I am just back from a 3 night stay with my|Mother at this wonderful hotel. |We enjoyed every moment. The pool was stunning and the view from the pool was just incredible.|Our room was gorgeous with an incredible peaceful sea view from the balcony. The room had great air con which was fantastic in the middle of August. Plenty of toiletries provided in the bathroom and complimentary robes and slippers. Huge comfortable bed as well. |Breakfast was a buffet style which was excellent sitting outside with a beautiful sea view. They had plenty of food to choose from and loads of fresh fruit each day. |Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. There’s a free shuttle bus that goes into town which we used once. Just be careful this needs to be booked and no one had mentioned this to us. There’s only so many spaces on the shuttle but it runs half hourly until 6pm. |We found a taxi to and from the main part in town cost between 10-15 euro each way. |The whole experience was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this relaxing, wonderfully clean and beautiful hotel to anyone.

We recently stayed at this hotel with high expectations, given its 5-star rating. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to that standard due to several issues that consistently pointed to poor organisation and lack of clear communication. From the start, it was unclear what was included in our half-board package. For example, water was freely available at breakfast but charged at €7 during dinner — the same bottle. While we understand that drinks may not be included, this wasn’t communicated clearly at check-in or at any point during our stay. No alternative options were offered either. We were a group of two adults and a baby, yet housekeeping only ever provided two towels. Every day, I had to personally chase down an extra towel — not ideal on a relaxing holiday. Calling reception proved useless, as our calls went unanswered on multiple occasions, regardless of the time. One of the more frustrating moments came on our last night. The main restaurant we’d dined at all week was closed, and we were told (last minute) to go to another one — which required a reservation no one informed us about. We had to speak with three different staff members before finally being accommodated. To top it off, we noticed expired jam served at breakfast one morning. While we understand that stock rotation can be challenging, this kind of oversight should not occur in a hotel of this category. I do want to point out that the staff themselves seemed genuinely willing and tried to help, but the root issue appears to be poor internal communication and management. With better coordination and a more proactive approach to guest communication, this hotel could come much closer to the 5-star experience it advertises.

We are currently staying at this 5 star hotel. We are building a house in Sitges which is delayed hence the long stay. The breakfast is great, the service of people is good and the layout of the hotel and pools is supurb. I especially like the gym, its build for weight training, very nice.||Last 3 nights the airconditioning didnt work. The first morning I woke up at 5 am sweating, went front desk to complain. Excuse:I am sorry, must your room. Second night/ morning I was less friendly at the front desk. No airco again, I told them you muzt switch it off to save energy, answer: no its not broken sir.||Can somebody at the hotel management tell me why the manager doesnt have the decency to come to the front desk when I ask 3 times to hear my complants??? He is sitting right there !!!||Last night the whole hotel was without airco. I got brushed off at the front desk again. Its pathethic. How about offering compensation?? At least a visit from the manager maybe????||Today will be 30 C ....

Lovely setting hotel, staff were more than helpful and the gym / spa here is excellent! Pool area was lovely and quiet too! Hotel is a big place and at times it seems a bit soulless because of it's size! Rooms were nice and clean! We didn't eat here! It's a good 50 mins walk into sitges but there are shuttle buses every hour!!

In my opinion this hotel is borderline 5star quality. It looks spectacular at first sight. But rooms are not up to the contemporary standard for a five star hotel. Staff however deserve the five star rating without a doubt. All of them, without any exception, were enormously friendly and helpful. Also food and drinks were of very good quality. This is why we probably will visit the hotel again.

Sure, they claim to be a five star hotel, but after four nights here we would like to say that the hotel rather lives up to a three-star hotel. This is mainly due to its rather inadequate service despite its great location and large, spacious rooms.||At first glance, you are greeted by a large and rather impressive complex that is located in a beautiful location on a hill above the city. We already knew that the hotel was a bit far from the city and the beach, which did not bother us.||We had a positive feeling upon our arrival, but unfortunately it was already shattered at check-in when we were met by staff whose welcome and information was lacking, or more accurately, it was completely missing. We had to ask for information about breakfast times, times for the shuttle-car down to Sitges (it runs every hour 11-18), how to book the Spa (it costs extra), and dinner times for us with half board. Apparently dinner time needed to be booked, which we would have missed on the first evening if we had not asked about it. Very strange that we were not offered all this info when we checked in and had to ask for all the information. So be prepared for that!||The hotel rooms were large, with a large comfortable bed and a spacious balcony with sliding doors. We paid extra for a sea view, which is recommended. The room had cute decor with a lot of modern elements mixed with older ones. However, you could see some worn out parts and spots of rust or moisture. Which you might think you should not have to experience in a five-star hotel. One day our electricity went out when we were both charging our phones and had the TV on at the same time so we had to call the caretaker. Also, our air conditioner was struggling to work one night, annoying things but things you can live with - but again, not particularly five-star standard.||Our first two evenings we booked dinner through the reception and were placed in their nice al’a carte restaurant “La Punta”. We were very happy with the food there and received very nice service where you could sit in peace and quiet and watch the sunset between the hills. This is where our hopes began to be fulfilled about the stay. But unfortunately, this hope and happiness was already taken away from us on day three, when we were stopped at the door of the Al’a Carte restaurant and told that “on Friday and Saturday only the buffet is included for us with Half Board”. This buffet was served in the other restaurant (the same restaurant as the breakfast buffet, one floor below the lobby) There we were offered a typical all-inclusive family buffet with everything from sushi, grilled meat, burgers and fries. Not what we had expected and again a big miss in information for us as guests as we thought we where having A'la carte once again.||To add to this was that we had to ask to order drinks four times before we got any drinks for the buffet.||On our last day we then went to the information in the morning and kindly asked if we could book ourselves at the A’la Carte restaurant instead of the buffet, and possibly pay the difference if it would cost extra. We were told that they would look into it and they would get back to us during the day by phone. Unfortunately, they never called us. And when we went back from Sitges to the hotel in the afternoon, they said at the reception that unfortunately the Al’a carte was now fully booked (?) So it had to be a day with buffet for us once again, on our last evening. However, better food was served that day and there was some nice live music. But by this point we had already given up on the hotel and its service and we just wanted to enjoy our last evening.||Finally, when we checked out, the staff first managed to claim that we would have to pay the entire stay again (we paid everything on arrival) then after that we were presented with a paper/receipt where it said that we had stayed at the hotel on completely different days than we had stayed on. The staff finally apologized and referred to a “system error”, but the whole thing was extremely strange. Eventually it was resolved and we got two free drink tickets as an apology.||I have tried to write this review with a fairly positive tone, as the hotel has nice qualities such as a nice sunny location, close to nature and the city, large pool area and large lovely rooms, but unfortunately our stay did not live up to the expectations of what a five-star hotel should be and offer. We often felt quite stressed about the lack of information and at the same time it was as if the staff did not really know what they were doing.||We are happy with our stay in Sitges overall and think it was a bit funny with this whole strange experience at the hotel. It was lucky that you could "escape" up to your nice room or down to Sitges and the beach to get a break from the confusing atmosphere and lacking service.||We would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a five-star and relaxed holiday experience.

Dishonest and deceitful business practices. Requested a bucket of ice for the room and plates. Discussion held with reception staff and told this shouldn't cost and they'd advise. Staff arrived at our room 45 mins after the request with the plates/ice and requested a signature for a charge. This cost itself was 15 euro, for frozen water! Poor service on first night with an attempted overcharge of coffee and cake for a proposed 44 euro. Pool hours are not reflective of the Spanish Summer with limited hours avaliable. Similar to the shuttle bus which runs limited hours in the day. Very disappointed experience, especially for an anniversary. Would not recommend to others.

We held a convention with 200 people and everything went perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, the food was outstanding, and the bar service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and flexible, making everything run smoothly. The service was excellent from start to finish. A special mention to Joan, who was incredibly helpful and kind, as well as the entire hotel team, who were always attentive and willing to assist at all times. This is the perfect hotel for conventions and events (and also for family stay), with everything needed to make any gathering a success. We’ll definitely come back!
