After reading older reviews, I was a bit apprehensive about staying here. The newer reviews were much more positive and gave me hope.|I was very relieved when we arrived as it was absolutely lovely! The hotel / complex is definately 4* worthy.|The whole complex was extremely clean. All the staff (bar one bar man) were happy and attentive.|The buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Coral restaurant was brilliant. Constantly topped up and fresh food always being added. Dirty plates taken away quickly.|The pools were amazing, a little cold sometimes but it was fairly hot while we there - 28 degrees most days. The slides were great, while we were at the hotel we spent nearly all our time in the pools. The main pool was great too. Although both were busy, it seemed like there was plenty of room for everyone!|The evening entertainment wasn't great and I'd say this was the only let down.|I would definately stay here again.

Don't listen to the moaners, the hotel is nice, rooms are cleaned daily, food is great, entertainment is great, pools are great, bar staff are friendly, and the 2 ice cream trucks are brilliant for the kids. There is nothing to moan about with this hotel it's one of the better hotels I've stayed in. Beach is a 15 minute fairly easy walk. We could always get a sun lounger whatever time we went to the pool I would definitely go back to this hotel.

I'm currently here writing a review We are all inclusive but can't get a drink in our hotel unless its lunch or dinner the bar doesn't open till July apparently and have to take a 5 day camel ride to the hotel next door to get a drink this is a shambles! We haven't been here for 24 hours my son has cut his feet twice on the tiles in the pool and my daughter once. The food in the hotel is actually really good and caters for everyone. I advise bringing your own drinks and water shoes . Other than that your all good.

Perfect from start to finish. Lovely family room, plenty of space for 2 adults, toddler and baby (cot provided). Toddler had a sofa bed in a separate room divided by a sliding door and blackout curtain. Shower/ bath was warm and powerful. Food was perfect all week, plenty of themes with your typical everyday items (salad, bread, pasta, pizza).|Kids pool in one of the other hotels and at first we thought it was far away but there are plenty of shortcuts around the hotels making it so easy to get around the 4 separate buildings. |We used the kids club daily (we had to stay with our daughter due to age) soft play, trampoline, colouring on everyday with extra activities such as nail painting, tattoos etc. |€10 cash deposit needed for towels, €1 to change them. |Staff very friendly, 15mins walk to the beach without children.

I couldn’t praise this hotel enough, plenty of pools to chill around and the food was incredible especially at lunch. The rooms are average for a family hotel. Entertainment has been amazing and this hotel is very close to a lot of things bars, beach etc.

Outdated rooms in the Palace part. Everything is old, the bathroom has toilets with chalk stains, you have to stand in the tub to use a very old school small shower head. The water changes temperature. No active air suction in the bathroom, so everything is damp. No warmed mirror in the same room so just fog. We booked for 3 persons, and only 2 plastic chairs on the balcony. Not a place to relax as you can only sit up straight in them. The washing line for drying towels and swim gear hangs loose, it probably came off the wall and was just wrapped around the fence. The TV in one of the rooms is placed half in front of the mirror. Everything just looks like a half piece of work from 15-20 years ago. The staff is very friendly though. [update 26 July: quick update from the owner below. @Public Relations Agent: still here for another week, feel free to contact me directly] [update 28 July: no response received... still here for a few more days and looking forward to the said 'improvements'. Adding some photos in the meanwhile] [update 1 Aug: never heard from them again... (back at home now), keeping the review as is]

Good hotel but with some downsides|Room was lovely and clean, we stayed in room 5023 and the ladies who clean the rooms were so lovely! Beds were very comfortable. We were on the ground floor and one thing (nothing to do with hotel) guests above continually threw cigarettes over their balcony (despite having an ash tray) on to the Astroturf below- very dangerous, the last day a used nappy and rubbish was thrown aswell… if these guests think this is ok I dread to think what their homes are like! ||Food was really nice- could always find something that everyone liked which is a bonus. One suggestion would be to get the self service soft drink machines on and working around the hotel which would help ease the huge queues at the bars. Sadly one evening in the restaurant (Spanish fiesta night for summer solstice I believe) the guests were so rude it was like a cattle market pushing and shoving. One lovely creature proceeded to push my disabled mum out the way to get to the desserts when she asked why she had done that she quite literally stuck her hand in my mums face and went “Spanish” so rude and uncalled for. That night we all felt uncomfortable. ||Pools were brilliant, my 3 year old loved the slides in the kiddies pool whilst my older 2 loved the slides in the bigger pool. Sadly the last day when using the big slides my 9 year old daughter got hurt because the life guard was too busy chatting to see if my child was out of the way of the slide exit and decided to let adults down resulting in her being kicked in the chest and pushed under the water. When my partner spoke to them about this they didn’t seem to care and when speaking to reception they didn’t seem to fussed either sadly. Such a shame. Could always find sunbeds which is a bonus||Entertainment was very good we really enjoyed the singers on our last night they had everyone up dancing and was a great atmosphere||Beach and shops about a 10 minute walk. All in all we did enjoy our time here and would recommend. Plenty of things to do for all ages. My younger 2 loved the foam party

If you're in need of rest and quiet, try somewhere else. Unfortunately, a sound sleep was not possible in this hotel. The walls are thin and uninsulated. Every door closed, footstep taken and voice spoken travels down the halls and though the walls. Worse, there is no "quiet time" and the sounds of other guests kept us awake well after midnight - multiple nights in a row. Even if other guests were trying to be considerate, which many were not, the sounds of most anything are heard vividly. The staff are friendly, the food selection is great, and the location is reasonable. If you're looking for calm and relaxed getaway with a balance of fun during reasonable hours and peace and quiet in the evenings, this is not the place. Unless you have top notch ear plugs. Additionally, if you are particular with cleanliness, note that the building is older and the shower tiles have been painted and are beginning to peel. Our bathroom door is quite weathered with wood rot at the bottom due to water damage from the shower.

Yelp
A great place to bring children. Good food also But the beds are NOT comfortable. When you are enjoying at this resort for a fe days with your loved ones, for some it may not matter, but the staff is also not that friendly. Front desk and reception have no clue how to greet customers, and I found that the cleaners and room maids were more friendly than the reception staff. Overall, a great place, but dot not expect the local staff to give you any guidance or recommendations.
