My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. This has a wonderful roof top bar with fabulous views and also a fabulous view at breakfast on the 34th floor. We were upgraded when arrived to a city view room which is worth paying extra for. the breakfast was self service but you can order eggs to your liking. All very good. the hotel is an easy walk to city centre, 10 minutes over the bridge and right beside a very nice shopping centre with restaurants. we looked at booking the hydotherapy suite but very small and €25 per person did not think it was worth it, maybe a treatment would have been nice. The city is fantastic one of the best i have been to.

We booked a junior suite with a hot tub ( there are no hot tubs ) they have jacuzzi baths ( but not connected and dint work ) . The lifts are high tech and you have to swipe your room card and punch in the number on a small screen. But takes a while to get used to them. The breakfast and service was very poor. No English tea and half hour to get a coffee if they offer you one and it was cold as was the eggs. The restaurant is expensive and very average food. Waitresses couldn't explain the wine menu. The rooftop bar was the best thing and best service. The girls spoke good English and were very helpful...I wouldn't stay here again. Not 5 star in my opinion

Very good customer service - was allowed an early check in and received a complete breakdown of the amenities available and upon check out was asked if I required assistance with a taxi. Both were efficient processes with lovely staff members. The room itself was tidy and clean however there were some minor stains on the walls and the one of the blinds seem broken - this did not affect my stay however so was not too bad.

We enjoyed our stay here and the view from the room was absolutely spectacular but unfortunately this hotel lacks a personal touch. ||Part of this is due to the rooms being so far away from the reception but a large part of this came down to the somewhat cold reception received by almost all members of staff that we encountered- it just didn’t feel like we were welcomed particularly. (I must say however, the team in the spa were really nice and welcoming). ||The room itself was quite clinical and seems to cater for a business-style audience but I can’t criticise the facilities themselves or the breathtaking panorama.||Whilst we enjoyed our time in the spa- the facilities don’t seem extensive enough to come with a price tag of €25 per guest. ||Overall we had a pleasant stay in this clean, modern hotel but would expect more of a warm welcome for a 5 star hotel.

Spent two nights in this beautiful hotel. Chose it for its ease of access via car, which proved to be the case with a huge underground car park. Really liked the top floor bar for its views and ambience. Lovely room and excellent service. Breakfast was also very good. Would visit again.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Views from our room near the top floor were incredible. Only moan is about the lifts! They are overly complicated with floor amd lift changes required to access certain areas and you can be gone a long time if just popping back to your room for something as a result.

I can only say this is in NOT 5 star hotel it is a 4 star at best. Lifts are annoyingly complicated with no offer to help with our bags, the receptionist refused to take my car the the car park saying he does not do right hand drive, we had to insist on an upgrade after being given a room with a howling noise from the door where it was not fitted correctly. The breakfast is self service and cold when i pointed this out the restaurant manager said oh i have not turned back on the heaters and persisted to reheat the food. The Staff in general are actually very nice but working against the grain. The management when i complained only tried a couple of times to ring me and never did after i left. Instead obviously though the upgrade and a couple of drinks and a refund of breakfast was good enough very arrogant in my view. Why he felt he should not continue to contact me is beyond me. NOT 5 STAR ITS AT LEAST 20 MIN From the centre

Amazing hotel with really attentive staff. I left my AirPod Pros in my room upon checking out and had already made it to the airport so they took care of sending them all the way back to the US for me. I was worried I would never see them again! Trustworthy staff. The sky terrace is incredible and their breakfast buffet is unmatched. Photos from the sky terrace and our room’s view.
