After a week at the hotel in all inclusive mode, now I understand the good and the bad reviews...
The good: The hotel is a dream come true for kids, the slides, pools, and specially the animation crew is incredible , they always have different and quite interesting activities so your kids won't get bored, ice cream, snacks and drinks all day around.
The bad: the rooms are really run down, cleaning could be a bit deeper, food is totally catered to foreign palates, meaning, it's tasteless, bland and the meat overcooked (so mainly chewy).
It was incredible to see that there were no more snacks after 6:30pm seeing that the bars close until midnight, which meant a bunch of drunk parents/ people going around and kids begging for food after and between the late night shows (which begin at 10pm) --- which by the way you cannot skip even if you want to, since they are extremely loud and if you go to your room you will hear them until they are done at around 11:45pm. There is loud music the whole day, starting at 10 am. So, it's really not a place to rest for even a minute.
