Eva Villa Maui bed & breakfast

Eva Villa was a wonderful place to stay in Maui. The apartment is great -- very comfortable, with every need anticipated. Even fresh pineapple and other fruits when we arrived! Rick gave us great tips for things to do and see on the island and made us feel welcome and at home. The lodging is close to good restaurants and beaches, but in a quiet residential area. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. We would definitely stay again when in Maui.

My wife and I had a lovely time at the EVA bed-and-breakfast. We stayed in the larger of their two accommodations and found that it fully met our needs. The kitchen area was completely adequate, and there was a good variety of things like olive oil, spices, etc. that made it easy to have a home cooked dinner. There was a lanai off the Living Room, where we ate all our meals, some of which I cooked on a small gas grill out on the deck. Rick provided us birdseed to put into the birdfeeder right off the lanai and we enjoyed watching many kinds of birds come to it as we had our breakfast.||We did eat some meals out, but my point is it wasn’t necessary. We had what we needed right there.||All of this said, the piece de resistance of EVA is the pool! It is exactly as shown in the pictures, and we had exclusive access to it throughout our stay. We sometimes swam in it in the a.m., but we were more likely to go out to great nearby beaches, which were easily accessible with plenty of parking. Then at day’s end we would go to the pool and have our own little happy hour (plastic glasses) for more swimming and the hot tub. ||We loved the location, above the condos strips of downtown Kihei, and less than 10 minutes from Wailea, where everything is really nice.||In short, we had a great time. Rick was a fountain of good advice on the best sites, beaches, dining options, etc. and we both liked him and Dale.||We’ve been to Maui at least ten times, This is a great place that we hope to return to. In our experience, it’s also a bargain.||

The hosts, Rick and Dale, completely saved my husband and I's life by having us here! We are West Maui residents and were completely out of resources during the Lahaina fire and this nice couple took us in immediately to stay at their beautiful villa, we felt like we won the lottery that week because of how stunning their place was and how they treated us like family after having an extremely hectic week. First off, the location is perfect. Right by all the best snorkel spots in South Maui, Ulua beach, turtle town, ahihi, etc! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, you are in a safe, quiet area with a big pool, lush grounds, fruit tree (which they picked for us too!) and great environment. We loved watching the sunset up here cause you are higher up on a hill so the sky views are beautiful by the pool at sunset. They have an abundant amount of towels for you to use and the kitchen had everything we needed. GREAT AIR CONDITIONING! I emphasize that because some rentals on Maui dont have AC or its on a timer, but theirs was strong and worked super fast which is much needed especially after you are out in the sun all day. They also have laundry for you to use which was awesome! We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Maui. You will be in great hands with Rick and Dale, such sweet hosts!

I have stayed at Eva Villa 6 times now, and every experience has been amazing. Rick and Dale are both wonderful people and give the utmost in care to their guests! They do all they can to ensure a safe and wonderful trip. Rick goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of and settled in upon arrival, but does not stop there. He checks in during your stay to make sure that everything is taken care of and that you aren’t in need of anything. He is quick to respond to any requests, and makes sure that you do not feel bad for asking or letting him know. I will continue to stay at Eva Villa every opportunity that I can! Thank you Rick and Dale for a wonderful experience, every time!

Eva Villa is located in a quiet and well established neighborhood. There are many nice gardens around. It’s in the hill side of the Wailea. We had two weeks delightful time there in Maui. Our studio house is large and spacious. We spent a lot time in the poolside backyard. The birds were our companions. I often felt it was a small oasis from the busy Maui streets. Rick and Dale are great hosts. They provided local information to make our plan easier. There are two other units and all have plentiful private space. Rick’s yard had fruits to offer. And don’t miss the farmer’s market. Rick will tell you all.

Rick and Dale are rock stars! The property has so much to offer, including peace and quiet! The pool and hot tub are divine. The gardens and trees couldn't have been more lovely! I had somewhere to park my rental car and it was perfect! The apartment I stayed in was clean, cozy and secure, with AC too! I was an easy drive to all the south side beaches. Sunsets were epic! I felt totally safe and well cared for while staying at Eva Villa! THANK YOU RICK AND DALE! <3

We recently spent eight nights at Eva Villa with our 11 year old granddaughter. We stayed in the poolside suite and had everything we needed. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, private and tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Rick and Dale were terrific hosts. They have mastered the art of being attentive and responsive without being intrusive. In addition to beach towels, Rick generously made chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and everything else we needed to enjoy time at the beach. His recommendations about restaurants and places to visit were spot on. Rick and Dale have the "aloha spirit" and we would not hesitate to stay again or recommend Eva Villa to our family and friends. Nice, affordable accommodations with wonderful hosts.

We just loved this place:) We were able to lock everything up and felt safe. The 5 minute drive to the beaches was great. We enjoyed a neighborhood feel with access to wonderful restaurants, shops, and beautiful beaches with out the crowds. The place provided sunshades, umbrella, and cooler that just added to our beach experience. The washer and dryer also allowed us to pack light and launder. This location is also perfect for a simple Safeway run. We sometimes just picked up lunch or dinner from here due to packed locations. Last, Rick and Dale will make you feel like family. They rock! Their cat is cute too:).
