This is an average hotel with good and bad bits. Located in a residential area it's not the most picturesque, but fairly quiet yet 10 min walk to the town centre. Largw hotel complex made up of 4 blocks. Think ours was the most dated and needs renovation. The other 2 were much nicer and modern. The rooms in our block were dated, small with thin walls. Rudely woken up at 6am by a voracious couple next door. Not respectful nor suitable for children, but she clearly had a good time. Food was varied, breakfast was very good with large selection, but lunch and dinner could be bland on certain days. The hotel has the sweetest drinks on the planet and good selection of alcholic drinks with Estrella on tap. It's good value for money, lots for the family like flumes, table tennis, spacious pool areas with plenty of sunbeds, albeit some repairs required in the main pool. The staff were friendly and overall hotel kept clean & well staffed.|

We were a family of four with two primary school age children.|We found the staff to be polite and helpful.|The room in the Park hotel was lovely, more space than I was expecting and was cleaned and made up everyday with fresh towels also.|The walls are thin but it didn’t bother us at all, the children were so tired at the end of everyday that they fell fast asleep and we did too.|The hotel itself is very nice and clean, toilets spotless and cleaner always seen around to keep it that way. All of the pools were great, we spent time at all of them and never had a problem finding a bed or a spot to lay our things. Felt very safe and secure there. The kids loved the children’s pool and the adult pool. There is a shop right next door selling inflatables too. Lifeguards always on duty and vigilant. |There is a children’s playroom which we used once, indoor trampoline and computer consoles and colouring and more but we wanted to be outside so didn’t spend much time in there.|After dinner there is a kids disco at 9pm for half hour then a show, acrobatics and live bands etc. We thought the kids disco would be a bit late but the kids were absolutely fine or had a nap on the sun loungers before we went up to get showered which gave them extra stamina. |The restaurant food was nice, plenty of choice, always having a salad bar and loads of desserts. All of meat was cooked very well. A cheese and bread table too. There was more Adventurous dishes but always had plainer food for kids like chips and pasta and burgers etc. Breakfast had masses of choice too. Snack bar 10-5pm always had freshly cooked burgers and chips and salads and pasta and hotdogs etc. The snack bar also had a toaster and bread and pastries out in case anyone missed breakfast.|Loads of free ice creams, magnums and twisters or you could get an ice cream on a cone from the van. Slushes from the bar too and crisps all free with all inclusive. None of us went hungry at any point.|Drinks were plentiful and well received.|Over all we had a really lovely holiday.|Location good, about a km to the beach and excursions on offer to book to Barcelona and Girona for example.

We went for a week with the family and it was great. My 8 year old daughter has autism but the hotel did everything they could to make our stay easier. Pools are amazing for the kids, snack bar was class, disney show was brilliant, great holiday 💯

So since my honest opinion on this hotel got removed from the face book page which I didn't see why as I had positive and negative things about this hotel so here goes on arrival we was greeted by lovely friendly reception as we went to our room it looked nothing like what I booked it was very old fationed and daggy looking I checked on my phone and it was not the part of the hotel I booked which should of been the park but they put us in the gardens I went to Reception and told them it os not what I had booked he told me I had been upgrading? So I asked to see a room in the park so they ki ndly did so and belive me it was much better so we moved . First night of dinner wasn't good at all food was very under cooked stale dry salad and not much variety at all breakfast was worse slimy bacon sloppy scrambled eggs undercooked pancakes and what looked like the night before salad after speaking to another guest the said that they had asked to be moved to the down stairs restraunt so I did the same much more choice and everything is cooked so much better. Pools are great your aloud inflatables which the kids love the inside pool is very daggy and needs some attention the entertainment in the day well there isn't any nothing in pool for kids except paddle boats the mini club well I'm glad I haven't left my child in there as the staff just sit miserable and look like they don't want to be there night entertainment is far to late for kids mini disco is 4 songs at 9.15 then main entertainment starts 9.30 9.45 far to late for kids it's not bad entertainment cocktail list there around 6 to chose from not a good choice at all I would not stop here again if I was to return but not been a terrible stay hope this helps .

We are just back from our stay in Evenia. We were a family of five. ||Pros |All but one day, the dinner service was great |.plenty of choice. You can opt to jave meat cooked freshly by the chef or you can grab something. A lot of fresh salads and a lot of Deserts. The pasta service was a big hit with my kiddos.|The kids pool is excellent. it's so safe, there is constant lifeguards on duty and it's kept very very clean especially the bathrooms. |The snack bar had an abundance of food from 10 to 5 everyday. Always seemed to be fresh warm food ready to go. No waiting. Plenty of salads, breads and pastries as well as ice creams. |Our room was cleaned spotless every day, plenty of fresh towels more than enough every day which was greatly appreciated. The room was dated BUT it was perfect size for us. Balcony was a decent size and it was also cleaned daily. |Kids club attendant was a lovely woman nd a actually interacted with the children and paid attention to them equally the guy who did the mini disco was brilliant and every kid there had an absolute blast |We were treated very well upon arrival. They greeted us by name before we even walked to the counter as they had been expecting us. He explained eveything clearly and was very gentle placing the wristband on the kiddos making a big deal of them which was appreciated. |Similarly the other reception near the ping-pong tables were equally friendly and patient with the children who wanted to play the games and renting the paddles. ||Cons|The "entertainemnt" after the mini disco was seriously lacking. We had a capoirea show that was borderline questionable for children to be around for two reasons . They sprayed fire into the audience and left the floor coated in oil which caused a lot of slips and the end of the show got a little risqué for my liking with young children in attendance.|There was actually a dance competition being held in the hotel as well as the belly dancing championships and I dunno why they didn't ask them to preform that woukd have been amazing. |The hotel listed daily adult activities but we could never fins them and when we asked we were told oh not today.|The Deserts are all fake cream which I know isn't a big deal but was frustrating.|The hotel is noisy at night but this isn't the hotels fault there are signs everywhere saying pls be quiet in the halls but it's the rude guests who ate doing it so immouttinv it here but its not the hotels fault. |The cocktails ate awful, they come from a tap of premix. No colors, no umbrellas no fruit or fresh ingredients so I only had one and the queues for a drink was ridiculous. |We truly met some lovely staff BUT there were some very very rude staff almost a disdain for us which was quite upsetting. |||Over all it was a nice hotel. Food was better than I expected but we found ourselves very bored by day three

We stayed here in May this year with a family for 6 nights and 7 days. |First, the hotel staff weren’t very pleasant especially at reception. Not very helpful. |Then the food was very hit and miss, the breakfast was lovely everyday lunch and dinner was only nice on the last day we were leaving on a Saturday.|Snack bar only had a few options and it tasted very bland, the food is not kid friendly in the restaurants. We ended up eating out most nights.|All the cocktails were like syrup not able to drink them. |The rooms were very small, and the air con didn’t work so it was very warm in the rooms, beds were uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin, we stayed on the third floor and you could hear everything that was going on upstairs. |The ice cream van and the foam party did not happen as there’s aren’t available in the month of May which they should clarify on their website. |Did not feel safe for the kids as there was too many festivals going on.|There was a lovely entertainments girl that was running discos for the children, but after that the entertainment wasn’t great…..|We did try to make the most of it the kids and adults enjoyed the pool and the water slides. And the bar man at the pool was lovely. |Although we will not be back.

It's a big disappointment for a 4 stars hotel and almost a 100 euro/ night stay. ||From the arrival with the confusion of the building and after long journey i still have to wait for my room to be ready. The wifi didnt function in my room for 4 days straight despite of complaining and the wall is so thin that I could hear my neighbour every night. The location is not even near the beach. I requested for a good room and got the furthest room of the whole floor||||Not recommended!
