Such a amazing hotel!! 4 swimming pools so plenty of choice. Amazing restaurants and a great selection of food served even for a fussy 5 year old. There is a indoor pool too so can have a refreshing swim without the hot sun on you. There is a games room for kids and adults which we enjoyed going into and playing on the arcade style games. There is a kids club to keep little ones entertained too. There is a little shop in the hotel so you can grab essentials like suncream, pool floats, rubber rings etc and its reasonably priced too. We loved our stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to others. The staff here were always friendly and helpful and greeted you with a smile. The room we stayed in was so lovely. Spacious and always cleaned daily. Beds sheets were changed daily and our room was always spotless.

Just spent a week holiday here at the end of August. Great location, good hotel and the swimming pool and entertainment were good especially for the kids. Was it a 100% perfect no, but nothing is as I wasn't expecting it to be Animation crew was great and staff were friendly. Plenty of different food to eat at the all inclusive. My daughter said she wants to come back next year. So will probably be back next Summer!

A great value, family resort with activities for all ages and super friendly staff. 4 hotels in one with ample pool selections with children friendly pools, water slides, play areas, child activities daycare, water sports throughout the day and evening events (the events team are great!) Snack bar for all inclusive guests is a bonus with a selection of finger food, sandwiches, fruit and snacks. Meals are varied and tasty. All inclusive also includes admission to the gym which is a very well equipped gym (Technogym equipment). All in all a great hotel, we ll be back!

My family and I (6 people) stayed at this hotel for 4 nights.|We booked a pool view room, which had a beautiful view. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.|The hotel was clean, and the food was ok . |However, on the last night of our stay, Wednesday night, September 17 th , unfortunately, there was an elderly woman working in the restaurant who behaved very rudely and inappropriately toward all of us. She was extremely disrespectful, and we all complained to her that her behavior was unacceptable and that she should treat guests more politely. But unfortunately, she continued her rude behavior.|It was unbelievable and shocking for all of us, and that’s why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

After a week at the hotel in all inclusive mode, now I understand the good and the bad reviews... The good: The hotel is a dream come true for kids, the slides, pools, and specially the animation crew is incredible , they always have different and quite interesting activities so your kids won't get bored, ice cream, snacks and drinks all day around. The bad: the rooms are really run down, cleaning could be a bit deeper, food is totally catered to foreign palates, meaning, it's tasteless, bland and the meat overcooked (so mainly chewy). It was incredible to see that there were no more snacks after 6:30pm seeing that the bars close until midnight, which meant a bunch of drunk parents/ people going around and kids begging for food after and between the late night shows (which begin at 10pm) --- which by the way you cannot skip even if you want to, since they are extremely loud and if you go to your room you will hear them until they are done at around 11:45pm. There is loud music the whole day, starting at 10 am. So, it's really not a place to rest for even a minute.

If you’re planning a vacation to relax and get some good sleep, this probably isn’t the place. The hotel is super noisy. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors are saying — even when they’re yelling. Kids are running around and screaming by the pool until 12 pm, so don’t expect peace and quiet.||||The rooms are pretty worn down and could really use a makeover. The pillows aren’t great, and you even have to pay if you want a clean towel.||||On the bright side, the staff are really friendly and do their best to help. The food is actually really good, and the waiters at the restaurant are super polite and great at their job. There’s good entertainment and tasty drinks at the bar too.||||But honestly, all the noise makes it hard to enjoy your stay when you can’t even get a good night’s sleep.

My rate 4,5. Very nice hotel with small problems.||Advantages:|- very nice water slides mainly for children but adults may also have fun, And practically there were no queues|- cleanliness|- thematic dinners (and generally food was ok and everyone could find something for themselves)|- for me location - close to bus station, about 15 min to the beach (which forces us to use our legs ;) ) |- extra atractions for children |- staff, mainly in restaurant I suppoose it's called Coral(?) (except from swimming pool areas)|- no noise from evening/night animations in the room|- good price||Disadventages:|- swimming pool staff. One day, I was informed that on swimimng pools for children is prohibited to use inflatable toys. If there are such rules it's ok for me, even If I do not understand it fully. But when teenagers was throwing hard ball with great force and small children were swimming nect to them nobody cared. One man from animation staff was punched to the shoulder - no reaction. To avoid the risk of someone getting hurt I had to intervene. That shouldn't be my role but swimming pool staff. |- people returning from night entertainment were noisy

Just back from here this morning, I was a little sceptical after reading some of the reviews BUT i can honestly say this is the best all inclusive hotel I have ever stayed at the food was outstanding as was the entertainment and all the staff but essentially Pepe from the pool bar (what a character) we did get an upgrade to the suites which was a bonus as they are amazing. We will 100% be returning x
