are very convenient for small families.
Now for the negatives:
1. One of the outdoor chairs was broken when we checked in (see photos).
2. There was a night table only on one side of the bed; no table on the other side, although there was enough space available for it.
3. Some appliances looked worn, such as faucet handles and toilet flush handles.
4. I called the front desk once and asked for an extra towel; they said okay but didn't bring it. I had to call them back to remind them, and even after that, it took them 20 minutes to bring it.
5. The shower door was really heavy and didn't move smoothly, making it a headache to close.
