Eurostars Sevilla Boutique, a Design Boutique Hotel Seville, Spain

"Located in the Santa Cruz neighbourhood, Eurostars Sevilla Boutique is set on a XVI century palace and is 150 metres from the Giralda and the Sevilla Cathedral. The hotel has a business centre, restaurant and café-bar. Fresh dishes and drinks can be served on the terrace, with views over the Giralda and the Cathedral. The design of the building includes original paintings by local artists, which can be bought on site. It has an outdoor swimming pool, a Turkish bath and free WiFi. The outdoor pool, set in a plant-filled courtyard, can be used 6 months of the year. Eurostars Sevilla Boutique is a design hotel in the historic centre of Seville, offering spacious, air-conditioned rooms. It is just 150 metres from the Alcázar and the Town Hall." - My Boutique Hotel (en)

Delightful boutique hotel in heart of old part of city close to bars restaurants as well as Cathedral. Staff were helpful, our room was perfect and the rooftop terrace had the most amazing views. I have given service a 3 star as on the day of check out we were told in the morning that they would order a taxi to take us to railway station and when we went back they said no “just walk to the cathedral and get a taxi!” After lugging our cases to the cathedral square we ended up having to order an Uber to avoid missing our train!

Great hotel in a central location. Lovely room, calm atmosphere close to a great street with lots of Tapas restaurants. Wonderful friendly staff. Our only difficulty was their communications. The email that came before we arrived had a link to the nearest car park. Unfortunately I didn't check when I clicked it and so we found ourselves with an hour added to our journey as it took us to Avenida de Roma in Ginas, 20 minutes out, instead of the one near the hotel. They also have an online check out. The day before we were due to leave I received a WhatsApp message and two emails, via booking.com, telling me it would be available from 6.00. Good to know if needed. But then I got two more on the morning of our departure. Four emails made me feel unwelcome, but not enough to mark this excellent hotel down a star.

We were very disappointed with our stay. We paid for a four-star hotel but did not receive four-star service. Even before arrival, it was a struggle to secure the twin beds we had requested when booking. While the room and common areas were pleasant, breakfast quality was poor (average products, limited savoury options) and, most surprisingly, the advertised bar simply did not exist during most of the week. We were even told “opening hours” at reception, only to discover later from online reviews that the bar is closed Monday to Thursday — information never disclosed beforehand. The poor sound insulation made restful nights impossible, and at check-out, the receptionist did not even ask how our stay had been. After our departure, we contacted both the hotel and the group to share this feedback. Two weeks later, we still have not received a reply. This silence confirms what our experience had already suggested: customer service here is lamentable. Overall, a very disappointing experience that significantly reduced our enjoyment of Seville.

Really fantastic hotel. Very calming and relaxing to be in. Friendly staff. Lovely rooftop garden with great cocktails and very expansive breakfast. Will definitely try and stay there again.

A brilliant hotel! A short walk into the centre. Staff were so lovely. A lovely, spacious lounge area which we used. Room was excellent. Really comfy beds and very spacious room. Only problem was that the air con really smelt. We did bring it up with the front desk and they said they’d send someone but it did still smell so we stopped using it. Roof top bar and pool were both open. Bar was lovely - gorgeous view of the cathedral! Pool area is small but still nice. Breakfast was lovely. Everything really fresh and a waiter there to cook you eggs etc. would definately stay again!

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ - especially location and for the great recommendations from the team about where to go, and where to eat (a short visit). Like many others before me, I was pleasantly surprised when greeted with the view (day or night) from the rooftop terrace! Can recommend!

What a beauty of a hotel right in the city centre of all the tiny streets of Seville. The service throughout our stay was fantastic, the room was spacious and newly refurbed, really comfortable bedding and gorgeous rainfall shower. No rooms with views available due to the hotel being right in the middle of all the other buildings. However, lovely rooftop bar. The pool area is okay; but I definitely feel could have a refurbishment. The breakfast was incredible, lots of choice, lots of care taken in the presentation. Love that this is a small hotel only 42 rooms, as the hotel have time to take special care of the guests with extra attention to detail that wouldn’t necessarily be possible in a huge hotel. One thing to mention you can’t get a taxi to drop you right outside the hotel doors as the streets are too narrow!! So just a 5 minute walk to the hotel doors is required. Thank you team!! Highly recommend!
