Lovely place in a street with only delivery cars or trucks. If you Ask a room not with a street view, cool Nice patio when it is sunny.... Could be noisy in summer Time if people are talking loud. Breakfast simple but very good People from the family hôtel, very nice and AT your service For those who like bars and tapas, there is a main street very close with all the bakeries and bars that you need, with some cheap Prices....

First I had a room with tiny windows, looked more like a cave. But I complained and got moved to the one facing the street. It was noisier, but had more light. And bathroom was literally in the room. Breakfast is basic with the same stuff every day. But it was ok to start the day. No eggs, nor vegetables, just sandwich material. Glazed croissants...

Really friendly service and assistance during our overnight stay. Super comfortable bed and towels that are actually big enough to use. Perfect location, just two minutes from the Cathedral and old town area for all activities and cultural visits

A smaller hotel near the cathedral and town center, within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Comfortable, well maintained, and clean, helpful staff. . A traditional Spanish style building with a central patio. Breakfast available downstairs. Free WiFi, which was important since the cell coverage in my room was spotty at best. We parked on a side street for a euro, although there is some kind of garage at the hotel. My only complaint was with the shower, it wasn't possible to open the door and get in without spraying water all over the floor. The room was ample with a good bed. The hotel might be difficult to find, although I was there with friends so I didn't have any problem. I'd recommend leaving the car parked and walking. I will definitely go back.

Very convenient located and very comfortable hotel. Some rooms very spacious, other less. Fully equiped in a medium level quality but a price very convenient. Breakfast of good quality but not much variety. Some parking places available in the hotel.

I must say that this hotel deserves a very high praise. There are a few rooms but the place itself is astonishing. It's located next to the cathedral, the restaurant is unbelievable and as you go down the stairs a restaurant in a wine cellar setting unfolds. The rooms have a perfect balance between the old facilities and a new design to update it to recent times. A beautiful facility overall.

Great stay, missed a flight after the champions league match and looked online and see this as it was pretty cheap. Well, well, what a find it is gorgeous. Lovely rooms round a little courtyard. Staff were very friendly and helpful plus had a stocked mini bar. ||Only slight problem would be the AC wasn’t the best but a minor thing. ||Would definitely recommend. What a find. ||Thanks guys.

I stayed in this hotel in December for a business trip. Location is certainly ok, but this probably holds for most of the hotels in Alcala. The hotel is located in an old and unique building, so that makes it quite unique. The room was not expensive at all, and the staff was very friendly. However, I did not really like the room itself. The room could certainly benefit from some maintenance and some small upgrading. For example, the button to flush the toilet was broken. The room was also rather basic. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. WIFI signal was not very strong, probably because of the thick walls.
