What a beauty of a hotel right in the city centre of all the tiny streets of Seville. The service throughout our stay was fantastic, the room was spacious and newly refurbed, really comfortable bedding and gorgeous rainfall shower. No rooms with views available due to the hotel being right in the middle of all the other buildings. However, lovely rooftop bar. The pool area is okay; but I definitely feel could have a refurbishment. The breakfast was incredible, lots of choice, lots of care taken in the presentation. Love that this is a small hotel only 42 rooms, as the hotel have time to take special care of the guests with extra attention to detail that wouldn’t necessarily be possible in a huge hotel. One thing to mention you can’t get a taxi to drop you right outside the hotel doors as the streets are too narrow!! So just a 5 minute walk to the hotel doors is required. Thank you team!! Highly recommend!

A brilliant hotel! A short walk into the centre. Staff were so lovely. A lovely, spacious lounge area which we used. Room was excellent. Really comfy beds and very spacious room. Only problem was that the air con really smelt. We did bring it up with the front desk and they said they’d send someone but it did still smell so we stopped using it. Roof top bar and pool were both open. Bar was lovely - gorgeous view of the cathedral! Pool area is small but still nice. Breakfast was lovely. Everything really fresh and a waiter there to cook you eggs etc. would definately stay again!

Lovely hotel in a great central location in Sevilla close to the cathedral. Even with it's central location, most sites in the city were maximum 20 minute walk away, including the neighbourhood of Tirana over the bridge. The staff are friendly and were on hand to walk us through what was going on during Santa Semana (Holy week), as well as recommendations for restaurants and activities to do in the city. There is a pool on the ground floor which is a good size, but unfortunately doesn't get the sun all day and was closed on Easter Monday when it would have been great to lounge by! There is also a rooftop bar with great views of the Cathedral which is open from 15:30 and a great spot to watch the sun go down. The room we had was ensuite and large with a little balcony overlooking the terrace and pool below. The hotel has a good policy of only changing towels if the guest requires, and also provides a coffee machine with pods and a fully stocked mini bar. Only negative was that every time someone used the lift to go up or down you could hear it in the room to a point it was very disruptive. We asked for a room change which the team were very helpful to try and accommodate, but because it was so busy, were only able to exchange to a room with two single beds than a large double which is what we had so we ended up not moving. The soundproofing of the walls wasn't great as you could hear people walking in the corridor and other rooms as well.

Didn't stay here, but spent an afternoon enjoying drinks on the excellent rooftop bar terrace in the glorious sunshine. Great service, great location and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

This hotel is excellent, the room was fantastic, very spacious and good value. The reception team were very helpful and always happy to help when we asked for recommendations for cafe bars nearby. |The location is very central and has a lovely roof terrace with a great view of the city and cathedral. We will be coming back next year as we loved Sevilla and will definitely consider returning to the Eurostars.

The hotel was an oasis of tranquillity. The ladies at reception made us feel very welcome. They were very professional and very friendly. Certainly a credit to the company. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were very large and well equipped. The swimming pool was really welcoming after a day of sightseeing. There were showers by the pool and plenty of sunbeds. The roof top terrace and bar were relaxing, especially at night as the views were amazing 350 degrees of the city so near the beautiful cathedral which was lit up at night. Breathtaking!! We would definitely stay at this hotel when we are next in Seville. Very central to all the sites and plenty of good restaurants nearby. Seville is a beautiful city and we can't wait to come back!!

A lovely hotel that is central and only a short stroll to the cathedral and Alcazar Palace. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and we were pleased with the hotel room and amenities. The pool area was small and mostly shaded, but it did not get busy on any of the days and so was more than adequate. The roof terrace bar had spectacular views but was deserted on each occasion that we visited! Breakfast was plentiful and well-stocked - even at the end of service, the waiting-on staff very accommodating and hard working! We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's very easy to walk everywhere from here. The staff are very, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Room serviced daily. Breakfast is great with lots to choose from, but being buffet style, you can have it all! The bar is only open 4 days, but you can take in your own drinks and they will provide glasses and ice. The pool closes 1st Oct which is a shame. If I came back, I'd rebook this hotel for its location. Evening room service only, but with 100's of restaurants less than 5 minutes away(some closer), that's not a problem.
